The Destined Encounter 36 Chapter 36: Courtship

Liam is looking at the cookie box on his hands. He can't helped but smile. "Your husband has been consistently courting you. He always visit here though he's gaze is shooting daggers at me, he consistently giving you home made dessert's although he obviously fails in baking them. Well that's A for an effort. He even drop by just to give that cookie box to you."

Liam took one of the cookies inside the box and took a bite. It was a little bitter and salty for a cookie but for him it's the sweetest cookie he ever had. "Yeah. He is."

"With him doing that I will bet that it won't take long and you will move back in with him in no time." Dexter said teasingly.

"Why will you miss me? I think not, you have Lee so why would you miss me?"

"Hey who would want to spend their time around that pervert psycho? By the way I haven't been seeing him these past few days."

"Why are you missing him?" Liam teased.

"No of course not! It's a good thing that, that p.r.i.c.k finally gave up. I told you he was just bored and he thought that I can amuse him somehow but since I'm stubborn he finally give up." Dexter's own statement left a bitter feeling to his heart.

"I need to get ready. Lance is about to get here I promise that we will have dinner together."

"Speaking of... your Knight in shinning suit has arrived." Dexter pointed his lips to the door.

"Good evening Love, are you ready?" Lance gaze shifted to Dexter. "Evening Dexter." Lance said flatly.

"Yeah ready." Liam looked at Dexter. "Brother we will go now. I'll be back later."

"No don't come back, spend a night at your husband's place." Dexter looked at Lance. "Lance don't let that man go back here tonight ok?"

"B-but---"

"No buts mister or I'll get angry. Just don't sleep in the same room as him, his house has lots of guest rooms so just stay there." Dexter suggested. "Now you people should go now or you won't be able to make the most of your dinner."

Liam was about to get out of the car when Lance stopped him. "Wait, before you go please wear this." Lance pulled out a thick red folder which he placed over Liam's eyes.

"Lance I can't see anything with this."

"That's the point of this. For you not to see anything." Lance laughed.

Liam heard the car's door opened and closed. Then a few seconds later he heard it open again on his side, feeling the cold wind from the outside against his skin. He heard the voice of his husband and felt the warmness of his Husband's hands to his arms guiding him as he slowly got out of his car.

"What's with the Blindfold? I mean there is not a place in your house that I have not seen so what's with this?" Liam asked. He heard his husband chuckled.

"Patience Love you'll see. It wouldn't be a surprise if I tell you so please just follow my voice and trust me."

"Ok, Ok."

"Two more steps and we are here." Lance said. "You can take off your blindfold now." Liam slowly take his blindfold off. "What is it that you want...." Liam was speechless with what's in front of him.

"Allow me to escort you?" Lance held out his hand inviting him to hold it which Liam gladly accept. He guided to Omega towards the end side of the table and wait till he is completely settled to where he is seated at. He then sit across him.

Liam look around hi in so much amazement. Their garden was turned in to a romantic set up like cut out from a chick flick movie scene. There garden was filled and surrounded by tiny lights that looks like a tiny stars in the sky. The place was lighted lightly by the lamp post which he have not seen before. He thinks that his husband specifically installed that just for that occasion. Petals of red roses are scattered all over the Bermuda gra.s.s. In the middle of it placed a low square table and blanket as their sit and just on their side a group of man wearing a formal attire who is holding a music instruments in their hands.

"What's this about? a dinner picnic?" Liam asked still couldn't believe what he's seeing. He expects that his Husband will pursue him but not to this extent. "I planned in making it to a romantic dinner but a simple one will be too cliche' so I innovate a little. Do you like it?"

Liam looked at him. "I love it." The waiter approached them. "Wine Sir?" Lance signal the waiter to pour their gla.s.s. Other waiters also came to serve them the first course of meal.

The group of man start playing a music and a man starts singing.

"It would still be more romantic if you sing it yourself." Liam was still teasing Lance. He knows full well that Lance is the kind of man who would not do things that he knows fully well he is not fitted to and will result to embarra.s.sment.

Lance suddenly gestured for the man to stopped playing and singing. He got up and went to them, he said something to the group of man then the singer step out of the microphone stand and Lance replaced him then the music start playing where it was left off.

