The Destined Encounter 51 Chapter 51: Plan For Future

Sorry this was supposed to be posted yesterday but I fell asleep. Anyways here is the second chapter which I promised although I was able to post it one day late. Sorry again.

Terrence couldn't sleep that night he kept on thinking about what happened that night. He looked at his sleeping wife who pillows his arms as he buries his face to his Husband's chest. Terrence slowly took his arms off and carefully turned his wife to lay on his back. He then carefully got up and out of the bed. He took his phone and went outside to their rooms Terrace. He dialed a number and took a few rings before the man on the other line answered.

(What is it Terrence? it's in the middle of the night what's with the call?) Said the grumpy Lance.

"Lance I need your help." That's all what Terrence said. His eyes are finally open he wanted to do this but in order for it to work he needs to break free from his family's shadow and the only person that could help him is Lance.

"Son what's with the sudden visit." Terrence father greeted.

Terrence handed him a folder and gesture his father to open it. It has been a week since Terrence finally made a decision and he wants to act fast.

"I don't understand son." His father looked at him with confusion written on his face.

"It's as written there Dad. It's not the final proposal but that draft clearly stated what I wanted to do." Terrence casually explained.

"What is it that you wanted to do that you want to break free from our family's firm Son?" Terrence can hear a hint of sadness and disappointment in his father's voice.

"Dad I'm doing this to bring justice. If I hadn't met my wife my eyes won't be open to the truth about the unjust treatment of the society to the likes of my wife." Terrence said trying to make his father understand his decision.

"But we can do that within this firm we can carry out your goals and objectives here in this company. This firm was pa.s.sed to us by your great grandfather. I didn't worked hard so that my children will have to struggle working in an unknown law firm" His father argue.

"I do understand father but that wouldn't be possible as you said that our firm was pa.s.s on to us by our great grandfather which also means that it is not just our family who's working and sharing the benefits of the company also the other family members from uncle's side who are also Lawyers. I know our family will go along with what I want and support me fully that's how you and Mom raised us but I can't bring conflict inside the firm which you worked hard for to build and established Dad. Omega issues most are scandalous one we know all that and no one wants to take cases involving Omegas. Other family members of Harris will definitely going to go against us handling such cases. I can't put you in a position where they will hate you Dad for supporting your Son." His father looked at his Son and saw determination burning in his eyes.

"Why are you so adamant with this Son? If your answer can somehow convince me then I'll let you." His father said.

"We are a family of Alpha cause we Married to an Alpha. Never once a family member of ours was married to an Omega but my case is different....

I am married to one Dad." Terrence looked at the ring on his ring finger and smile.

"Even though I'm a rare dominant Alpha that won't guarantee that one of my children won't be one or maybe my grandchildren won't be one. My wife has been through because of his sub gender and I don't want any of my children or grandchildren to suffer the same faith as my wife did..... I want to kill those people who ridicule and degraded my wife each time but I know doing so won't change anything but maybe if I played my cards right and do the things where I'm good at maybe just maybe I can make changes slowly and give hope to those who has been deprived of Justice just because others choose to cover their ears and eyes to the cruelty of the world to them."

"You really are all grown up now, making such tough decisions. At least let this old man of yours help you with the funds in building the firm that you want..... Also make sure not to hesitate in asking us for help. We will take on cases under your firms name if it gets to the point that there will be too much cases for you to handle alone. We are your family remember that." Robert said.

"Thank you Dad. Lance agreed to help me with this. He do understand me the most because like me his wife is also an Omega too. We are hoping that maybe someday the world will give an equal treatment to Omega's like them. Maybe in the future I won't fear for my children or my grandchildren's life."

Terrence went inside their apartment and saw his wife looking all apologetically. "Why are you looking at me like that?" Terrence said pretending that he is mad at his wife.

"Are you still angry with me?" Chester hold Terrence arm.

Terrence tried so hard not to give in to his adorable wife. He continues to pretend angry. "What do you think? You went with Liam to the party just the two of you and drive yourselves there. I was told by Lance that you two almost got caught in an accident." Terrence scolded but Chester continued to pout cutely.

"But the two of us made it safe there. Nothing happened we are ok. Liam needs some help and I don't want to just sit there and do nothing." Chester reasoned.

"Then you should have just called me! I could have asked someone or hired someone to drive you two there safely. Chester I don't know if you do understand how much you mean to me. Have you ever thought how would I feel if something were to happen to you and our child." For crying out loud you are almost due and aarrgghhh... this is enough we will talk later. I need to go somewhere." Terrence said.

"But you just got here."

