Arriving at the Soratas Meadows, Rico saw that the meadows was huge, hills were dozens of it, and the number of Revival Herbs there seemed endless. He also saw that there are only few people went there, and there was a food fair nearby. Wherever he goes, Rico always carry his towel either in his left or right shoulder.
Once he found a sample leaf of a Revival Herb, Rico checked it using an app in his cellphone. When his phone says that the sample herb he was holding was identical and correct, Rico pulled his scissors from his shoulder bag, and start cutting around 18 sets of Revival Herbs as a supply for two months.
As Rico kept cutting, a trainer's Prinplup approach his Riolu, and waving at it, as it was greeting it. But Riolu, however, was too weak to respond to its greetings. Misunderstooded, the trainer's Prinplup used Water Gun on Riolu, injuring it badly. Alerted, Rico turns around, carries Riolu in his arms, and asked, "Are you okay, Riolu?" Then Rico yelled to the trainer's Prinplup, "Hey! Why did you do that? Can't you see it's too weak to respond?"
"Prin-plup?" Prinplup replied in confusion as it scratches its head.
Then, the trainer of that Prinplup, which is a female one, came, comforted her Prinplup, and yelled at Rico, "Hey! Why did you yell and insult my Pokemon?" But her Prinplup told her what truly happened.
"How many times I told you not to insult or battle someone's Pokemon," its trainer said. Her Prinplup then felt bad for its actions, and its trainer bow her head to Rico, and apologized, "I'm sorry, sir, about my Pokemon's actions to your Pokemon. Please forgive me."
Calmed, Rico answered, "It's okay, ma'am. Yes, I forgive you. I think it's just a misunderstanding."
"Yes, you're right," the girl replied, "Anyway, I'm Dawn. I'm from the Sinnoh Region;" she then offer Rico a handshake.
" I'm Rico," Rico happily replied as he accepted her handshake, "I am a native citizen here."
"What?" Dawn replied in stunning, "A native local here?"
"Yes," Rico cheerfully replied, "Yes, I am."
"Okay," Dawn replied, "So, what are you doing here anyway?"
"I live in Peñon de Kawayan just a mile west from here," Rico replied as he put his scissors and sets of cutted Revival Herbs into his shoulder bag," And I am here to get some Revival Herbs since the Pokemart at my hometown had ran out of."
"Oh, I see," Dawn replied, " You know, I was here for a solo vacation."
"What? Solo?" Rico replied in shock, "Wait, did your parents ever allowed you to do that?"
"Yes," Dawn replied.
"Well, I never been in a journey before," Rico replied, "But I do have my first Pokemon;" Rico then showed her his Riolu.
"Wow!" Dawn replied in excitement. Then in a concern expression," Wait, that was the same Riolu my Prinplup attacked."
"Yeah," Rico replied, "It was too weak due to being badly injured by some Pokemon Pinchers, or Pokemon thieves. So I took it home."
"What?" Dawn replied in stunning. Then in a serious expression, "Those people are cruel on Pokemon, wild or owned."
"Yeah," Rico seriously replied, "They don't care about Pokemon, but about money." Then he continued, "Well, I have to go home. I have to crush these herbs and mix it with water."
