I Am Doppelganger Chapter 7

Sorry late update, i just got home from mudik. It is a tradition in indonesia every year where we go to grandparents house, unfortunately I was stuck in traffic until 30 hours and can not touch laptop at all.

Humans and Demi-Humans have never been familiar as far as history is known, If they meet, feelings of revenge arise, they will immediately fight, some are fighting then the losers die in winning hands, some are fighting then the losers captured and made slaves by the victors.

Ren reached the path, he asked Gui.

“Gui, the direction of the city…right or left?”

Judging from Ren’s appearance, Ren is like a child about 16 years old. So he thought Ren was a stray child.

“Hmm, then what are you doing in the middle of the road like this? This place is quite far from city, it is very dangerous if child in your age alone in this place. ”

Oh, I just remembered that my appearance is very young. Maybe this uncle sees me like a lost child.

“I live here uncle.”

“Hah? Really, you live in this forest? Where is your parents?”

“I don’t have.”

This child must be discarded by his parents or his parents died and he lives alone here, so sorry. But how does he live in this wood?

“Kid, how do you live in this forest alone?”

“Coincidentally i and my friends there are adventurers, we just finished a mission and are heading to the city for report our mission. Why do not you come with us to city and sign up for an adventure? I smell great talent from you, hahha!”

“Actually i want to go to city and want to stop by the Guild.”

“What a coincidence. So you really want to be an adventurer? ”

“Umm, maybe?”

“Hahahaa, all right. Come here, I will introduce you to my friends! ”

“Okay.”

The uncle holds Ren’s hand and pulls him toward his friends.
When they arrived, Uncle introduced Ren to his friends and explained Ren’s situation to them.

“My name is Jack, that woman Mary and that suspicious looking person is Kevin.” (Jack)

“Hey, who is suspicious huh ?!” (Kevin)

“Never mind Kevin, Jack just joking. Hahaha! “(Mary)

“Rrr, Mary too …” (Kevin)

Mary walked to Ren, hugged him and drowned Ren’s head against her chest.

“Uuuu, it’s a pity you’re alone in the forest when you’re a kid.” (Mary)

Hmm, I’m in this position, but I’m not interesting in this woman’s body at all. Is it because i’m not Human?

“Umm, auntie please release me, It’s hard to breathe.” (Ren)

The sky was dark, the three of them set up a large tent aided by Ren. The tent has a width of about 10 meters, it is quite difficult to set up a tent that size if alone.

Nothing special, adventurous majority is Rank C which has level 30.

Rank on the adventurer is divided into eight ranks, SSS, SS, S, A, B, C, D, and E.

The adventurers’ rank is not determined by the services they provide to the Guild, but depending on the level of the adventurer himself, the Guild respects the strong Human. The stronger a person is, the more useful they are to the Humans. Guilds exist to help Humans, almost the same as the Hero that exists to protect Human.

Guild is a separate system of the kingdom, Guild is a neutral system that does not favor any kingdom, Guild just sided with Human and hostile to Demi-Human. All Humans can ask Guild help to do any activity, except the war of fellow Human beings. The Guild is led by the Guild Master in every city, the highest Guild leader is the Chief Guild Master based in the royal capital of Razaia.

Guild system is only on the Human side, Demi-Human does not have a Guild because the entire center of government is on Seven Demon Lords.

“Ren, what’s your level? You must be at least level 10 to enroll in the Guild. “(Mary)

That night, there was bloodshed in a tent on the edge of the path. Many dead bodies of animals and some Human bodies are scattered.