"Your car. I need to get your car back." Terrence said. It was the first time that his Husband was able to stand him that long, before all he has to do is to pout and act cute for Terrence to forgive him but it seems even that won't work to ease his Husband's anger towards what he did last week. Yes it has been a week and still his Husband treats him like he's not there. The thought of his Husband getting angry to him squeezes Chester's hear specially when Terrence called him using his first name. Ever since getting married to him Terrence seldom calls him using his name and it hurts Chester. He doesn't know what else to do so Chester decided to chaste after his Husband. He looked outside to see if his Husband was still at the lobby but found no Terrence walking so he run downstairs and figure that his Terrence might be in front of their building to take a cab since he said that he will be taking his car back. When Chester got down he saw Terrence standing in front and talking somebody over the phone. Chester didn't waste any time and run towards him hugging his Husband from the back.

"Chester, what are...."

"Don't call me Chester, call me Kitten like how you always do. Terry I'm sorry please don't be mad at me. I won't do it again please forgive this Kitten. I don't want you to be mad at me for this long. Chester said crying.

Terrence blows a loud breath and tried to break from Chester's embrace.

Chester didn't want to let go but Terrence is trying to break free from his embrace and when he does he turned around only to see a crying Chester.

"Don't you want me anymore?" Chester asked. Terrence was surprised by his wife's sudden question. "Am I being abandoned? Are you abandoning me?" Chester asked.

Terrence hug his wife. "Of course not how did you even arrived to that conclusion? I was just a little mad at you because I don't think that you regard your safety that much. You are my world Chester I won't be able to take it if something bad where to happen to you or to any of our children." Terrence kissed Chester's eyes.

"Don't cry. I'm sorry if I ever hurt your feelings but know this, I will never going to leave much more abandon you. I can't do that to you I love you so much to do that. I just want you to learn." Chester nod his head while still crying.

"Don't cry now. I not mad anymore Kitten." Chester nod. "I have to go, I'll be back early."

"Take me with you, I don't want you to go alone just take me with you." Chester begs.

Terrence wants to punch himself after seeing the fear in his wife's eyes. He knows that Chester is strong enough to stand up for himself and for their children alone without his help or presence but seeing the fear in his wife's eye just by the thought that he will be abandoned tear his heart out. If he knows that this will be the effect of his stubornes then he shouldn't have done it and just give in to his cute wife.... But he knows full well that his wife needs to learn he needs to think for himself and his safety. It's not bad to help but he just wants Chester to learn how to value his own safety.

"I'll take you with me. Come."

Lance looked at his sleeping wife. He felt so lucky to be married to such strong man. He never thought that his wife would stand up for him. What Bea said really got him scared he thought that it would send his wife running from him again but his Liam stand his ground and defended him.

Lance can't help but chuckled at the memory of last week when his wife threatened his ex and when he told him he is his. Those simple words are enough to make his heart pound from so much happiness. Lance felt his wife move a little and then his eyes slowly opened. "Hhhmmm what are you doing? What time is it now?" Liam asked.

"It's already 11 in the morning. You are sound asleep so I didn't bother waking you up." Lance said.

Liam immidiately got up. "Breakfast, breakfast.... Oh know did you ate breakfast? Why didn't you wake me up?"

"Hey, hey calm down I ate already. You should get up to eat brunch. I already asked Sebastian to tell the chef to cook something for you."

"About what happened last week, I'm sorry and thank you for standing up for me. I'm really sorry for what happened before. I promise you that will never going to happen ever again." Liam just looked at Lance.

"Of course that really shouldn't happen again cause the next time you cheat on me I won't take you back again. I'm going to give you to whoever trash it is you are cheating me with." Lance laugh at what his wife just said.

"No I don't want my wife to give me away to other people. I don't want that." Lance said acting cutely while hugging his wife to his waist.

"Also you have been apologizing to me since that night. I should be the one apologizing to you for making you worry." Liam said patting his Husband's head.

"I understand why you and Chester went there but please promise me not to do that again. Please." Lance beg.

"I was just angry to learn that she was there still trying to get you hhhmmmppp..... You should've told me about it." Liam demanded.

"I'm sorry, I also didn't know she was there believe me." Lance got up and took Liam's hand and played with it.

"I'll be very busy in the upcoming days. I'm going to help Terrence with something. If his proposal works then maybe in the future you can walk in the streets and go anywhere you want freely without prejudice. It will be a long term thing before we can see the results but I think it will be worth a shot specially if it's Terrence who will be the one handling this."

"What do you mean?" Liam asked.

Lance just kiss him. "You'll know soon but for now let me and Terrence handle it."

A knock on their room disturb the two from their moment. "Sir Mr. Terrence Harris and his wife are both waiting in the living room. Mr. Harris says he needs to speak with you."

"Tell him that I'll be there shortly." Lance said.

Terrence and Chester are both waiting in the living room while waiting for Lance. Chester doesn't know why they are here the only thing he knows is that they only plan to get his car back then after the two of them should be going home but Terrence suddenly said that he needs to speak with Lance.

