Searching google, Yomibito could mean Poetry Author, which could mean the kyo/yuu/uro/utsuku (虚) part of his t.i.tle could mean Illusions, fantasy or falsehoods. But then, the Yomibito from that Poetry Author isn’t written the same way as this Yomibito, so I’m not really sure. The Yomibito (ヨミビト) written here was with katakana, JP characters for foreign words, which was also how the Author writes the otherworlders’ names in their status and when characters of this world talks about them. There’s also that other Yomibito, which was something from a j.a.panese VN, World End Syndrome, that were apparently superhuman zombies that retain their human appearance, having bloodshot eyes and disgruntled appearance.