Lance looked at Liam, locking gaze with his wife as if telling him personally the message of the song.

Every lyrics of the song sips to his soul. Though his Husband's voice is out of tune and sounds funny he can't helped but feel the sincerity of it as the words comes out of his Husband's lips till he finished the song.

"My wish is for us to get closer together, so close that no one could ever break us apart. I won't give up till I finally got you back not just you but everything about you."

"Thank you that was a lovely dinner." Liam said his thanks to Lance before going in one of the guess rooms to rest. The two are both standing outside the guess room door.

"Yeah I hope you liked my surprise to you."

"I loved it so much. I should get inside it's pretty late."

"Uhhmm Love." Liam was about to go inside when Lance grab his arm. "Can, can I kiss you?" The Omega was a little surprised and felt awkward for it was the first time that the Alpha asked such thing from him. Lance is usually the aggressive type of Alpha who's action speaks louder than words. He is not used to asking permission in doing what he wanted to do so Liam can't helped but feel the awkwardness.

"Y-yeah. I guess it's ok." Liam slightly biting his lower lips as he gave his husband the permission to kiss him. It didn't took long enough for the Omega to feel the soft, warm lips of his Alpha against him. The kiss started soft, tender and light. He can feel his Husband's lips nibbling his and tongue brushing lightly to the entrance of his mouth. Liam wrap his arms around his Husband's neck bringing him closer to him. As their kiss starts to go deeper he felt his husband's hands placed both on each side of his hips pulling his body closer against his. He can feel his Husband's warm body burning as each pa.s.sing time that their lips and tongue intertwined with each other. Liam was so lost he can't deny it any longer. He longed for his husband, he longed for his touch and most of all he longed for his love.

A moan escaped from his mouth as they continue kissing filling up the thirst of not having one another for so long. Lance was brought back to his senses when he started hearing faint moans escaping Liam's sweet mouth. He immediately pulled away from the Omega. "Mother is it really ok for me to come here with you?" Chester asked. He doesn't feel very comfortable being surrounded by high cla.s.s people.

"Yeah why wouldn't be ok?" Tiana asked. She took chester with her in one of her friends simple lunch party where she was invited. Since Anita and her son is at Anita's parents and Theo is in hiding she decided to take Chester with her with a promise from his over protective son that she won't let something bad Happen to Chester. "Come on son." Tiana guide Chester inside.

She immediately introduce Chester to her set of friends. "How are you, ow by the way this beautiful man here is my daughter in law, he is Terrence wife." Chester bow down a little showing them respect.

"So from what family did you come from? If it's the Harris I'm pretty sure you came from a very prestigious family." Chester looked at them. He doesn't know how to answer them.

"I-I----"

"He didn't came from one but nonetheless I love him and my family." Tiana answered for him giving him a wink. Everyone couldn't say anything after that.

Tiana and Chester decided to take a sit in one of the tables who is good for two persons. She simple knows that Chester is the kind of person who is not used to this kind of gatherings but she still wants to introduce him to her circle of friends after all Chester is part of the family now. "I'm sorry mother." Chester said in a low voice.

Tiana held up Chester's chin to make him looked at her. "Hey why are you saying sorry? You don't need to be sorry. Don't say sorry for unnecessary things you didn't do wrong. You can only say sorry if you did something wrong to a person but other than that don't say sorry." Tiana smiled at him.

"Have more confidence in yourself. We love you regardless of who you are in the past and my son loves you despite who you were, who you are and who you will be, so stop worrying ok?" Chester nods. "I'll just go over there I'll be right back, if something happens just call me."

Tiana was still inside in one of the rest rooms cubicles when she heard a group of women talking about her daughter in law.

"Have you seen the Omega the one that is pregnant?" Asked the one who's doing her foundation.

"Oh yeah. I've seen him why did you asked."

"It seems I have seen him somewhere." The woman stopped what her doing and tried harder to think. _I remember it now. I don't know if you seen that video apparently someone deleted it as soon as it was uploaded. There was a pregnant Omega who was dragged on by a woman it turns out that Omega was the mistress of his Husband." The women inside who also hear gasped in surprise.