"Terrence, you need something for me? What's with the visit?" Lance asked getting straight to the point.

"Should we move somewhere private?" Terrence asked.

"Yes let's talk in my study room." Terrence just followed Lance and left his wife to Liam's care.

"So what's with the visit? Any good news?" Lance asked.

"Yeah already talked to my father and he agreed to let me go. Here read this, I'm no business man so business proposal really is not my thing but that's the draft of what I have in mind, read that and tell me what you think." Terrence handed him a folder containing his proposal.

"Since you plan to build a law firm that will have a department solely for Omega cases it won't be easy to get fundings for that you know it right? Although you will still handle other cases which of course will generate this firm income but it won't be enough." Lance said.

"That's why I need to find investors to fund this, it will be a difficult start but if this succeeded then money will follow." Terrence explained.

"You know full well that Omegas don't have the capacity and capability to pay for a lawyers, that's why most cases of a.s.sults, battery and even raped are not being reported." Lance said.

"Also no law firms wants to take their case for they won't be earning monetary payment from them which means a lost to a business." Terrence added.

"So we will offer service for free is that it?" Lance asked.

"Yeah why not? You have a lot of money that you can spend. Besides the free service will only be offered to Omega's who doesn't have the capacity. We will only take what they can give but if they don't have anything then that will be our helped to them. Our law firm's income will come from other clients of different case far from the Omega's. You know how things works here." Terrence explained.

"You know how the society views them if they learn that Our law firm has an own Department that specifically handles Omega case they will definitely won't want to have our service." Lance asked he's testing his friends resolve since this time he is not the one who will handle this. Law is not Lance's forte so if they push through with this then Terrence will be the one to handle the firm since he's the person who knows better in how that world works.

"Who do you think you are talking to? I'm Atty. Terrence Harris a lot of people wants to hire my service. Besides every business always starts low it would be a break through if we will be able to pull this through also if we succeeded we will be the first firm ever to have a department that handles Omega cases."

"How about Attorneys? Where will you find attorneys to work in our firm and would be willing to handle cases as that? You know full well that if they want to win such cases then they need to have strong resolve. It won't helped if they themselves disgust Omegas." Lance asked, he's not being nosy but he wants to make sure that everything will be flawless.

"I'll handle the hiring. I'll make sure to find someone who will fit the category, don't worry and in difficult cases I'll be the one that will handle it personally." Terrence answered.

"Thank you Terrence, that's all I need to know. I hope this works." Lance said.

"Me too. It will be hard I know but I want to make this work I don't want to worry about my children and grandchildren's future. I want to set a future where if ever I'll have an Omega child or grandchild they will be treated fairly. I don't want to worry letting them go out there. I also want my children to continue what I started when they grow old maybe even by little things I will be able to make a difference and change on how the society views them." Terrence said like he can already see what will happen in the future.

"I'm also thinking the same thing. Also this plan of yours will restrain or may slowdown crimes against Omegas." Lance added. "I'll handle all the papers in the firm's registration. Also prepare for the income and budget proposal for this, we need to fix things as early as possible while we wait for our firm's registration and liscene to operate. About the funding don't worry about it the two of us is enough to keep this firm rolling, just do your thing."

"Their taking too long to talk." Chester said out of nowhere.

"It's perhaps something to do with what Lance told me earlier, I guess. He said Terrence is proposing something." Liam commented.

"Here drink this milk Chess." Liam sit beside Chester and looked at his tummy. "Can I touch it?" Liam asked.

"Go on." Chester permitted chuckling a little.

"You are almost due, in less than a month you will be seeing this little thing." Liam caress Chester's tummy in circular motion.

"Yeah we really are excited to see my baby. My two boys will officially going to be big brothers now. I just wish for them to get along with each other and to love one another." Chester commented.

"Ow I just remembered what happened to you that night Terrence seems really angry." Liam asked he already stopped caressing Chester's tummy and went back to drinking his own milk.

"He didn't talked to me for a whole week. My husband gave me a cold shoulder for a week saying that's my punishment for not valuing my safety. I apologized to him this morning so I think we are already ok now but on our ride going here he said that he needs to talk to me with something. I don't know what it will be about but I think it is something serious. I can't help but feel nervous, Terry always tells me right away what he wanted to say." Chester was already pouting while telling him what happened.

"What about you?" Chester asked.

"Lance got angry at first but I explained it to him and he easily forgave me." Liam shortly explained.

"Why is it that Terrence has to drag this issue for a week? I feel so terrible because of that." Chester complain.

"Maybe because you have be frequently doing reckless things disregarding your safety. I can still clearly remember how I felt when you drive us there, I thought I was going to die like five times Chess!"

"I know now what I did wrong Terrence clearly wanted me to know that." Chester agreed.

