The Destined Encounter 72 Chapter 6: The Plan Of Making Him Mine

Aiden looked at the man who he has not seen for five years now since the incident. He still as handsome as he was before the only difference is that his eyes no longer looks at him with warmth and love. The only thing he feel through his eyes is the coldness to his gaze. "Are you sure you want to invest to this Mr. Miller? This firm is not profiting any. We are operating at loss but still pushing through." Aiden cross his legs as he looked at the man who is in front of him.

"That's why I'm here. I won't just be investing to this law firm but I also want to manage it in a way that we won't be operating at loss anymore." Aiden said smirking at Lance.

"We? You are getting yourself way a head over this, I still haven't said yes Mr. Miller." Lance said sarcastically. Lance find it iritating to hear the voice of his wife from the man in front of him that is very different from his wife. When he heard Miller, Aiden's voice he thought that it was Liam but he saw a different face. A beautiful Omega who carries much authority in the way he speaks, stand, sit and even to the little movements he does. His words spits venom that tells you that he is not the kind of man to mess up with which is very much different from his sweet, caring and soft spoken wife.

"Well I like to own everything I think and plan like it was already mine. That way I could work hard in achieving it to make it a reality. Mr. Montero I know that you are a very busy man and probably have no time to prioritize this, same with Mr. Shun. But me I'm different I only have one company to manage which gives me more time and s.p.a.ce to manage this one and the advantage of this is that I'm an Omega. I know how to deal with finding the right people that will fit the job. If you accept our offer not only we will invest but I'll be handling and fixing the system within myself. So what do you say?"

"Lance I think we should accept. Not everyone is willing to put up an investment in this. We all know why, besides you said to find someone who has as much care and pa.s.sion in helping Omegas. He is very much willing and he is an Omega himself."

"Fine. We accept your offer." Lance finally give up. He knows that they need all the help they can get in order for that firm to keep going.

"Great! I'll make an employees evaluation, all employees who are not fit and won't pa.s.s the evaluation will be offered an early retirement."

"But we already don't have much employees and not everyone wants to work in a law firm that's for Omegas." Teakyun said.

"Mr. Shun, this firm may have be a small and unknown one but we won't be needing such incompetent half a.s.s kind of workers now do we? So we need to make the changes from the inside. We will hire only the best and those who has any sympathy and pa.s.sion in helping other people." Aiden explained.

"Second we will open our firm not just for Omega's but also for Alpha's. They will be our income generating clients. We all know that most Omegas can't afford to pay for any legal fees or service fees for any lawyers that's why this firms operates at loss cause we shoulder all the expenses that occurs during the court trials and hearings plus the payments for any damages caused of loosing a case. So we need to prioritize in taking on cases that will generate income, of course rules needs to be set. We won't be taking Alpha case that goes against Omega cases as the firm's established to protect Omegas instead we will take one Alpha to Alpha cases and Criminal charges against Alphas."

"You have thought the far?" Teakyun was pretty amaze just how Chairman Miller's youngest son's mind works.

"Of course. I need to learn about the company my father wants to invest in. We want to help but we also want to see profit to our investment." Aiden simply explained. "Whether the investment is big or small money is still money in the end.

"Then I'll leave the managing of the inside operation to you." Lance said finally getting up.

"Leave it to me." Aiden said casually. He extended his hand for a shake that Lance gladly accepted.

"Nice meeting you Mr. Lance." Aiden said with his cold voice.

"Same with you Mr. Miller." Lance follow Aiden with his gaze till the Omega was completely out of his office. He looked at Teakyun who seems satisfied with how the discussion ended.

"What?" Teakyun asked.

Lance heave a sighed. "Nothing. When I heard his voice I thought it was Liam." Lance walked to his swivel chair and sit. He leaned backward and close his eyes while ma.s.saging his temple. "For a moment there I thought he was a live, but when I looked at him I find a different person. His face, the way he talks, his movements and the way he thinks are very much different from my Liam. Their similarities starts and ends with their voice... Just their voice." Lance blink a couple of times trying not to let his tears fall. "I should stop thinking that maybe we will one day come back, cause I know that will never going to happen." Lance got up and took his coat with him. "I'll go back to my office. I just got here cause you said someone was interested in investing in."

