However, the State of Chen's battering rams were also exceptionally solid. Every impact made the entire city wall shake as if it were trembling three times.

Everyone's throats tightened involuntarily, and they unconsciously tightened their grip on their longswords.

At the entrance where the State of Chen soldiers were trying to charge in, there were ropes set up to trip the cavalry, and they also set up spear carts, with sharp long spears lined up in rows, aimed in the direction of the city gate.
