Amber And Her Wolves 38 Chapter 38 Party

So I am sitting in the stupid limo that was sent and I have already be called Luna. The limo driver was from Alec's pack and asked if I was the Luna. When I said I was the Beta he laughed thinking I was being sarcastic. The boys held me back and now I'm ignoring them. They forced me to come to this stupid party saying I need to be careful and that if anyone asks, Amber died shifting for the first time. Really that was the story they were going with. I wasn't that weak. I'll make them pay for that one. but yeah, they forced me to go to the party and make me wear a floor length dress, with high heels, make up and they made me do my hair. I hated what I was wearing. I mean it was a nice crimson read dress and I looked good, but I would prefer leggings and a nice top. But because it was formal I couldn't. My hair was done in a messy bun with a curl left out. Crystal did it for me and I liked it. I did look good. I had a couple of throwing knives strapped to my thighs. I also had a silver snake whip around my wrist. It's a bracelet that turns into a whip with snake poison at the end. Crystal gave it to me just in case. It was one way to make sure I stayed safe at the party.

We got to the party and everyone was walking around with wine or something, looking posh and fancy. I could tell the boys were uncomfortable too. We went in and Alec was the first to great us. "h.e.l.lo, Alpha Ash and Alpha Drew, is this your Luna?" He asked looking at me. he tried to take my hand and I moved it away from him so he couldn't touch me. "We have told you before, you can call us Alpha Ashton and Alpha Andrew. And no this isn't out Luna, her name is Bee, Beta of the pack." Ash growled at Alec. No one else heard and it made Alec annoyed. 'I'm taking a shot every time someone asks me if I'm the Luna.' I said to the boys through the mind link and headed to the bar. I took two shots and a third when the bartender asked if I was the Luna for the pack. I saw Daniel coming over to the bar too, looking stressed out and annoyed. He sat down next to me and ordered a vodka and c.o.ke. He started to drink it and sighed when he finished his drink in one breath. He got another one and drunk it in one breath again. He went for his third and I told him to slow down. "What do you know? I've lost my best friend, got an a.s.shole for a brother and Alpha and now I have to entertain all these high ranking members of different packs! So tell me little girl, why should I slow down?" Daniel asked me. He's got a point. And why did he call me a little girl? I forgot that everyone thinks I'm 16. "Are you talking about Amber? I met her before she died. She asked me to give this to you if she couldn't make it to your 18th." I replied and gave him a box. In the box was dagger with a wooden handle and silver blade. It had the Moon G.o.ddess's carved into the blade and Daniels initials carved into the top of the wooden handle. I put a note in it to explaining that he would always be my brother and that I'm sorry I couldn't be there. He was grateful and thanked me before going to his room to put the dagger away somewhere safe. My brothers came over and asked me if I was okay. I smiled and ran to the toilet. I locked the door and slid down so I was sitting on the floor. I started crying. I hate being here and I should have never came in the first place. It was a big mistake and it puts everyone at risk. I should be back at the pack helping with night training. I should be learning magic at night with Crystal. I should be doing the data base for the pack. I should be doing anything except being at a stupid formal party. It's pointless to stay here anymore. I've shown my face and that's enough.
