EBS-Empire Building System 4 Chapter 4 First Orders And Status Screen

After the construction of the farm, many of the villagers were extremely happy. People cannot blame them. The reason as to why is because they will finally have a source of food that will help them not go hungry again. This grain will help them as well as the young lord Michael Vazz. This will be the first step of many to create a powerful kingdom.

"Everyone before me I have decided that the women of the village will be responsible to look after the farm. The reason for this is because I have a different task for the men of the village. I will be going with you guys as well. The task that I have is to hunt animals, so will have meat to eat as well as grain." The young and talented say to everyone in the village.

"We will follow the lord orders. These two tasks will be done by us the lord does not have to come with us. This is not a task that a king should be doing. You might not consider yourself a king yet. That do not mean that you are not a king to us. How would we let our king do something as to go hunting with us?" one of the villages say to Michael with a proud voice.

The look on Michael was one of surprise. He would never have guessed that these people care this much for him already. They have not met for a long time and they are already calling him their king. This made Michael feel like he has always have been with these people.

"I will still like to go with you guys. I want to know to know these lands. What kind of leader would I be to you guys if I did not even know the land will be on? I will be going with you guys and I will also help you guys hunt. This is something that a great leader would do." Michael said to all the villager in front of him with a voice of authority.

The women of the village of Ardenian made their way toward the farm as they were instructed by the leader. The group of women was lead by Sophia. The women started to work in the field. There were some grains that were ripe. This, of course, was a gift from the system, and it will be a onetime deal.

"I do not understand how the grains can be ripe already since the lord just made the farm. I think the lord has power to ripe the grains early. I think this is a blessing to us." Sophia exclaim to all the women around her.

The group of men made their way toward the forest. The weapons that they have can be considered as low-grade thrash. The only weapon that was somewhat good is the weapon of Michael of course. After walking for 20 minutes, the group of people finally saw a wild boar. It was not that big. It was medium size boar. The only two hunters of the group drew back their bow with the arrow on it. They released the string, and the arrow flew towards their target. One of the arrows. .h.i.t the boar on its body while the other missed the boar. The wild boar charged toward the group of men with vicious speed. Michael grabbed his sword and slashed towards the wild boar. The sword went through the skin of the boar and blooded started to come out of the boar like a waterfall. The wild boar feel to the ground, but it was not dead. Michael attacked the wild boar with the sword killing it on the spot.

"The king has killed the wild boar with two swings of his sword. This is an amazing feat. It is good that the lord came personally to help us. By the way, my lord my name is Sebastian, and this my son Marcus. We both are hunters and our preferred weapon are the bow and arrows." The middle age hunter says to their lord Michael.

Wow wow wow, I am not used to receiving praise from people. What should I do? I think I should act normally toward the group of men in front of me.

"It is my pleasure to meet you both. I want to thank you for attacking the wild boar and dealing enormous damage to the boar. This made it easier for me to kill the boar. We should hunt one more wild boar before handing back to the village."

Two people from the group of thirteen went back to the village with the wild boar while the rest started to look for wild boar. Roughly 15 minutes later, the group of men encounters another wild boar. The only difference is that this one is bigger than the other one. The group follows the same thing they did before the two hunters used their arrow to cause damage to the wild boar. This time both arrows landed on the wild boar. The wild boar started to run like a madman toward the group of people that have injured it. This time two people attacked the wild boar's legs causing it to fall to the floor. Michael finishes it with a swing of his sword making the blood of the poor animal splash everywhere.

The reason for this is because there were no injuries in your party after hunting two prey. With a smile on Michael's face and the group of men, they started to make their way back to the village. They were extremely happy due to the fact that they have gained a large amount of meat by killing those two wild boar. Once, they finally arrived at the village cheers could be heard from the group of women welcoming their people. This was a sight to be seen. The cheers got louder and louder as the group continues to make their way to their village proudly. They started to have a small party and enjoying each other company with food and water. This was the first time that Michael like he belong somewhere. This made his heart move as the people laugh and talk with each other like one big family.

Time pa.s.sed by and it was time for everyone to go to sleep after a long day. Of course, Michael did not go to sleep as he wanted to check his status screen and the village.
