"We've thought about it for a long time and finally decided to buy the house you mentioned. However, we want to take a look at your original purchase agreement and also the contract with the renovation contractor," Xia He said sternly.

"Why! Are you worried that I'll cheat you!" Qiao Mei said.

"I won't tease you anymore. I know what you're trying to do. Since you really want to give me money, I'll fulfill your wish. I spent 7,000 dollars on the house and 500 dollars on the renovation.
