"You did better than expectations." After the big event, Su Xiuying arranged a meeting with Chen Yi to listen to directions.

Besides at that time, Fu Entertainment would have jumped into Qin Chanpu defence, blamed you and everything would have backfired." Besides Chen Ying had Jiang Li to hold her back. Su Xiuying didn't know this but Chen Yi did.

"Yi Jie means to say Fu Entertainment would abandon Qin Chanpu?" 

"I bet their PR people are ransacking their brains to think of the best statement that would pin all the blame on him."

And this was exactly what was happening.

Fu Jianguo had the same mind but when Chen Ying approached him to be Qin Chanpu advocate, he lost his cool. "Who is right or who is wrong doesn't matter. I understand you believe Su Xiuying is the one stirring trouble here but who would believe so when Xu Jiayi is the one leading this case? My grandfather is already at my throat, how am I supposed to afford supporting Qin Chanpu?!" Fu Jianguo was duly stressed. So many things were happening lately. First, his company wasn't doing well. Who knew whom he had provoked. The influx of investments had dwindled, the number of artistes cast in big roles had gone down.

Now this disaster befell.

Chen Ying couldn't save Qin Chanpu but she managed to make Fu Jianguo help her out. When faced with Qin Chanpu, that was not what she told. "I have already talked with Fu Jianguo, the company won't abandon you."

Relief sp.a.w.ned upon Qin Chanpu face. "If that's how it is then at least I will have something to fall back on to." 

Chen Ying timely reminded. "About Chen Yi... You said you had some people in your circle who could... You know." Qin Chanpu knew the dirty secrets of so many people.