"Take care Lance." Teakyun said. He can see just how much Liam's death affected Lance but what can person like them who were left behind to carry on do? No, nothing.... They can do nothing much to heal or mend their broken hearts that died along with the person who they have given their hearts with. After spending five years repenting to all his past mistakes Teakyun finally was able to make peace for the fact that the only thing he could do now is to make his life meaningful and useful by helping those who are likes of Theo so after hearing Aiden a sparks of hope lit up inside him. *Maybe we can use Aiden as the face of this company.* Teakyun thought. "Right, he will be a perfect person to represent the Company. An Omega who is strong, smart and has strong sense of Justice." A lot of plans are coming to Teakyun's mind that it made him grin like a fool as he type each one all the possible things he can propose on how they could Market the FC Law firm.

Aiden was typing all the things he observed after he went to meet everyone in the offices of each Departments. All the negative and wrong things which he noticed and all the positive points. "First day and you are already frowning?"

Aiden looked at the person who just speak and quickly get his eyes back to his MacBook continuing what he was doing. " I can't afford to slack off G, there are so many things that needs to be done." Aiden heard his brother snorted at his response.

"It's just your first day so how can it be possible that you instantly have so many things to do? Is Dad bullying you?"

"Nope he is not." Aiden said still not looking at his brother who is now sitting just across his table. "What are you doing here G? Shouldn't you be in your honeymoon with George?"

"My wife had an emergency operation. One of her Client was hospitalized and needs an urgent Operation and since she can't say no we have to move our flight this morning to later at midnight. That explains my dear brother why I'm hear bothering you to kill some time." Aiden glared at his brother.

"Dad has so many business, I have to prove to him that I can take on all of it so he won't be stressing himself with all of them." Aiden said.

"And that my lovely brother is our original plan that's why I'm here to cheer you on! That old man won't stop working unless someone will take over the companies he built."

"You know I won't be inheriting any of these. I told you that before. I'll just fill in till one of your children is old enough to inherit Dad's companies right?" Aiden stopped with what he was doing to speak with his brother seriously. "Why don't you inherit Dad's company?"

"Because that man will easily follow Mom once I'm settled but if I don't and he finds me still not settled down then he will still see purpose in life not to leave a son like me all alone..... I got married because you came, Dad is the kind of man who is responsible enough not to leave his child alone. Besides you already told him that you won't be inheriting his companies which means he still needs to wait for his grandchildren to grow and inherit his companies from him." George explained that made Aiden smile.

"You really do have a father complex" Aiden commented.

"Yeah I do and now added to my complexity is my brother and wife complex but let's keep the wife complex to my wife that's my secret." Aiden smile at his brother before showing him his middle finger.

"Aw is that the way to treat your older brother?" George act like he felt hurt.

"f.u.c.k off G I still need to finish this." Aiden said.

"Ouch now that felt hurt." George clutch his hand to the side of his chest where his heart is located. Aiden felt guilty about what he said and not giving enough attention to his brother so he pause what he was doing to give his brother some attention.

"I'm sorry G its just I want to do my best. I have worked years so I can do this and so I can help Dad..."

"ppffffttt." Aiden looked at his brother when he heard whimper of someone who was trying hard not to laugh and there it is his brother's ugly face trying to suppress his laugh from bursting. Aiden took the book and throw it straight to George face where it hit Directly to George forehead.

"d.a.m.n it Ai! That hurts." George complained after the books edge hit his forehead.

"Doesn't look your in pain to me. I think I should throw another one and see if this will make you bleed this time." Aiden said with an eerie smile. George looked at his brother and he can see black forces surrounding his brother as he said those creepy words. George can even swear he heard witches laugh as a background when Aiden spoke those words.

"No, no, no I was just kidding see?" George said defeatedly. "By the way I heard from Dad that you take part in that FC international law firm? So how was it?..... No more like how was your meeting with him? were you alright?"

Aiden leaned back to the swivel chair and showed that confident smirk on his face. "Yeah why wouldn't I be? He is no longer the person I care about, he is nothing to me now."

"Getting c.o.c.ky are we?"

"Of course being c.o.c.ky is one of the traits of being a Miller." Aiden retorted.

" I'll pretend I didn't hear that hahaha. It was a surprise to me that you didn't even plan taking a revenge to your husband. With your status now, revenge would be possible. All you have to do is just say the word me and Dad will be willing to help you with that."

