Show Love System Chapter 4

Shi Lingxi didn't pretend to be polite after he finished the sausage, he continued to eat the biscuits and shared his three years of experience with Lou Yuan.

After separating from the army, Shi Lingxi and his cla.s.smates joined a large envoy. Traveling about 2000 kilometers from Xiacheng to Beicheng he pa.s.sed through nearly 30 bases. When they started the journey there were about 200 people, by the end only 20 remained. It took less than five or six months for Shi Lingxi to feel that he had died countless times, sometimes he also felt that it was no big deal to die.

He was able to reach Beicheng only because of his luck and strength. Even though he is not that powerful he is not without any means. His parents are doctors, Shi Lingxi had been acting as a doctor in casual teams.

After these three years of honing his medical skills, Shi Lingxi is not inferior to a regular surgeon. For instance, in his backpack, there is a notebook containing a lot of information about mutated species which were observed by him on the way. Such data is not available even in the research facilities. 

"Turned out to be a clever little doctor!" Xiong Kun blurted out and winked towards Lou Yuan.

Originally Shi Lingxi only had a beast type power, which wasn't worth much. But now he turned out to be a seasoned doctor, with his unknown potential, his medical skills have more room to play.

Shi Lingxi glanced at Xiong Kun, then looked at Lou Yuan but Lou Yuan didn't utter a single word, or to be more precise he didn't intend to speak. 

Shi Lingxi bowed his head, even if he didn't say anything his disappointment was obvious. He took out his notes and recounted his experiences. He also had a pen and a map in his hands, from North to South some places were marked on it.

Shi Lingxi is very clear in his heart that the apocalypse days are no better than the past, beautiful things often represent traps and dangers. If he wants Lou Yuan to take the initiative to touch him he couldn't rely on his ident.i.ty or disguise. 

He should use his value to make Lou Yuan notice him so that he has room for further action.

Shi Lingxi is serious and frank, he seemed to be a special species in the apocalypse. At least he made Lou Yuan feel special. In addition to a strong offensive power, Lou Yuan has the ability to monitor others and discriminate between truths and lies. 

He and Shi Lingxi had talked for some time, Shi Lingxi showed no concealment or ambiguity, did not lie even once. It seemed like…Shi Lingxi wanted to please him?

"What animals do you like?" Shi Lingxi looked up and asked Lou Yuan seriously. 

If the person is a younger generation, Lou Yuan might have an impulse to rub their hair, for example like his deceased grandfather. Otherwise, if the person appears to be cute, it will also give people an urge to touch their heads.

Shi Lingxi felt that since he had no blood relation with Lou Yuan, he could only sell meng so that Lou Yuan would touch him.

Three years ago, because of his negligence, Shi Lingxi suffered a lot. After confirming his ident.i.ty, Lou Yuan consciously regarded the other as someone he needed to look after and compensate. 

"System A236 congratulates the host for completing the novice task. The novice gift package has been obtained. The mainline mission is now open.  Please keep up the good work!"

Lou Yuan's words and the system's words almost overlapped. Shi Lingxi was confused and could not react, from no hope to suddenly completing the task, this surprise is not small.

He did not rest immediately after he entered the room. He walked around and checked the room habitually. Then he switched on the small desk lamp, took out his notebook and began to make some observations. 

Shi Lingxi didn't know that his every move was under Lou Yuan's mental perception range. Even if he frowns, Lou Yuan could detect it. But it did not reach the point of staring all the time, when Shi Lingxi went to the bathroom Lou Yuan withdrew his mental strength. 

For Lou Yuan, his perception is a habit. If necessary even if it was before the apocalypse he would let people do an appropriate investigation or follow-ups on Shi Lingxi. Xiong Kun arranged someone in a close range, so he decided to do it himself. 

He's an S level psychic power who is more than capable of mult.i.tasking so this doesn't affect his other duties. Xiong Kun, Lang mu, Chen Yun, Dong Shan and some of his subordinates came into his room.
