"You are right! We'll stay and fight!" The demons are beginning to be united.

Dilan and Albert started their fight with the two captains. Naga observed and evaluated their situation. The three ranger teams were able to kill and ambush a lot of demons already and he decided to change the plan.

He gave his new command to the ranger squad.

"West Team. Fire an alert signal so the guards at the West gate will know that we are attacking the den now... Stay hidden and make sure no demons will reach the city gate!"

"Yes, young master!" One of the rangers answered.

The ranger fired a flare to the sky and then moved to another location in the western part of the forest to hide.

"East Team. South Team. Before these demons form their formation, give them a huge surprise!"

"Yes, young master! Rangers, attack!" The vice leader of the ranger squad responded to Naga's command.

"Dilan. Albert. I will deal with the one using a great sword. Finish the other one as quick as possible. The ranger squad will deal with the soldiers. The City Mansion will sure send reinforcement." Naga said.

"Good! Be careful!" Albert said. He dodged the great sword and moved hastily to Dilan's side.

"Where are you going, elf b.a.s.t.a.r.d?!" The demon said.

He tried attacking Albert using his great sword but Naga fired a flame arrow at him so he decided to block it instead.

"Grrr!" He gritted his teeth due to anger.

"You little hu..." before he can finish it, another arrow was fired at him. This time he dodged and moved forward to close his range to Naga however, he was surprised when he was attacked by two wind blades. "Swoosh!" "Clank!"

The wind blades. .h.i.t his armor. He was not hurt but he was pushed backward. This made him furious so using his demon magic he increased his speed then charge at Naga.

'Bang!' However, he was surprised when something fast hit him and he was thrown to the forest.

'Crash!' He crashed to the trees and stumbled.

'Argh! Wh.. what's that?' He was hurt and was confused with what happened.

He noticed that something is approaching him so fast so he tried to block using his great sword.

'Bang!' However, he was late and was. .h.i.t again. There are bloods in his mouth now.

"You b.a.s.t.a.r.d!" He shouted due to anger.

It was naga who attacked him. Using his Dragon Tyrant Force, he kicked the demon with great force and then he attacked again using his fist.

Naga didn't stop and he hastily approached the demon. He touched the demon's face and casted a spell. "Sudden Lightning!"

"Aaahhhh!" The demon was surprised.

Naga activated his earring's storage and took a golden knife with holy aura. He stabbed it at the demon's neck. He let go of the knife and jumped backward.

The demon's neck is burning due to the holy property of the knife.

'You...' The demon knew that he will die. He looked at Naga until his consciousness faded.

"Done." Naga looked at him until the end.

After that, he looked at Dilan and Albert. He saw how Dilan casted arcane chains to bind the demon and how Albert attacked using a magical black sword.

Using his arcane and s.p.a.cial awareness, he noticed that there were people moving toward their direction. 'The reinforcement from the city!' He thought and smiled.

He shifted his attention to the demon soldiers and the rangers. He decided to destroy the demon soldier's morale.

"One of the demon captains is dead! We will kill the other one too! Reinforcement from the city is coming!" Naga shouted.

"We will win!"

"For the city!"

"Destroy the demons!"

The rangers became more fierce and focus with the task. Some demons started running and escaping again.

Naga used this opportunity to enter the main camp. There are a lot of items inside. There are golds, weapons, scrolls and other treasures.

He activated his earring's storage and collected all scrolls and doc.u.ments. He also stored two swords which caught his attention and a black orb. Using his storage ring, he stored four wooden chests with golds and treasures inside.

'These demons have a lot of treasures.' He thought to himself and smiled.

He was investigating the camp when he heard people pleading for help. He walked and exited to the other side of the camp. He saw a huge cage with children and women inside.

"Help us, please!"

"Sir, help us!"

"Mother! I want to see mother!"

Naga looked at them with pity. 'It's good that we decided to attack tonight. I am glad that these people are now safe.'

"You are safe now! The ranger squad of the Pround Sky Magic Hall decided to destroy this den. The City Lord's soldiers and officials are now here to help as well." Naga said and smiled.

He picked up a sword and slashed the door of the cage. "Come! Let's go!"

"We are safe!"

"Thank you, young man!"

"Brother, thank you!"

"Mother! I want to see mother!"

Naga guided them outside. He saw that the the soldiers from the city are already helping the ranger squard. Dilan and Albert also defeated the demon captain with gigantic spear.

"Young master!" The captain of the reinforcements from the city approached Naga and bowed.

He smiled at the captain. "Thank you. These children and women, please guide them.

"Yes, young master!" The captain said. He calles for the other soldiers to help.

Naga went to Dilan and Albert who are now resting. "Finally, we can rest."

"Hahaha! You are more powerful now, Naga!" Albert said.

"What do you expect from a talented mage?!" Dilan is really proud of Naga.

"My Lord!" Hextor in his human form landed to the ground and kneeled.

"Good job, Hextor!" Naga said and smiled.

'Dragon!' Dilan was surprised.

"Sir, Hextor!" Albert stood up and said.

"You know him?" Dilan asked.

"Of course. My ranger squad is scouting the forest when we met him. He informed me that Naga gave him task to survey the forest to look for dragons and resources." Albert said smiling.

"Dilan, this is Hextor. A dragon. He is our companion now. A member of my Silver Sparrow Family." Naga said.

"Nice meeting you, Sir Dragon! My name is Dilan, an elf mage." Dilan lightly bowed to gave his respect. Mages have high respect to dragons.

"My pleasure. I am Hextor." Hextor said.

"Rise." Naga said. Hextor stood up after.

"My Lord, I was able to cause havoc to the den and killed a lot of demons however, a high ranking demon appeared so the commander was able to escape. I didn't waste time fighting the high ranking demon after the commander escaped."

"Good decision. I am glad that you avoided unnecessary fight. But... a high ranking demon, huh?" Naga is contemplating.

"Yes, it is not natural for a high ranking demon who can fight a dragon to appear." Dilan said.

"It means..." Albert is thinking of posibilities.

"An archdemon or worst... a demon lord is commanding them." Hextor said.

"Send a report to the city lord and ask one of your rangers to deliver it personally." Naga looked at Albert.

"Yes, leave it to my ranger squad." Albert replied.

"Dilan, there might be clues here. With your knowledge about lore and arcane, you might find something." Naga said and he gave the doc.u.ments he got from the camp to Dilan.

"I'll do my best. I will contact my a.s.sistant so we can stay here to investigate." Dilan nodded and replied. He took the doc.u.ments too.

"I will also stay here and setup a camp." Albert said.

"I appreciate it. Good. I'll go back first to the city." Naga said and smiled.

"We will contact you and Old Samuel for any result or information we will get." Dilan said.

"Thank you. Take care." Naga said and smiled.

After that, Naga went to the captain of the soldiers and gave recommendation. He went to the ranger squad to thank them for their help and he gave them one of the wooden chests he got earlier.