Aiden leaned forward and rested his hands on the table. "Now that's a very tempting offer but I'll pa.s.s to that. I change myself so I could start my life over again this time without him being part of my life... And I can't be angry over someone who choose to forget about me to build a family with the woman he truly loves. That's his right, I will seek revenge if I learned that either one of them has something to do with me being held back to my parents house and to the death of my child but no..... Right now my revenge solely Directly to the family who ruined me..... I waited for years for this to happen."

Aiden gave out that sinister smile that gave George chills down to his spine. "Now that gave me a creep." George shiver upon saying that before he stand to bid his brother goodbye. "Just prepare the stage of your revenge while I'm gone. We will make sure those Sy's will pay greatly for messing up with you..... No one messes with the Miller's that gets away with it."

Aiden looked at the back of the man who he relied on for years. He smile thinking of all the things he went through and how he had over come it. "I won't come this far if it weren't for their help." Aiden said. "What a mere Omega like me can even do back then? I can't even protect my own child. Maybe if I met you earlier then maybe my baby will still be alive today."

If looks can kill Zeejay would have been dead by now by the way Lee stares at him. "Quit glaring at me." Zeejay who's sitting in a single sofa Sid grumpily.

"You are the one who barge in to my house and yet you are the one who's angry?! Wow just wow! You thick face what are you even doing here? Can't you see you are disturbing my precious time with my Dexy? I would have been thrusting inside my Dex-------" Lee got cut off when a ladle came flying to him.

"Shut up! Lee Shun Shut up!" Dexter shouted at him, he can see the bright shade of red to Dexter's face. "You will never going to learn how to shut up your mouth with our s.e.x life. I don't even know why I ever agreed in marrying you in the first place!"

"Yeah don't marry a stupid moron like him. You still have a chance to run away from having miserable life with him." Zeejay said in a monotone voice, while rubbing his temple from all the noise he's hearing first thing in the morning.

"Shut up Zee! I'll kill you if my Dexy change his mind." Lee glared at his friend who didn't even paid any attention to him. Lee went to Dexter's side and hug him to his waist while snuggling his face to his neck. "You won't change your mind would you? You will still marry me won't you?" Lee looked Dexter with his puppy eyes. "I love you." Dexter pinch Lee's nose.

"Alright, alright just sit there. I'll just finish making breakfast so you can eat something. You're just hungry also maybe the reason why you are spouting nonsense. Go sit over there. Talk to that friend of yours he looks bothered. Here take this to him this will help him with his hungover." Lee looked at Zeejay who's still ma.s.saging his temple and then kissed Dexter to his lips before walking towards his friend, he handed him the cup of coffee which Dexter made.

"Here." Zeejay accepted the coffee handed to him.

"Thank you." Zeejay said and took a sip of the coffee while Lee seated beside him.

"So what's bothering you? You look like s.h.i.t." Lee commented.

"It has been five years since the last time I saw him but I still can't forget him... hahahaha I was the one who lead him on and played him but why am I the only one who seems who was left in the past? I kept telling myself that he is just for pa.s.sing time but I hate it when I saw him with someone last night. It made me scared very scared. Lee what should I do? Do I still stand a chance? I know in my part I can still make it right but but but what about him? Do you think that man is just a friend? What if he's married? No that can't be it and if ever he's married I'll just s.n.a.t.c.h him away from that man."

"Zee snap out of it, What about Nikka? You are not thinking clearly. I told you many times before that marriage is not a play thing and you didn't listen. I kept telling you to be true to your feelings but you said you and Nick were nothing. Just let Nick be happy. He love you long enough, he waited long enough. You had your chance and time but you took it all for granted." Lee hates to see his friend like this but what can he do Nicolas is also his friend and he knows that between the two it was Nicolas who endured more so he deliberately choose to be on the Omega's side.

"You know didn't you? After all these years you knew where Nick has been and you didn't bother telling me?!" Zeejay shouted.

"I asked you over and over again yet you gave me the same s.h.i.tty answer so don't go blaming it on me if you can't be man enough to even admit it to yourself! Why? Do you think Nick will always stay single for you? You are not the only man in the world Zee it's time that you should start thinking about that. Also if you have any intentions of finding him I'm pretty sure his where about would be less of your problems." Zeejay didn't say anything, he just sat there in silence.

"Let Nicolas go he is not for you. You already missed your chance. You killed all the hope he's been hanging on all through these years after you married a woman 4 years ago. Don't pursue him we all know you won't break tie with your wife cause that will disappoint your family. Don't pursue him only to make him your mistress. Nick doesn't deserve that." Lee said.

