He left his friend's dead body on the ground and pursued the villain.

"I can't let him hurt anyone else. I will come for you later my friend.'

With the thought in his head, All Might gathered the last bit of his strength and raised his speed by tenfold. After a seconds of chasing, they entered a populated area.

Luckily, Sludgenator made no attempt to attack civilians anymore.

None of these people could see the 2 blurry figures dashing on rooftops, because both of them were incredibly fast, far from human standards.
