Rob had noticed that the demons had ranked their experts based on power alone, and not on how they could work together and cover their faults. Singular power was good but they didn't know how to work in a group which was to him the most important aspect of battle. It seemed he was in for a long training camp getting these demons into fighting shape. After the last of the demonic experts finished Rob and Zin started to mentally group the demons into different groups.
In the group of demons there was one strange anomaly a light blue skinned demon with white lines smooth white hair and deep yellow eyes appeared with what seemed to be two wicked looking handgun. When she went up he moved with fluid motions firing the weapon with ease the only problem was he was kind of weak only in the second stage. She seemed to be no older than maybe fourteen years old, she was a little young.
"Grend you have firearms here?" Rob asked surprised to see that they had such weapons.
"Actually, we don't know where she got them from her family is one of the most respected among the villages but no one knows where she got those devices from." Rob then remembered about the weapons he could choose from in the weapon specialist list, firearms she must be able to log into World of Cultivation he would have to talk to her after he formed groups.
A red skinned demon with crescent spikes and dark blue eyes approached Rob he was one of the group of elites. The red skinned demon had been one of the twenty elites and was indeed quiet strong he was probably in the top for strength within the first stage demons. He looked at Raph with annoyed eyes and said, "This is just a waste of time you should just take the strongest demons and we could start without these weaklings."
Rob sighed there was always one person who thought they knew better, the problem was that most of the strongest demons were close combat strikers. Of course they would be better especially because when they fought they were so close to each other they required no strategy just pure brute strength. "You don't understand there are plenty of interesting abilities if we work together we can all get stronger and make a stronger clan. Sometimes you have to help out the weaker members that way they can grow and maybe even surprise you."
"Getting stronger together you should just leave these weaklings behind with your power you shouldn't even bother with them." The red demon was getting angry now he had never heard of another expert trying to strengthen those around him why would they need to do that you should just get stronger and leave those weaklings behind. The red demon made up his mind this wouldn't help him push his strength into the second realm. He needed more time to synchronize to his new core and didn't want to bother wasting his time helping others.
"Fine then I'm leaving this was just a waste of time..." The elite demon begun to leave but he was still felt angry with the head of the Seven Star Demon Sect, when he had heard that one of the top five sects was recruiting here he finally thought this was his chance to improve himself. the more he thought about it the angrier he became. He couldn't help but comment to the demons that were here "Useless experts will always be useless. Let's go we will advance without them if we stay here it will be disappointment." The demon directed his comment to the strongest of them here, by the end of his speech a large chuck of the demons left.
Rob and Alazin didn't try and stop them actually this could be better for them now that they could focus on the first batch giving them much needed attention. In the end there were only fifteen demons left and all of them except for one were only in the first or second stage of their training. Most of them had not even chosen a cultivation technique which gave Rob a very good idea. "Grend ask our sharpshooter if we could meet up at her estate? I guess it would be."
Grend looked at Rob with confused eyes, "Sharpshooter what the heck is that?"
Right they don't have guns, then he pointed at the demon with the guns and said, "Her, and have everyone meet up there in about thirty minutes we will begin our training there." Rob was about to leave when Grend looked at him a little scared.
"Dia? Can you ask her , her family is quite powerful and I am not very well liked by some of the families. It might not be taken well if I ask her."
"You are the first member of our sect from the village you shouldn't be worried about that and if she's looking to join up it shouldn't be a problem." Then Rob left it had taken about two hours to access everyone's skills he decided to head back and check his prisoner. The demon uncle followed behind him he tried once again to talk to the prisoner but yet again she wouldn't even acknowledge him.
"Let her go," He told the demon uncle, both the prisoner and the demon looked as if he was just kidding. "It's alright, it would be a waste to keep her in here." Anyways she was really skilled as an a.s.sa.s.sin hopefully when he meets her next time it will be a fair fight between both of them. He really wanted to see who was stronger between the both of them.
After getting demon uncle to let the girl go giving her safe pa.s.sage back to her village he went to meet up with his new recruits. They were all waiting near large wicked looking building with dark black wood posts, beams and joints. The outside had a large courtyard filled with attendants and the cultivators he had well not chosen they had stayed waited for him there. Suddenly he felt someone behind him with a wicked aura around him. He was not as strong as the green uncle and looked like a male copy Dia but he was young and around the same age as Rob but he had reached the second Realm.
"You really have brought the bottom of barrel with you." The young man said to Rob.
"You can't teach the unwilling." Rob replied, "Although I can work with these here even though they tell me they have no talent."
The young man looked at him skeptically, "You sure about that. I am trusting my younger sister in your service, for now. If my parents were here I don't think you would have the luxury to even talk to her but I have heard of your sects exploits and can see how strong you are so I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt. My parents will be arriving in a week and if they don't see any significant improvements in my sister there will be some problems between us."
Rob looked at the young man smiling, "I got a plan, I will need the gear you have to connect to World of Cultivation even if its only one and we will begin."
"How did you know we have such gear." The young man looked at him a little surprised.
"Don't worry about that its time to get these blank slates into gear, its time to pick some cla.s.ses."
