Strongest Multiverse System 15 Slain Theocracy No More: Part 1

After a little more than four hours David opened his eyes, and a system notification rang in.

[all slain theocracy citizens outside the country have been eliminated, even those that worked as spies and high-level officials in other countrys].

"it's time," David said, he looked at his shadow and said "spread around the borders and advance towards the center I don't want anyone spared, begin" as he finished speaking his shadow flickered for a split second before returning to normal.

He turned towards shalltear and Dracula and said "we will attack the capital, they will take care of the rest"

For Dracula All of this was just like taking a walk with his master he didn't feel anything and just wanted to work hard not to disappoint him, so he just nodded indicating that he understood.

but the same couldn't be said for shalltear, she knew that the people responsible for controlling her will die today for sure, if they are not already dead but she had no way of knowing who they were, she just felt a bitter feeling in her heart, she wanted to take them back to nazarick and torture them until she felt satisfied before killing them in the cruelest way possible, but alas that was not meant to happen or so she thought.

"shalltear the person that has directly used the world item to control you is regretfully dead but the people who were with them are alive and I have already located them so you don't need to worry" said David, he knew shalltear character from the series and knew that she wouldn't be satisfied by just killing them.

Shalltear was shocked, she didn't know what to say or how David even Knew how she was feeling but she was extremely grateful, with tears threatening to fall down from her eyes she bowed and said, "thank you for your kindness and consideration David Sama".

David nodded, accepting her thanks before flying out slowly heading for the capital with Dracula and shalltear in her battle gear following him.

Back at the capital of the slain theocracy, all the higher echelons were at dismay.

soldiers were running all around the place and the streets were devoid of any civilian's.

At the biggest building in the center of the capital, as usual, the emperor was sitting on his chair with the Cardinals at the edge of the stairs, the Cardinals had look of terror and fear on their faces, although the emperor didn't look distressed as them he didn't have his usually calm appearance.

"report," said the emperor

"yes sir," said one of the cardinals an old man in his last years, "News just reached us that 10% of the border territory was lost, all the citizens were killed by what appears to be black humanoid monsters.", he paused for a while before continuing.

"We tried sending an army but they didn't last even an hour against the monsters, apparently the weakest amongst them was at least level 90 sir and there are thousands of them, the only people that can go against them are the scriptures, sir, we need to take action immediately or by the end of the day we will have a country without any citizens "

(A/N : remember the way people in the new world scale the level of a person is multiplied by three times so if you are level 100 in the new world you will be level 300, doesn't mean that you got stronger it is just that the people of the new world levels are ma.s.ses up, hope you understand)

The emperor replied clearly stressed, his voice devoid of any emotional " what can we do, if we send the scriptures out we risk the capital falling and most importantly all of us dying and as you have said their are thousands so even if we spread the scriptures as far as we can they can at most hold 100 monsters from the army, its best we keep them stationed here even if all citizens outside the capital die if we survive we can rebuild, for now we will have zesshi and our trump card at the ready, who agrees with me "said the emperor.

All the cardinals thought hard and long about it before agreeing, mostly for their own safety, what the emperor said was true if they send the scriptures or not the outcome would be the same except they would risk themselves so it was best to keep them here.

"alright if there is nothing else you are dismissed," said the emperor.

All the cardinals nodded and left the room, after a while in the large empty square of the capital the ground suddenly split open revealing a very deep hole light couldn't even reach the end of it, it was quiet for a while until suddenly "ROAAAARRR" A very loud dragon roar shock the whole capital, from that deep huge hole came a giant blue dragon he flew in the air for sometime till the square was back to normal then landed and stayed motionless like a status.

Not far away from him there was zesshi leaning on a building and playing with a Rubix cube, "that item that controls people really does wonders even a dragon wasn't able to resist it ,but I wonder if the one behind all this is strong if he is stronger then me I will have to make him my own no matter what Hehehehe" said zesshi (no foreshadowing ).
