Chapter 28 – Slight Advantage (End)

The same day that his practice finished, Rumont went back to the inn.

Arriving at his room, he suddenly thought, and brought out from within the spatial region, the set of books left behind by the Thieves; browsing through them. Ever since he obtained these items, he had yet to seriously look through them.

Even though the Shrine already understood many types of plants, however, the types of plants were greatly limited use for treatments.

As for those plants that could be made into poison or was naturally poisonous, not only did the Shrine not have those plants, even the shelves within Shrine’s library, did not contain a single book detailing them.

However, since Rumont came from another world, he therefore did not have any misgivings in regards to the manufacturing and usage of poison.

As he saw it, even if he couldn’t use these poisons, at least being knowledgeable on certain poisons, he would have one method less in the future, for other people to conspire against him with.

Arriving at a distant vacant area within the forest, he took out a small chest from within the spatial region. Opening it up, you could unexpectedly, see within this chest 5 sectioned layers, and within each layer it had 100 part.i.tions. Within each part.i.tion, contained a small heap of seeds. Seeds of all kinds and sorts, in various hues; almost overwhelming Rumont’s eyes.

On the basis of Rumont having first finished reading the volume introducing the content of various types of poisonous plants, he then observed the seeds in one of the part.i.tions. Eventually certain, that the seed, was indeed the poisonous plant as recorded in the book.

“Never would have thought those Thieves would know about this kind of herb. “ Rumont shook his head, following on with placing the seeds back inside. Currently, even though the spatial region was expanded, but without leveling it up, there was no way to accept new seeds; he could only place it back inside the chest.

Like this, cultivating without end daily, practicing martial skills, Rumont’s livelihood was simple yet fulfilling. As for Nick’s body, it recovered everyday. Although it would still retain some malady, but at least on the surface, there was no difference to ordinary people.

However, in regards to the Adventurers, they rarely bothered to avoid at all.

Once Howard saw him descend, he immediately called out.

“Oh, you’re a Druid? Capable? “ Burke was a Captain roughly 30 years of age, he observed with a sharp gaze.

“Capable or not, you’ll find out after a treatment! “ Rumont humbly smiled. He swept his vision and saw 3 wounded Adventurers.

“Heh, Rumont’s not bad, fairly skilled in treatments! “ Howard vaunted slightly

Rumont blushed. He instructed the 3 to remove their clothing while ordering them a mug of strong liquor each.

Howard helped while smiling merrily, taking the strong alcohol to clean the wounds, causing the trio to immediately start shivering.

Burke watched with a gaze, asking: “the f.u.c.k is this? “
