Idiot In Love -3 Chapter 112: Manly

Since she couldn't get Jun Liu to be her Prince Charming, NaNa changed into Plan 2. She was going to cosplay into something that doesn't need a male cosplayer. NaNa is going to cosplay as Tohru from Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid.

Half an hour after later, her aunt, Wu Chen's mother came to visit NaNa in her house. NaNa, her mother and her aunt always hang out together to gossip. This time, NaNa was sure that her aunt came to chatter about Wu Chen.

"NaNa, come here. Let me look at you… You become more beautiful since I last saw you a few weeks ago" NaNa hugged her aunt and her mother came to the living room where NaNa and Wu Chen's mother sat down.

"How is it?" NaNa's mother came and joined them.

"She looks exactly like what NaNa told us. Chen looks like a fool when he is with her" When it comes to making fun of her son, Wu Chen's mother never held herself back.

"Wait till you meet her auntie. She's fun" NaNa was glad that her aunt had a good impression of Yi Fei. Truthfully, NaNa liked Yi Fei so much that she wanted them to be family. Since Wu Chen came into the picture, the equation is complete. Wu Chen only needed to marry Yi Fei and then everything will be fine.

Suddenly, NaNa had a good idea. "Auntie, do you want to meet Yi Fei behind brother Chen's back?"

Wu Chen's mother contemplated whether she should be doing that behind her son's back but if she waited until Wu Chen brought his girlfriend back to meet them, and then she needed to wait for some time. With that, she agreed to NaNa's idea.

NaNa whispered into her aunt's ear while giggling. NaNa's mother wanted to join them, but NaNa felt that Wu Chen's mother should be the one to meet Yi Fei first. After that, the other family members could join them.

NaNa's mother felt a little bit down because she was excluded from her daughter and her sister-in-law's plan, but she understood NaNa's reasoning.

On Monday morning around 10 o'clock, NaNa was all ready in her cosplay attire and makeup. The ComicCon was held in the convention hall of City K.

The plan for Wu Chen's mother to meet Yi Fei was something like this:

NaNa will be busy with her cosplay event so Wu Chen's mother should hide near NaNa's booth. When Yi Fei came to the booth, Wu Chen's mother would come out from her hideout and pretended to greet Yi Fei. After that, all three of them would go for dinner.

The plan was simple actually, but that's the problem. It was too simple. It didn't even have a backup plan in case the plan spoiled. We could say that NaNa was not good in scheming.

Yi Fei made a promise to NaNa that she will come to support NaNa around 11 o'clock because she needed to do a few things in her house. NaNa's plan was based on that promise.

Wu Chen's mother was wearing all black clothes with black shades. She looked mysterious, and at the same time, she looked suspicious because she had a yellow Leica camera on her hand. Wu Chen's mother wanted to keep a low profile so that she won't get noticed by Yi Fei but her attire made her stand out more than the cosplayers in the event.

True to her promise, ten minutes before 11 o'clock, Yi Fei arrived at the convention hall. Yi Fei straightaway went to NaNa's booth and saw that the line for photo booth was quite long. NaNa, indeed, had a lot of fans.

Yi Fei queued behind a tall a young guy who looked like he was in his early twenty. In front of the guy was a teenage girl who wore a short flared skirt with a white blouse. The girl was taller than the guy.

After some time, Yi Fei realized that the guy in front of her was acting suspiciously. He had a phone on his right hand, and Yi Fe realized that the guy kept on moving his right hand under the skirt of the tall teenage girl in front of him.

Yi Fei had an idea of what the guy might be doing, but she didn't want to jump into conclusion before making sure what she thought was right. Standing behind the guy, Yi Fei closed the gap between the guy and her. She stared at the guy's phone from behind, trying to see what the guy was trying to do with his phone.

The guy did exactly what Yi Fei thought that the guy was doing. He was secretly taking pictures of the teenage girl's underwear. Yi Fei was not sure if the guy was able to snap a picture of the girl's underwear because she was pretty sure that the girl was wearing safety short.

The guy in front of Yi Fei was not aware that Yi Fei had been peeking at his phone from behind. He tried to adjust the resolution and brightness of his phone camera because he didn't get any decent picture of the girl's underwear; it was all black.

Suddenly, from behind him, a voice could be heard.

"Brother, you should give up. You are not going to be successful in taking a picture of her underwear. Why, do you ask? It's because she wears a safety short" Yi Fei spoke slowly, almost whispering to the guy's ear.

The guy was surprised that he threw his phone right into Yi Fei's face. The phone hit right in the middle of Yi Fei's eyebrow before falling but Yi Fei was able to catch it.

"What are you trying to say? Don't accuse innocent people" The guy was now screaming, attracting attention to where they were standing.

The people in the convention hall stopped and stared at the center of the commotion. Since the guy screamed first, people looked at Yi Fei as if she was the one who's making the entire ruckus.

"Brother, you shouldn't be like this ar… I'm trying to stop you from doing bad things, but you turn me into a bad person." Yi Fei sighed. "Now that it comes to this, I have evidence here" Yi Fei showed the crowd the phone she caught when the guy threw it to her face. It was quite painful.

The guy seemed to realize that he had given away the proof that will show his crime, so he tried to take his phone back from Yi Fei. He was slightly taller and bigger than Yi Fei so when he pulled the phone from Yi Fei, Yi Fei was thrown to the front and fell on the floor.

The teenage girl helped Yi Fei to stand up. All of them were curious about what happened between the guy and Yi Fei.

The security came to the scene before the guy could do anything on his phone. The guard checked the phone and found out that the guy was to be blamed by the commotion. The security explained what happened and asked the crowd to disperse.

The crowd scattered around, and the security came to Yi Fei together with the guy. They wanted Yi Fei to testify about what happened earlier. Yi Fei told the guard of what happened. The whole time while Yi Fei was explaining things to the security, the guy showed a menacing look.

Looking at the gloomy guy in front of her, Yi Fei had an idea.

"Brother, remember. Evil will be punished" Yi Fei stood in front of the guy. She saw that there was a Sailor Moon cosplayer near them. Yi Fei approached the Sailor Moon and borrowed her moon stick.

"In the name of the moon, I shall punish you. Repent!!" Yi Fei knocked the guy's head with the moon stick. The guy was angry of course, but before he could do anything, the security took him away.

The tall teenage girl came to Yi Fei and thanked her. "Sister, thank you very much for what you have done. I'm not aware that the guy was doing something like that behind me" Yi Fei and the girl talked and became a friend in a short time.

"Sister, what's your name? You look like model ar… Are you a model?" Yi Fei seriously thought that the girl could be a model because she was tall and pretty. Even her legs were beautiful and long. Yi Fei envies people with a long leg. Yi Fei looked down at her short leg – G.o.d is not fair ar…

"I'm Ying Yue. Sister, is your forehead okay? It's getting redder" The girl, who was also Jun Liu's niece, was a bit worried about Yi Fei's forehead because it was red.

The more Wu Chen's mother looked at Yi Fei, the more she liked Yi Fei.
