"To tell you the truth, I'm no hero now. I'm just a mere traveller who wants to save some other G.o.ddesses trapped in this world of yours.".
The G.o.ddess replied using her telepathy that was filled with pessimistic vibes,
"I see. Nevertheless, the fate of this world is only destruction.".
Miro was ridden with worry, as he heard more and more negative statements from the mysterious G.o.ddess. Thereupon, he tried to reason out indirectly,
"Wait what?! I know I have nothing to say here but, you're their G.o.ddess here right? Shouldn't you be the one who will save them from this crisis? Well, that's what I've witnessed from the other G.o.ddesses.".
There was a cold silence in the air, as the G.o.ddess inside her frigid sh.e.l.l didn't reply back immediately. Though, soon enough, she replied to him but, her tone spelt doom,
"Yes, I am their G.o.ddess YET, the damage that my people had done was IREFUTABLE. As for you who know nothing of my world, I shall reveal it to you, traveller.".
The atmosphere became stagnant, as the cold air became still. It's as if everything was frozen in time. Suddenly, Miro's eyes had seen a bright burst of flashing light in front of him.
Soon enough, Miro was now stepping in an illusionary world that felt like it was almost too real to be true. His senses were witnessing that he was at the center of a certain winterland city that wasn't buried in snow. Instead, it was surrounded by a large body of water out on the outskirts of the city. There were lots of people with leisure on their faces, as they stroll along the city. He glanced from afar and his very eyes noticed that there were people wearing thick fur-like clothing. Morever, they were dumping some kind of a metal barrel filled with some kind of a violet liquid chemical to the huge lake. He was estranged over that incident made by the people. The next moment, Miro felt that someone was pulling his sleeve from behind.
"Hey mister, you're new here ain't yah?",
as he heard a moderate pitched-tone of a young lady who spoke in a russian accent. He turned around and saw a brown-haired teenage girl who looked-like she was in her 18s, even though she had twintails. She was wearing warm clothes as well. Although, a strand of her hair was dyed in the color of the snow. Not only that, Miro noticed that the girl had a snowflake pendant, that was releasing cold mist. Though, he didn't mind her identifiable factors that much, instead he replied like a normal person would,
"Um yeah...by the way, why are they dumping something to the waters?".
The teenage lady replied back complacently,
"Oh they're just making ABSOLUTE ENERGY to run our city and the other towns, nothing biggie!".
"Absolute energy?",
he asked. Since, he was mind-boggled over that term the girl used, he turned around and took a glance again at the lake. He noticed that the lake turned into a violet frozen ice sheet in just a few moments. The young girl was feeling that Miro was a newcomer who doesn't know much about the city, so she told him,
"Yah, wanna have a tour at our city, dear traveller? I was once a tour guide yah know.".
Miro couldn't say no to her pleasing offer, so he just agreed to her demands,
"Oh okay.".
Afterwards, the girl pulled his arm and the two of them waltz along the strange place. While they were treading along the fascinating city, Miro was a.n.a.lyzing the situation deep in his thoughts,
"I could feel this is an illusionary world that the G.o.ddess had made me to see...".
He took a last glance at the body of water that had turned into a solid ice sheet. He had seen a glimpse of fishes and dolphins that went afloat, as they were dead in the frozen ice sheet. Thereon, Miro was engrossed in his thoughts yet again,
"This feels all so surreal.".
As they were moving along in this winter wonderland, the people they had pa.s.sed-by were greeting the girl, as the people were very much familiar with her.
After a while, the young lady remembered something important. She twisted and stood in front of Miro. Soon, she told to herself,
I almost forgot, yah...".
Miro was dumbfounded for a second. The woman took a deep breathe and greeted Miro with her arms outwards,
"WELCOME TO BLISS CITY! The prime capital of the one and only nation of IEVAL BLISSARIA, in a world called BLISSIA! The land of happiness where dreams come true!".
The city fountain burst out its radiant waters, as it added more impact to her warm welcome. Miro was surprised by the grand introduction of the teenage maiden. Though, he just made a nice smile later on. The two of them continued on their tour of the city, that looked like it was a port city. They pa.s.sed through the paved bridge that had a ca.n.a.l below and there were flowing gondolas or small boats. As the two were almost tired, they took a pit stop at the bridge. Funny thing is, the teenage wanted to sit on the bridge's wall yet, she can't leap onto it and take a sit. As expected, Miro supported and lifted her in order for her sit beside him such as he was gentleman. In turn, the teenage girl blushed like a strawberry, as she felt a tingling sensation, since Miro was kind to her. While they were loiterring at the carefree place, Miro asked the young maiden,
"So tell me, what's this absolute energy?".
The teenage lady touched her lips, while she was looking above the clouds, trying to answer Miro's question,
"Hmmmmm, I don't know how to explain it but, it's about turning the water into a frozen lake, yah? Then, the freezing air made by the lake will be err...converted into some kind of energy to power up our city!".
