Lucia, receiving VIPs visit

I was woken up by a refreshing breeze that caressed my cheek.

When I opened my eyes, I was not in my own room, but instead in an unfamiliar room. From the opened window I could see the blue sky which resembled Celes-san eye.

I pushed my elbow, tried to rise up from the bed, but I couldn’t muster up any strength. My head is so dizzy, this condition was like having a severe anemia.

Moreover my body felt so cold. Even though it was wrapped in several layers of futon, it was so cold that I could went numb. What was with this situation?

I am giving up to raise my body. I had no means to ever felt this sluggish (1). But, why?

I heaved a sigh and once again closed my eyes while lied down in that condition. I am not sleepy, but to keep my eyes open is annoying.

In a quiet room, I faintly could heard person voices from the outside. I think that were the voices of the knights order and soldiers corps in the middle of their training. When I heard a voice similar to someone giving an instruction and the voice which responded to that, I vaguely remembered an event from not too long ago.

That was……a dream isn’t it? That spectacle was too unrealistic to be a reality, I reflexively believed that was being the case and have my mind stopped thinking about it, but then I couldn’t understand the reason I am in this strange room.

When I was at this condition, listening carefully in that manner, a sound of light knock at the door could be heard (2). Knock knock knock knock, there were four times knocking, then the door k.n.o.b was turned with a click.

“I wonder if she will wake up soon……uun, she is still sleeping”

“Then, do we need to start examine her, Bechler-sensei?” (3)

“I wonder. She need to have some rest, it may be the best for her to continue her sleep”

(TN: literal tl would be, ‘She has unfinished sleep, it may be the best to continue sleep in this way’ but it sounds weird)

The one who decided casually had a man voice, it was a hoa.r.s.e voice of an ojiisan, in contrast with the firm voice of the other man.

I had my eyelid closed even though I was not sleeping, I opened my eyes lightly then turned my face in the direction where the voice came from.

“No……I will get up”

“Yo! Good, you have woken up. Could you get up? Is it impossible?”

“That would be impossible. Rising up from magical power exhaustion is, even one night sleep is not enough for the recovery. It was unreasonable for her to be able to get up.” (4)

The one speaking casually was the person who wear white robe, he was referred as Bechler-sensei.

The person who talked about magical power had a long white beard, he wear an Academia high magician’s deep red robe on his body.

The student will wear dark blue Academia’s robe, for trainee is deep green, and both teacher and researcher will have deep red one, so this person held strong power within the academia. No ordinary person could wear that deep red robe after all.

“If you have woken up, then the talk could proceed faster (5). I am Florid Asutoruga. I serve as Vice-Knight-Order-Chief of the Banfield Knight Order.”

The person who wears knight order uniform is the vice-chief, isn’t he? Why such a great person is here?

“I am Adam Bechler, a doctor at the Knight order. The magician over there is the Academia Princ.i.p.al, Ivan DeViar.”

Vice-chief-sama, Doctor-sama, and moreover, Academia princ.i.p.al-sama??

My body shuddered in the presence of these person that I couldn’t even think to meet. (6)

Bechler-sensei put his arm under my back to raise my upper body and put a pillow behind it.

“Are you able to drink yourself?”

I lean limply on the pillow, about to take the bright blue bottle which was presented to me.

I tried to move my sluggish arm to receive the bottle, but my strength didn’t come out.

“Too impossible eh. Then I have to make you drink it. Even though it was unsavory you can’t leave even one drop behind, okay?” (7)

Bechler-sensei brought the bottle close to me and have the mouth of the bottle on my lips. Ough, what a terrible smell!

When I swallowed the medicine with a do-or-die determination, my body slightly getting warmer.

But this medicine is really terrible! It was so bitter that my head felt like buzzing, it also made my tongue numb, I want to cry! It would be better if at least the medicine only caused one of them, and yet! (8)

After a while my chilly body became warm, I also able to move my sluggish body as I want.

I, who was finally able to talk, corrected my seated posture to facing these three people and asked them.

“I came to examine patient-san~”

“I came to confirm your power”

“Drink 2 bottles first for measurement, then approximately 2000 would be recovered, add 1 bottle then we will measure it again~. Give your best, Lucia-chan!”

I don’t want to give my best!

I reflexively shook my head, Bechler-sensei is heartless.

I ended up drank 4 bottles as the outcome……..I was in dire need to remove this bad taste.
