Lin Mu spent a majority of his time undergoing treatments in the care of the Kang Clan's Physicians while they made their way back to the Dao Wind Empire's capital.

His treatment was a lot more extensive than he had thought.

The healing of his meridians was just the start, as Head Physician Zheng administered several more treatments to help bring his body to the best possible state.

He started with purging several impurities from his body that had acc.u.mulated over time before targeting areas of turbulent vitality within Lin Mu's body.

This was a special problem that only dual body and Qi cultivators faced.

When utilizing skills or techniques that mobilized Qi as well as Immortal Essence or vitality at the same time, there were often points of conflict created where the two energies collided.

Of course, these were usually not much of a major trouble to the cultivator and would resolve on their own when the skill was stopped.

But over time, this would lead to adaptations in these 'nodes' where the energies collided that could permanently alter the flow channels.

This alteration caused more resistance in the flow, thereby reducing efficiency.

It was actually such a small problem that most cultivators didn't even know it existed. But the physicians of the Kang Clan were not to be scoffed at. Even if it was a minuscule problem like this, they still strove to correct it.

And when that was done as well, Lin Mu was subjected to a rather elaborate 'spa' treatment. He went through thirty-three different medicinal baths and herbal soaks and got coated with various kinds of pastes that he couldn't even identify.

He was made to drink teas as well as fruits that provided the optimum absorption while going through the complex 'wellness treatment.'

His body also went through a special ma.s.sage between each step while acupuncture was used in some of the other ones.

What Lin Mu was surprised by was the fact that the physicians of the Kang Clan could actually pierce through his body's defenses with the acupuncture needles.

Even when he had lowered them, his body still had its natural toughness that would prevent injuries. Lin Mu could slash his hand with a dagger and not leave a mark.

h.e.l.l, he could pull the knife blade through his teeth to even sharpen it if need be.

Any common needle wouldn't even pierce through him. But the Kang Clan's physicians were using what were basically high-grade immortal tools!

Every needle in their set could be used as a high-grade immortal weapon and had the ability to kill easily. But their purpose had been changed here.

Some of these needles were hollow and could inject medicine right into his flesh or veins, while the rest were solid, stimulating the nerves and muscle fibers of his body.

The physicians of the Kang Clan actually had a rather great time doing this, as they didn't need to be as delicate and gentle as they had to be with most of their patients due to Lin Mu's dual cultivation.

Not to mention they also got to check out the unique state of Lin Mu's body, which had been through multiple techniques. By the time they reached the city, the physicians had turned it into a case study that they would be adding to their official textbooks for the future generation.

All in all, Lin Mu got pampered for three weeks and was pretty much glowing when they were done.

Though that was partly due to his golden body too, which was triggered constantly due to the treatments. His right arm, which had been slim due to fresh regeneration, had also returned to the same state as the original now.

Both his arms now looked equally muscular, and Lin Mu felt no difference from before. In fact, he felt better… a lot better.

'I feel at least ten percent stronger than before,' Lin Mu thought, surprised, as he punched a training dummy causing it to explode.

This was a major improvement, as this had all come from just correcting the hidden injuries that Lin Mu had acc.u.mulated over time as well as optimizing his energy flow along with proper nourishment.

He was standing in one of the training rooms on the Star Tracer and was being observed by the physicians even now.

"How is it?" Lady Kang asked, seeing him finish.

"Very good. Now all I need to fix is my Tyrant Bull Marrow Secrets," Lin Mu answered.

"We have that sorted too," Lady Kang said as she gave a look to one of the attendants. "Bring it in," she ordered.

"Yes!" The attendants quickly brought in a storage pouch, which they handed over to Lady Kang.

She checked it personally for a moment before giving it to Lin Mu.

"See if this is enough for you. If not, we'll bring in more," Lady Kang said, handing the pouch off.

"You already collected the Tyrant Bull Marrow?" Lin Mu hadn't expected it to be this fast.

He checked the Spatial Storage pouch and was surprised to see not one, not two, but three whole sets of Tyrant Bull bones!

And these weren't like the juvenile Tyrant Bull bones that Lin Mu had gotten from the Crown Prince but rather fully grown adult Tyrant Bulls that were in the prime of their life!

"How did you get this many?" Lin Mu questioned. "They also seem to have been freshly slaughtered considering the vitality that's coming from them," he added.

Even with the Spatial Storage Pouch containing most of the energy fluctuations, the intense vitality could easily be felt with a little probing.

This was something that was only possible when the beast had been killed very recently.

"Of course, we got you the best possible ones from our farm," Lady Kang answered.

"A what?" Lin Mu wondered if he was mistaken.

"Our farm. We have several specialized in different beasts," Lady Kang said nonchalantly.

"I thought the Tyrant Bulls could not be domesticated?" Lin Mu had read about them and knew just how violent they were.
