My Multiverse Trip 260 260. Second Wish And A Third.

The vampire body places the lamp and Death Note on the table. Most people would ask why I don't just store the genie lamp in the gate. Well, it's pretty much just a normal golden lamp with a genie sealed inside. There's nothing special about it. As for wishing for more genies the current one I had said it's impossible as it counts as wishing for more wishes.

I look at the lamp curiously. However, I can't figure anything out about it. I figure the odd piece must be those wrist shackles that the genie has on.

"What's the limit on the amount of wealth I can wish for?" I ask the blue floating man.

"Usually it goes by the amount of wealth currently in the world. If the world has about 5$ in wealth and items that's about what you get," he says thinking seriously. "You'd probably get a few trillion for this place you have now. Mostly from that fancy ship you have."

That's simple enough to understand. "What about if I wished for unlimited gold coins," I ask.

"That's a little bit more tricky as your pretty much wishing for an infinite item and most infinite things are dangerous if you understood what it is your wishing for. It would probably just blow up the universe trying to wish for an item of limitless capacity so we try to make it a number the person just can't count too and bury them under it to death so the wish ends," he says with a grim frown.

"I thought you can't kill anyone?" I ask in surprise.

"There's a few rules we can work around technically we don't kill them the gold crushing them does. Ever wonder how the cave of wonders had so much gold and jewels?" he points out.

That surprisingly makes a lot of sense.

"Glad we avoided that catastrophic event." I sigh out.

I know I could use a n.o.ble phantasm that creates unlimited food for sweets and other nice items. so money would be the best but that would run out. Unlimited money is dangerous as was just explained so what's the next best thing. Finally, it clicks.

I pull out a small red stone from my gate and put it on the table. The philosophers stone.

"Can I wish for this stone to be upgraded so that it increases the max capacity of how much gold it poor out daily?" I push the stone towards the genies.

"A philosopher stone eh?" he examines it. "You can but this stone can only take about 1 ton a day it's pretty crudely made." he hands it back to me giving me a knowing look.

"What's the best stone I can wish for that produces gold daily," I ask getting the hint.

"About 10 tons a day and it needs no metal to convert. However, this gets rid of the elixir of life effect from that stone and it's called a Midas stone."

"So I'd be making about 500mgp in gold from that stone a day?" I say mentally calculating the math.

now I could be a total a.s.s and just wish for like 100 max efficiency Midas stones. but that would be no fun.

"I wish for 10 max efficiency Midas stones," I tell the genie.

"Your wish has been granted," he says and a ma.s.sive amount of power is released from the genie. "Good thing you weren't greedy as genies have limited power and can actually run ourselves dry from too strong of a wish. Think about your dragon ball z series and how the dragon can't grant certain wishes."

I figured as much looking at the 10 perfectly round golden stones sitting on the table leaking out gold at an alarming rate.

I put them into my gate on top of a giant hole suspended in the air by mesh screens. I watch as gold just starts pouring in. It almost brings a tear to my eye. I look up Midas stones in the system each one is worth 1trilliongp for the lowest one that's 1 ton of gold a day.

the ones I got were much more expensive. There were no higher ones.

I pop back out of the gate. "Well, you did your part my man so it's time for me to keep my end of the deal." I look at the blue man who looks rather nervous.

I pull out some papers which are used for identification and housing.

"For my third wish, I wish for your freedom and even throw in citizenship and a free house." I push the papers over to him and watch his golden bracelets pop off.

"Freedom? Hahaha, freedom?!?! I'm finally free from that cursed lamp." he starts laughing and dancing picking up the lamp on the table and punting it out the office window with a fierce kick. I pick up his golden bracelets and look them over and sure enough, there's some strange markings I've never seen before on them. I'll figure those out later.

"Well, congratulations on your new earned freedom all I ask is that you follow the rules we have here and don't blow up my kingdom with infinite gold or something," I say with a chuckle.

"Thanks say could I ask for a favor?" he says smiling at me.

"Sure what do you need?" I ask curiously as he still has genie powers what could he want?

"Can I have my carpet friend he's been there for a long time and I could use a new roommate."

"Sure man I don't need a magic carpet." I pop the carpet out from the cave of wonders and he soon starts celebrating with his newly freed friend.