"Then why is it that Omega is here? I need to check on my husband who knows maybe that low life will try his way to snake my husband away." One of the ladies said.

Tiana loudly opened the door of the cubicle where she is at. She walked towards the sink in the middle where the ladies are gossiping about his daughter in law. Everyone went silent and gave their best smile to her. "uuummm Mrs. Harris, I'm Mrs. Gil never thought I will get a chance to meet someone like you here. If you want maybe we could grab some coffee." Tiana looked at her from head to toe.

"No thanks I would rather not."

"Mrs. Harris, have you heard what Mrs. Gil is sharing us? I mean it will be very bothersome to be in the same place as that Omega wouldn't it?" Tiana turned around to face the lady.

"No it won't because that Omega is my son's wife. I don't think he will be s.n.a.t.c.hing someone else's husband any time soon." Tiana grab a paper towel to dried her hands before starting to walk out from the rest room but before leaving she stopped. "If I were you I will watch out the things I will say next regarding that Omega. Cause if not I'll make sure you all will answer to me and it will be done with no mercy."

Chester was still sitting alone sipping his strawberry milk smoothie when someone sit in front of him. "I have been noticing you since earlier sitting here all alone." The man is rather dashing but not as handsome as his Husband.

"What is a beauty like you doing in this boring party of the oldies sitting all alone?" Chester noticed that the man is. .h.i.tting on him.

"I'm not alone I'm with my mother. Also I'm married." He showed him his ring. "Well if you're interested." The man tried to hold Chester's arm but Chester pulled it away. "No I'm not interested. I'm bonded with my husband." Chester pulled his hair up and showed him his mark he even stand up to show how pregnant he is. "And I'm very much pregnant so no thanks." The man just laugh.

"Lucky b.a.s.t.a.r.d." The man whispered while Laughing. Chester could not understand the man in front of him. He was about to leave the man when his mother in-law came back and rush to greet the man. "Jules I can't believe how time flies. So what are you doing here?"

"I heard from Mom that auntie will be here but I was more surprised to learn that Terrence is married already." Tiana chuckled. "Yeah you have been very busy with your work that you already forgoten about us." Tiana said jokingly.

"What can you say Auntie. It can't be helped, being an agent is not an easy job. How about introducing me to this beauty?" Jules said.

"Yeah right I'm sorry I got so excited seeing you here. Well first of Chester this is Jules Parker he is my sister's son which makes Terrence and Jules cousins. Jules this is my daughter in law Terrence wife." Jules extended his hand's to Chester's wife after Chester accepted it he quickly place a small kiss on the back of Chester's hands. Chester quickly pulled his hand away.

The Alpha laugh with what Chester did. "Don't tease him Terrence won't be happy if you keep doing that."

"It's just my way of greeting him auntie, such Beauty deserves a romantic greeting."

Tiana looked at Chester. "Son he's just like that he always, always teases people who are being tied up with Terrence."

"But I must say, Auntie this one is different he didn't even bat an eye before rejecting me flatly. My charm didn't even work!" Jules said.

"Of course that's a given this young man loves my Terrence dearly that's why we love him for our son. You should visit us some time so my son can smack you on the head for hitting on his wife." Tiana flatly said.

"Woah auntie are you going to tell this to Terrence?"

"Yes of course it's about his wife after all Hahaha"

"Ok, Ok, I'll drop by sometimes. I need to go auntie I just dropped by here because Mom asked me to run an errand for her." The young man then looked at Chester. "You too tell my regards to your husband." The man then disappear from the crowd.

Chester was already fast asleep when he felt someone hug him from behind. He can smell his husband's sweet pheromones so he turned around snuggling deeper to his husband's embrace getting much access to his scent. "Did I wake you up?" Terrence whispered.

"Yeah but I don't mind." Chester said sleepily.

"So how was your day with Mom?" Terrence asked, playing the top of his hair.

"It was ok, I get to meet a lot of Mother's friends. She uuuhhmmm introduce me to them." Chester said yawning and close eyes.

