We decided to leave the next day I received the call from my Dad.

Amaya's been calm and talking me to get my head off things.

We were presently getting off the car that Philip used to pick me up.

"Uhm Phil, how's your wife right now?" I asked and he smiled.

"Thank you, she's very okay now" he replies and I nodded.

Amaya and I headed inside the company, but we were getting this weird look from everyone, although I was receiving welcome greetings.

As the elevator take us up, I smiled at Amaya before she finally walked into her office.

I greeted Judy who told me I had a visitor.

This wasn't the kind of welcoming I was expecting, as I walk into my office and met Judith sitting, cross legged, I became angry immediately.

"What do you want?" I say before taking my seat and she just gave me this devious smile.

"We used to be best friends Chase, what happened to that?" She says, giving me a lying hurt expression.

"Thank G.o.d you use the word used to but you've changed Judith, you're different now" I say, folding my arms and she laughed.

"The world we live in, you have to do things to get you to places Chase, and you know what I'm talking about" she says and this time I was confused.

"I told your father about your so called wife, I have my ways of finding things myself" she confesses, smirking

"But why? Why would you do such a thing?" I asked leaning forward.

"Because Chase" she says as she stood up and handed me a newspaper she was holding.

"I am pregnant for you" she finishes and I held my breath.

"What the h.e.l.l do you mean?" I asked, collecting the newspaper and reading it.

I wanted the floor to just open up and take me with it.

"What the h.e.l.l is this" I say and just as the words left my mouth, Amaya opened the door and stormed in.

On seeing her reaction I believe she saw the news already.

"What is this Chase?" She asks disappointment all over her face, and my head fell.

"Oh sweety I'm preg-"

"I didn't ask you anything" Amy cut her off and she was taken aback.

"Leave my office, right now " I say to Judith

"Face it now to make things easy for you" she says and stormed out of my office.

I look at Amaya who had pain written in her eyes and tears looking for a way to slip.

I feel so bad right now.

"I lied to you about the day I left the office for some meeting you were not informed" I say , dropping my head again.

"I received a call from Judith that day. Saying she had things to explain to me about how my father got to find out, about your background.

But when I got there, I didn't know how or why it happened. But, we-we had s.e.x and....and" I exhale, shutting my eyes

"I'm sorry Amaya, I should have to-"

"Did you meant everything you said in Amsterdam?" She asks, cutting me off.

"Of course I did" I answers raising my head to look at her, and I found tears flowing down her cheeks.

"Why did you do this Chase? You lied to me" she says and tears fall even more.

"I swear I didn't even know she's pregnant" I say and just then my Dad walks in, unannounced.

We were both shocked.

"I believe the information had reached you. I know he bought you Amaya, and what kind of a lady would actually marry for money? Claiming she has no help? You should leave my son before things get out of hands" my Dad speaks and that got me even furious.

"She goes nowhere" I protest

"Actually, I am." Amaya said and paused, looking at me again

"Thank you" Amaya replied, leaving the office.

I ran after her immediately but she got into a cab and left before I could stop her.

Am I really going to loose her?

I just got her!

I drove home Immediately and met Amaya packing her things.

"Don't listen to my father,please don't do this to me, to us" I pleaded

"Us? Us Chase? You're supposed to marry Judith, the media is already insulting me that I'm a cheap wh.o.r.e who married you for money, and now someone's pregnant for you. How do I live that way?" She replied and I tried to hold her but she pushed me away.

"Is that why you took me to Amsterdam? Bought me clothes? All those dates were they fake? The night we made love? Everything?" She asks as her voiced brought the words out with sobs.

"I'm sorry Amaya, I promise I'll take care of everything. Just don't leave, please" I begged her again.

"You can not take care of everything Chase, you've done enough" and with that she left.

But Amaya left me!

Amaya's POV

I had no idea where I'd go or even live. I can't stop crying since then and my brother couldn't take the pain as he was also crying with me.

I picked my phone and dialed Mike's number and immediately he picked, I asked him for help and he said he's on his way.

He came to meet me and he met us crying in a coffee shop downtown which were almost closed and he took us to his place.

He carried Jason who felt asleep on our way to hi place, and took him inside the room.

I on the other hand was trying not to release all the pain I was feeling at the moment.

"Are you hungry? Do you want anything?" Mike asked and I just shake my head in response to no.

"If you need anything, if there's anything please call me immediately, okay?" He says and I nodded again.

"Go to bed" he says again and I nodded again.

But before he left the room, I called out and he turned "thank you Mike" I said and he smiled.

I got inside the bathtub, filled it with water and smuggled myself inside, as I let the water calmed me but just then the tears and everything started rushing out.

I cried and cried and cried.

Judith is pregnant for Chase!

He just told me he likes me and would like to be with me!

We just got together!

I cried for a long time and when I couldn't cry anymore, I had my shower and left for bed.

But the sleep barely finds it way to me, as I was engulfed in deep and painful thoughts.
