Ryouma narrowed his eyes because of the light of the morning sun. 
He carried his sword, and the chakram inside the leather bag and hung them on his left and right waist; then he went east on the highway.

In case it's not being specified, you may report it at any city guild.

"You received the quest from the receptionist counter right?"