Terrence laugh at his wife's sight. He really is his stress and tiredness absorber. "I was able to meet one of you cousins too. What's his name again? hhhmmm June?, Juke? Jjuuuu?"

"I guess it was Jules kitten" Terrence corrected.

"Yeah Jules right. He's sending his regards to you."

"Really?" Terrence asked flatly not giving even a slight interest.

"He's a bit weird he kissed the back of my hand saying it was just a greeting." Chester said remembering what happened earlier. "

Terrence brow twitch as he frowns from what he just heard. He quickly took his phone out and dial a number seconds later he begun to speak someone over the phone. "You. Are. Dead!" The only thing he heard his Husband said and immediately hangs up the phone.

Terrence looked at him. "Don't go near that jerk without me ok?"

Chester looked at him puzzled but still agreed he doesn't want to upset his husband for he knows that he is just being possessive over him again. He just quietly snuggle between his husband's embrace.

"Yeah I won't, but Terry?" Chester opened his eyes and looked at his Husband lovingly. "Can we, I mean can we. It has been so long since we you know. We..." Chester suddenly yelp when his husband shifted their position and he just found himself underneath his husband.

"What is it Kitten?" Terrence leaned down near his ears and whispered seductively. "Tell me Kitten, say the word." Chester can already sense his Husband's pheromones and it's making him feel hot.

Chester pinch the side of his Husband which earned a wince from Terrence but Terrence suddenly pulled something from his behind and handed it to Chester. "What's these two boxes for? And what's with the one stem of red rose?"

"Nothing I just want to be sweet to my wife to keep the spice up." Chester hit his husband playfully. Terrence took the black box and opened it. Inside is a round white gold bangled bracelet and in the middle are three seemingly beads with alternating black and white color. "It's beautiful." Chester trace his fingers to the bracelet.

Terrence took out the bracelet from the box and untangled the hook at the end to open it and put it on his wrist. "What are these beads for?" Chester asked.

Terrence hold the beads pierced by the bangled "The white ones are pearls and the black one in the middle is a meteorite stone."

Terrence looked at Chester "You often see yourself as a lowlife and dirty Omega but you see, I see you like this pearl, even the most beautiful thing in this world can emerge from the dirt mold by time, so pure, so white and so beautiful just like you. And the meteorite stone is like me, you always see me as high and mighty something you can't reach. Whenever you feel like it just look at this bracelet and remember that I brought this two together that are million miles apart." Terrence kissed his temple.

"I will always by your side."

Chester wipe the single tear that drop to his eye. "You are making me cry. I'm already your wife so why does it seems like you are still courting me and also this flower." Chester laugh.

Terrence hug him. "Come on I didn't do this just to make you cry. Besides just because you are already my wife doesn't mean I have to stop courting you. I have to make sure to secure my place in your heart." Chester lightly hit him to his chest.

"It's tears of joy you ugly. You really are ugly."

"Hey don't say that you know too well that I am anything but ugly." Terrence laugh. "Should I still continue? I still have one box to open." Terrence opened the second box. Inside the box are mixed studs of earrings and ring earrings. Chester looked at him. "What are these? Earrings?"

"Yeah, you may not be able to wear it now since you are still pregnant but after you gave birth if you are willing to have a piercing I would want to put these on your ear. It's a constellation earrings specifically designed base on the ear shape. So what do you think?"

"They are so beautiful, Yeah I would love to but won't it hurt?" Terrence kissed his ear. "A little." Chester looked at him and place a small peck on his Husband's lips. "I love you so much. Thank you for loving me this much."

"Won't you agree that you have such a great husband?"

Chester throw him one of their pillows. "Just go take a shower and put some clothes on." Terrence got out of their bed laughing. There really isn't a dull moment when he is with his wife.

Hi everyone another update for you all. The song t.i.tle used is "Closer You and I by: Gino Padilla." An old song again it was actually used in early 2000 for Close up toothpaste commercial but the song was actually released on year 1991. I remember my childhood with this song.

Why does the best songs with best lyrics usually found in the old days? I wonder?

Well I guess I'm just one of those few youngsters in this generation who loves listening to those kind of songs. hehehe