"The marriage is fake. It was Nikka who suggested it. That time I don't really care whether we marry for real or not what matters to me is to get over the nagging and pushing of my family to get me married to some wealthy Alpha woman but now I am glad that she suggested for us to make this marriage a fake one."

"What!" Lee could not believe what he was hearing.

"It's a secret really that not even the closest friends we have should know. Nikka has a lover that she kept in the dark. That's her true husband. They got married before we do. So we orchestrated all, the papers and the marriage are all fake." Zeejay explained.

"Will you break tie with her? Even though she's married to another man she can't let go of her fake marriage with you because of your family. That's the same with you. I do admire Nikka's husband but Nick won't settle for that. He doesn't deserve to be kept in the Dark. Think about it. If you are decided to make him yours then make sure to ready yourself in having an all out war to your family." Lee stand up to help Dexter in the kitchen.

"Is it worth it? Giving it up for love?" Zeejay's question made Lee stop.

"My parents weren't against to my relationship with Dexter and the only one who's between me and him is my self and all my uncertainties but one thing I can a.s.sure you. It is all worth it. Making love to the person who you love is a hundred time far better than sleeping with countless of women and men out there. I won't trade Dexy for the world. You should think about it carefully. Lee left Zeejay to let him think for himself and went to his lover "DEEEx.x.xx.x.xYYYYY"

Zeejay only shake his head to his friend who knows nothing but to cling to his lover Dexter. Zeejay was still thinking when he heard the doorbell rings. He presented to open the door since Lee doesn't have any plan in opening the door but Zeejay was not expecting to see the person behind the door.

"Lee Congratulations!.... Zee"

"Nick....."

"Nick I got all the gifts from the car." Zeejay looked at the man who came with Nicolas. It was the same man who he saw last night. Right then and there he wanted to kill that man but he knows doing so won't do him any good besides getting in jail is not part of his plan. How can he s.n.a.t.c.h Nick away from that man if he will be arrested for attempted murder. Zeejay just opened the door wider to let the two people in.

"Come in. Lee is in the kitchen with Dexter." Nicolas just silently come in.

All five people are sitting awkwardly in silent as they eat breakfast till Dexter broke the silent by introducing each one of them to one another. "Ahhmm Drake this is Zeejay and Zee this is Drake he is...."

"Boyfriend my boyfriend." Nicolas cut off Dexter and went on to introduce to everyone that Drake is his boyfriend. Drake looked at him with question to his eyes but choose to just let it slide. He knows that Nick has a good reason for introducing him as his boyfriend.

The news didn't sit well with Zeejay. He really wanted to kill the man.

Dexter can feel the heavy atmosphere so he tried to change the mood by changing the topic. "So what brought you here Nick?"

"Since we won't be able to attend your wedding we decided to visit early and spend a month here with you guys to make up for not being able to attend your wedding. It was really a surprise good thing we decided to visit just the two of us." Nicolas said feeling relieve.

"Is he also here?" Lee asked which Nicolas answered in nod.

"He won't miss it for the world, you know just how much you mean to him right?" Nicolas happily said. "Though I think he will be angry to me for ruining the surprise."

"So where is he?" The four talks like they were the only person in the table, they totally forgot about Zeejay.

"He's with Zai." Drake answered.

"Ow that kid I missed him. He must be big now. How old is he again?" Dexter asked.

"He will be 12 this year." Nicolas excitedly answered forgetting about Zeejay.

"So Zai is a child. I thought before he is an adult." Zeejay commented that made Nicolas froze to where he was sitting.

"So who is this child to you? Why does it seems that you are very fond of that child?" Zeejay asked.

Seeing the fear in Nicolas eyes he knows that the Omega doesn't want the man to know just who is Zai is. So without saying Drake answered the question for him. "My son, Zai is my son." Everyone in the table looked at Drake in disbelief.

"Y-yeah Zai is Drake's son. What a sweet child hahahaha." Lee laugh.

Zeejay's grip hard to the spoon and fork that he was holding. He hated the fact that Nick is getting close to some other man's child and that the two know each other for more than five years ago but the worst thought is that maybe that Zai kid is Nick's child from that despicable man Drake. He wanted the last thought he had to be erased.

At that moment Zeejay finally made up his mind to s.n.a.t.c.h the Omega away from any man or if worst comes to worst he will just impregnate and mark him so that Nicolas can fully be his.
