When they entered the tavern, the room was br.i.m.m.i.n.g with people of all ages . They found an empty table just beside the window and decided to sit there .

She remembered pretty well how it tasted because she managed to take home some of the foods as a souvenir back then .

The master and cat duo continued to dig in and ate to their heart's content .

Ja.n.u.s said in amazement as he watches the plate of the colorful jellies he just emptied being refilled on its own .

Mu Lingxi said in contentment while wiping the corner of her mouth after drinking a cup of b.u.t.tERED BEER, bottoms up .

Mu Lingxi and Ja.n.u.s burped at the same time after enjoying the food . They rested their bodies comfortably in the chair while rubbing their bellies in satisfaction .

Having their fill, the master and cat duo felt that their eyelids were turning heavy . They watch as the remaining foods in their table started to wane, vanishing in their sight . It disappeared as quick as to how it appeared in the first place .

"C' mon Ja.n.u.s, we still have a long way to go . We have to leave the city as soon as dawn arrived . "

Mu Lingxi picked her cat, Ja.n.u.s and they went to their respective room . The room was not that big, nor that small . Just enough for them to take a rest without getting cram .

As soon as Mu Lingxi's body hit the bed, she immediately fell asleep .
