“What did I do last night?” Xi Xiaye asked as she became red in the face.

When he was getting dressed earlier, she saw five scratches on his back. Could that be her masterpiece?

“What do you think? What do you think you did?” He gave her an ambiguous look, obviously wanting to see her embarra.s.sed reaction!

“Would I have asked you if I could remember?” As she glanced at him, she knew that something did not feel quite right. It was rare to hear him humming when she woke up in the morning. Even her son looked at him with eyes wide in shock.

There could not have been a striptease and she did not tease anyone, did she?

“h.e.l.lo? Xiaye? It’s me! It’s the weekend already. You promised to do some New Year shopping with me. You didn’t forget, did you?”
