It was not styled in a very spectacular way, however each table and chair was made with a high cla.s.s material and the decoration was top cla.s.s too.
He didn't think that all this was needed considering that her confession would be quick, but he let her feel relaxed the way she wanted. If it was up to him, he would just choose an empty alleyway. But once he thought about it, he found out that that will be inconsiderate.
He chose a table and then went to sit there, but not before waving his hands as a wave of pure mana washed the table and the chair from any dirt.
After Lucy sat opposite him on the table, Ned noticed that Lori didn't join them at the table. But instead went to the second floor.
He raised an eyebrow at that but surmised it as wanting to give Lucy her privacy. Then he turned his eyes to Lucy with a gentle smile on his face.
What he didn't know however was that his master in the sky was paying attention too. She wanted to see for herself how Ned will handle this situation.
Back to Lucy, she was starting to get fl.u.s.tered and anxious so much that she wanted to call Lori back, even if she was the one that asked for her to let her do it alone.
"Okay listen, just speak what you have on mind it is not like we are still kids." Ned encouraged her with a smile.
She took several deep breaths at that, then started to clam down and organize her thoughts.

"Okay, I will be honest with you. Since the first time you helped me in the forest when we were fighting the demons, I had started to like you. I wanted to speak to you about it then and there, but I couldn't." She said and closed her eyes immediately after speaking, like it was going to protect her from something.
"Why couldn't you? I mean why couldn't you talk to me about it after the fight?" Ned asked as he was curious for the reason.
He noticed that she opened her eyes after he said that, and she had a look of anxiety on her face. But she took several breaths and calmed herself enough to speak. And Ned wondered if he shouldn't have asked at all.
"I-I had many reasons, first and the biggest, is that I'm not pure anymore." When she finished this time she didn't close her eyes but averted them to the side, but he noticed how she was feeling worried and ashamed now.
He felt like issuing a laugh, but if he did that would have hurt Lucy. Instead he gave her a serious gaze.
"I don't care about that, what I care about is how you feel about me." He said in a firm voice.
Even his master in the sky felt relieved when he said he didn't care about her being pure for some unknown reason to her, not to mention Lucy who was almost on the verge to cry.
His master hadn't planned to listen in on their conversation but she wanted to see what will he do about a new relationship when he actually liked her.
"Really?" She asked with a doubtful look directed his way. It was know many men liked the girls they were with to give their special something for them. Unfortunately she didn't have it anymore.
Ned didn't reply he just gave a strong nod while looking at her eyes.
"Then do you like me too, I mean I know you like Lori but do you want to be with me too?" Lucy said.
"Well I certainly love Lori, but since she had gave me permission and practically pushed me to be with other women, we can try and see where the relationship take us. You must know two things first. I like a certain someone other than Lori, and I'm going to pursue her. The second thing being that most of the time I will be training and traveling the world, but I have means to visit you and Lori." Ned said.
"It's okay, as long as I'm part of your life." Lucy knew that even being with him relaxed her. He was the one meant for her and she wasn't about to miss this chance.
"Alright then, let's call Lori down." Ned said as he got up and helped Lucy to get up like a n.o.bleman then they both headed upstairs to meet up with Lori.
Lucy along with Lori then went to a bathroom to fix their make up while Ned waited outside.
Once they were done, he once again toured the city and enjoyed the many foods displayed on the stalls.
