VI. =Hydrocybe=. Pileus glabrous or covered with superficial white fibrils, not viscid but moist when growing, losing the deep colour and becoming pale when dry, flesh very thin, splitting, disc rarely thicker.

Resembling _Entol. prunuloides_, but sp. ochre.
