Anyone injured in Sirius's bar was sent to us for repair. Now I could heal just about every would with magic and medical ninjutsu but I didn't do that. I practiced my regular human medical skills as you never know when it might come up that you'd need those skills.

Of course for more severe would like nerve damage we would secretly use a bit of medical ninjutsu as they couldn't tell the difference. We just disguise it as alchemy pills.

Speaking of alchemy I'm still f.u.c.king terrible. It's like trying to use a flamethrower to clean herbs. Dreadful.

The general store and Sirius's bar where by far the best at making profit. There's 2 things adventurers love and that beautiful women and booze.

However they learned quickly that none of the girls put up with any of that s.h.i.t. There was a rule in place that if you got too roudy your limbs would be broken. Then my personal a.s.sistant Gir who was on standby at the store would escort the patient to the clinic where I'd patch them up and rob them for medical fees.

It's the circle of life boys.

Business picked up for the clinic with recommendations from the bar goers mostly.

With how much people get injured in the forest from beasts or poison plants we where noted as having a 100% heal rate or your money back.

Now with every profitable business there's going to be people eyeing it to try and make quick coin themselves.

such people showed up at the clinic about a month later pretty much kicking my doors in. Their thinking was since it's a medical facility there wouldn't be anyone strong and they could threaten and take whatever.

The burly men looked around before walking up to harribel who was sitting behind her desk talking to a patient.

They shoved the poor old man out of the way before slamming their fists down on the table.

All they got in return was an ice cold stare. "Listen up babe your doing business in the territory of the wolf head mercenary group and you haven't paid your rent in a month. I'm going to need you to pay up or we are going to have to smash the place until you get the point." A nasty smile crossed his face with l.u.s.t filled eyes. "However you can join us for a night and maybe we will forget the debt." he said reaching out to touch her face.

There was a splash noise and the sound of something wet flopping on the desk.

The man looked on in shock at his arm which was sliced off at the elbow.

before he could scream out a feminine hand grabbed him by the face blocking his mouth.

"This is a medical facility please keep your voice down as we have sick patients." Came a cold clear voice from the blonde woman. "Also there will be no touching of the staff as that could spread poisons or other things."

Her grip tightened on the man as his friends looked on in horror. "Plus only one man is allowed to touch me and you aren't him." cold death spread over the trio of mercenaries.

"However since your injured I have a duty to allow you medical treatment." she then looks at the other two. "You guys however are not. But don't worry I can help you with that."

With a raised hand and the sound of water splashing some water bullets collided with their kneecaps with a nasty popping noise.

The sounds of screaming filled the air as they were dragged down the hallway and tossed into an empty room.

A few minutes later I come walking in with my fancy doctors coat. "Ah new patients lovely. I heard from my beautiful a.s.sistant that I've been working in you guys territory for a while without rent. My apologies. You all seem reasonable though so consider my medical treatment as part of the pay for rent. The rest I'll just take from you." I say with a dazzling smile.

With a wave of my hand they are floated up and strapped to a medical bed.

"Let's look at the damage now shall we?" I magically silence their whimpering and cries.

"Oooh multiple shattered knees, a missing right arm, a shattered jaw and multiple bruises from what looks like falling. Don't worry this is nothing for me." I write on my clipboard.

"Let's start with the worst of you first shall we?" I scoot my rolley chair over to the man missing an arm and bleeding all over.

"Well there is some good news the cut is perfectly clean so there won't be any complication however this bleeding is quite bad we need to stop that." I say with a worried look as we can have our patients bleeding out.

Fire engulfs the nub of an arm he has. His face contorts in pain as silent scream come from him.

"Yeah sorry it's going to sting a bit but don't worry I've heard from a reliable source that fire can both cleanse and cauterize wounds." I say with a happy voice as the other two look at me in fear.

"Now while that's being handles let's work on your damaged knees." I say snapping on some rubber gloves.

I wave my hand and a sick pink ribbon flies out and his leg slides right off above the knee.

"Ah my bad I ment to cut your pant leg but my hand slipped clumsy me." I cover the leg stump in fire for free as it was my bad.

he starts to go into shock but we can't have that now can we. He's. .h.i.t in the chest with a nasty crucio and rocks back into conciousness.

"No sleeping kay? That's bad for business if people come here to nap." I tell him waving of the fire as his wounds are nice and healed.

"Now back to the knee." I vanish his pant leg and look at the nasty b.l.o.o.d.y hole. "First we need to properly clean the wound area so we can see the work area." I explain to my new students and pour a bottle of rubbing alcohol on the gaping wound.

"Now that the area is cleaned and we can see what we are working with what we need to do is remove the bone fragments." I grab my medical grade pliers and start tearing out bone with precision accuracy only get a little bit of muscle and skin. I was never good at the claw machine games. My bad.

Then a silly thought comes to my head. "Oh my I'm so sorry you weren't supposed to be awake for any of that usually I use some medicine to make people feel less pain or sleep. Don't worry I'll let you sleep right now." a green spells. .h.i.ts him right in the chest and he happily sleeps forever.

my eyes lock on to the others. "It appears your friends wounds where much more severe than I imagined and he died. I'm sorry for your loss. Sadly this doesn't excuse him from payment and since your the only ones who know him here you'll have to pay in his place is that okay?" they frantically nod.

"That's good the payment will be your knee bones or what's left of them." I vanish the bones before wrapping the legs in casting happily. I float them into a wheelchair before walking them out of the clinic like a proper doctor should.

"Now please tell your friends about the great service. Also if any more of your mercenary buddies need healing or more rent please send them my way I'm happy to pay off my dues."

With a jerk they are tossed out of the wheelchairs onto the ground and proceed to frantically crawl away dragging their casted legs the whole way.

I happily wave them off.