"Lance thank you, I'll see you next week. Liam thank you but we need to go home now." Terrence and Lance just came out from Lance study room but Terrence immidiately bid farewell the moment he saw the two Omega.

Chester and Terrence sat quietly inside the car. It was a silent ride till Chester broke the silent. " Terry I was really curious, what is it that you want to talked to me about. Can we just talked this here or are you still mad at me — the silence is killing me."

Terrence blows a loud breath. "I'm no longer mad at you but sulking maybe."

"I'm sorry. I will take good care of myself please." Chester plead.

"Do you want to know what I wanted to discuss with you?" Chester nodded his head yes.

"Well then. Don't ever think that I don't trust you, cause you know how much I do." Terrence said his eyes are still on the road but Chester can see how tense Terrence is. He can see how many times his Adams apple move indicating that the Alpha swallowed a few times before speaking.

"What happened in the past, in our house, at the entrance of the party and at the rest room made me all worried and thinking how dangerous this world is for you." Terrence started.

"But I can handle myself just fine, I was able to get by just fine even without you in the past." Chester argue.

"Before I bit you. How many times Chester?" Terrence asked, Chester looked at how his Husband tightened his grip to the stirring wheel.

"Your work back then was a given that you had s.e.xual intercourses with different men but outside that how many times have you experienced getting violated against your will?" Chester's tears Cascade down his face, he didn't know how but hearing it from his Husband's mouth hurts him more.

"H-how-----? Wh----why... WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BRING IT UP!" Chester suddenly shout.

Terrence has to pull over he knows this kind of conversation shouldn't be done while driving.

"CAUSE YOU NEVER LISTEN! YOU ALWAYS ALWAYS OWNING AND SOLVING EACH PROBLEMS OF YOURS BY YOURSELF!" It was the first time Terrence shouted at Chester, he didn't know that what happened at the party and the previous things that happened in the past is slowly creating a place for worry and uneasiness inside Terrence heart.

"How did you know?" Chester asked.

"I had you investigated before remember? And during that investigation I came a cross with two file cases under your name. It was dismissed and you lost the case." Terrence explained.

"They say that it was my fault cause of my Pheromones. No one believe me that I was not having my heat back then and because of the nature of my job. They reverse what happened and put the blame on me saying that I'm black mailing him to extort money from him. Same thing happens to the second case. Since then I learned that....that if you fight against them then you will be punished even more. I was charge for the crime of extortion, they presented evidences that I don't even know about. In the end I was sent to jail for such crime. Prison life is h.e.l.lish, one of the chief there offer me help to get me out of there in one condition.... I think you know what condition is that.... I have no choice, I have to make a living to pay for my debt. If I asked for their help then they will add it to my debt so I agreed."

"I don't know what the condition is Chester. Tell me." Terrence commanded.

Chester shake his head no. "You'll be disgusted with me."

"I won't. I love you, you know that." Terrence lift Chester's face to see.

"He wanted me to partic.i.p.ate in an Orgy party he held for his friend who was about to get married. I'm their b.i.t.c.h that night." Chester can here Terrence swearing numerous times as he hit the stirring wheel.

"Is that why you run away instead of confronting me even after I had s.e.x with you for the first time when I found you when you were in heat back then?" Chester nodded. Nothing good will happen when you fight against Alphas. I thought you are the same as them.

Terrence look at him. "Chester, Kitten looked at me. I will never going to let those things happen to you again but you need to listen to me. From now on I'll have someone follow you when I'm not around. Don't worry it won't be awkward you won't even noticed him around you. I just want to keep you safe. I already asked Dad one of the trusted maids in our house will be transferred and start living with us. She'll help you with the kids."

"But....."

"Not but. Let me finish first. We need to make changes in the place where we live I already asked auntie about it and she already agreed. The whole apartment building will be under surveillance and security measures. We need to tighten the security to the place where we live. You need to report to me and tell me where you go each time. I don't want to do this to you either cause I know you are not used to this kind of things but I don't want to let my guards down just to please you when I know I can do both if I just do it right."

"Will this make you happy? Won't you be mad again to me?" Chester asked.

"Yes it will make me happy and No I won't be mad again as long as you are safe. Your safety is all that matters to me." Terrence said.

Chester took off his seat belt so he could move closer to Terrence to hug him. "Then ok do what you think can make you happy. What makes you happy also makes me happy. I'm so sorry."

"No I'm sorry for throwing a temper against you. I just love you so much." Terrence hug him back.

"Wear your seat belt we will go home. Also if you want to go somewhere driving this car call me, I'll have someone accompany you don't go driving by yourself again." Terrence scolded.

Chester can't helped but smile. He never knew that his dark and filthy world will be lighten by the man who he just encountered accidentally. The man who bit him out of pure instinct. He didn't know that pure coincidential accident will deliberately change his life.
