I see the rating got even lower in NU. Can you please give this a chance? It'll get better when they get married. This is story is much better in original, it just maybe my skill is not up to par. Plus, it's so hard to translate Malaysian jokes! They are so ridiculous and sound so dumb if I directly translated in English.
Anyway, I hope you will enjoy this.
Aliya Marissa looked at the young man before her without blinking. Uish, I didn't expect there would be a day, an actor was inside my house. No wonder he was so arrogant. Argh... I wanted to ask for an autograph but... I was mad at him earlier. Hu hu hu... now I felt remorse.
"Aliya, why aren't you eating? The rice was already cold..." exhorted Haji Mahfuz when he noticed her daughter was looking at the young man without blinking. This girl... don't you know to watch your eyes?
"I'm eating, walid..." answered her as she took a mouthful of rice into her mouth. A loose smile was presented to Haji Mahfuz.
"Thank you uncle, for helping me find a mechanic," said Izz Raiyan courteously. He elbowed Irfan Danish, who was concentrating on eating. Wei, don't you have a manner?
Irfan Danish choked. He turned to Izz Raiyan who was sending a sharp glare to him.
"Also, thank you for not telling anyone about me. If not, it will be hard to manage..." said Irfan Danish gently. A sweet smile was carved on his lip.
Aliya Marissa jeered. Ceh, such an actor! In front of my walid, you knew how to act with courteous. In front of me? As rude as nauzubillah![1]
"I'm just helping as much as I can." Haji Mahfuz said gently.
"Both of us will never forget your kindness since you are making an effort to help us," said Irfan Danish again.
Izz Raiyan stared at Irfan Danish unblinking. He could not believe the word he just heard was coming from that guy's mouth. So you did know how to act with courteous.
"That's my duty. Come and continue eating. I'm sorry, these are only common dishes..." stated Haji Mahfuz with humility.
"It's fine, uncle. These are enough," replied Izz Raiyan with a smile carved on his face.
"When will you go back?" asked Aliya Marissa spontaneously. She glared at that man, who was 'devouring' without minding the world!
"Aliya Marissa!" scolded Haji Mahfuz.
She lowered her face. "I'm sorry."
Irfan Danish smirked. Serve you right! Who told you to have an acid tongue? Hah! Now you got yourself scolded. Ha ha... I'm satisfied.
Aliya Marissa bit her lip when she noticed the smirk decorated on that creature's face before her. He really wanted to eat my punch, right? So nauseating! I just happen to have an interest in you before but now I'm rejecting you! Hampeh... what a distasteful manner. When he's in front other people, he had such a 'pure face'. I'm so resenting him! Hypocrite!
"I'm sorry for my daughter's behaviour," Haji Mahfuz gave her a glare.
"It's okay, uncle. Insya-Allah[2], we're going back after zuhur.[3]" Izz Raiyan answered her question just now.
Aliya Marissa looked at the man besides that 'useless guy'. He seemed more polite than that guy and good-looking. This was much more like my Mr. Right. Hihihi...
"How old is your daughter?" asked Irfan Danish shamelessly.
Aliya Marissa choked.
Izz Raiyan looked at him. Hey, it's rare for you to inquire about a girl. It can't be that he was interested in her after taking a look?
"My daughter was only twenty-two years old. She was studying at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu and having a break right now." Haji Mahfuz answered.
"Oh..." Irfan Danish smiled thinly. Still so young... but crazy!
T/N: I have nothing much to say. If you please, can you tell me how can I be better at translating?