Then, she had stopped guessing and turned to look at Miro beside her. Soon enough, she wore a smile filled with immense bliss,
"My people are something else, yah?".
"Y-yeah...",
Miro replied with an unsure look on his face. His hands clasped and he closed his eyes, while he was absorbed in his thoughts,
"I've heard of GEOTHERMAL and SOLAR ENERGY that those G.o.ddesses were talking about at Celestia Heavenly mall. Though, I haven't heard of cold air being converted into a kind of energy as well. Sigh, now this more and more complicated.".
While Miro was still disturbed in his thoughts, he was feeling that his sleeve was being pulled again. There after, he opened his eyes and noticed that the young female was pointing her finger through the distance. Miro asked her,
"Hm? What is it uhhhh, say what's your name?".
The woman replied back,
"It's Ieva. Also, check that out!".
She pointed her finger excitedly through the distance. Miro turned to look on what she was pointing at. His very senses witnessed that there was a huge sphere-like contraption made of fiber gla.s.s but, it was hollow. Moreover, it was floating above the waters, as it was a mystical device of some sort. More so, the spherical contraption was sucking the misty frozen air and soon enough, it released electrical pulses inside it's core. Then, it burst out a ray of light penetrating above the sky blue clouds and white sky. Later, the lights around the city brightened a little, as it reacted to the pulse of energy made by the spherical energy converter. Thereupon, Miro held his chin and he was convinced,
"So that's how it is.".
To the right, Ieva saw a glimpse of a grand bazaar going on through the short distance. She looked down and felt embarra.s.sed for a second. Though, soon enough, she relaxed her nerves and asked Miro a favor,
"Hey ummmm...what's your—.".
Although, she paused, since she doesn't know his name. Thereon, Miro a.s.sumed that Ieva doesn't know his name, so he just told her straight,
"It's Miro.".
As she heard his short introduction, she continued on with her favor,
"So Miro, why don't we have a fun time at the bazaar going on? Yah?".
Miro replied back with a cool smile,
"Okay sure!".
Ieva felt immensely glad, as she heard that Miro accepted her offer with no trouble at all. She made a determined nod. The next moment, she grabbed Miro's left wrist and they rushed along the city. As they reached at the entrance of the bazaar, their eyes noticed that the place was bustling with different kinds of people. Not only that, there were various shops, boutiques and mini-games set up across the vast area. Miro and Ieva went around and entertained themselves through the fascinating bazaar. Ieva bought some crepes and gave it to Miro. Miro looked dumbfounded on how to eat it but, Ieva insisted him to chomp it down like any other sandwich. As Miro took a bite, his taste buds were pleased, as the chocolate syrup and strawberries melded into sublime harmony.
"Tastes good yah?".
Ieva expressed. Miro nodded. Afterwards, they went to play some games that were set up by some shops. Miro was given a white ball by the game master. He was instructed to hit three cups that were placed on the shelves from a not so short distance. He relaxed his nerves and focused on the cups. Sooner or later, he let out three consecutive throws that was very powerful and fast. The proud game master's face was masked with shock, as Miro had hit all three cups in one go. Thereon, Ieva applauded Miro as she was amazed by him,
"That's amazing Miro!".
Miro just scratched his head, as he couldn't believe his own capabilities as well,
"Y-yeah I guess?".
The game master just sighed and let Miro choose his prize. The prizes he was seeing with his own eyes were small stuffed toys. The stuffed toys had various forms such as they were similar to different kinds of animals. Miro had already decided and he chose the white teddy bear. Soon, the game master gave him the white teddy bear. As soon as Miro received it, he gave it to Ieva. Ieva was very much surprised, as Miro gave it to her generously. In turn, she was grateful for Miro's offer,
"Yah, thank you so much for this Miro. I'll cherish this for ages.".
Moreover, Ieva was blushing and she was wearing an endearing smile of a thankful maiden. Although, Miro was filled with doubt when he heard something strange from Ieva's mouth, making him to be absorbed in his thoughts,
"Ages?".
After a while, they continued to have a fun and an entertaining time at the different shops and games inside the bazaar. As night time had blanketed the stellar sky, Miro and Ieva went back to the bridge they had loittered at. Ieva was sitting at the bridge's walls and she was swinging her legs, while the snow teddy bear was beside her. While for Miro, he was leaning on the bridge. The bazaar was still on-going but, there were less people and the street lamps were illuminating the whole city basked in the night. The winds were cold but, they were calm as the flowing waters. Only Miro and Ieva were at the bridge. A little while later, Ieva started a conversation,
"Say, I wanna tell yah my secret.".
Miro replied with an unsure expression,
"Uh huh...then, tell me.".
Ieva looked down and she made a huge sigh,
"I was a tour guide but, to be honest, I'm the real G.o.ddess of this world...".
