At school, arriving in his cla.s.s, as he settled on his seat, Santiago informed him that he and his friend, John, already had the limited edition of Swords of Sinnoh yesterday.
"What?" Rico replied in shock, "I didn't have one!" Chuckling a bit, John replied, "Well, get it before it's gone. Do it after school." Clenching his fist in determination, Rico responded, "I can do this."

"Now that's the spirit," Santiago brightly replied.
Later, while doing his exam, Rico zoned out, thinking thoughts like "What if they are sold out?" and "It'll be gone forever." But he immediately snapped out, and continue doing his exam. And later, he got 97 percent in his exam. Well, excellent enough for him.
Later, after lunch time, Rico went to his music cla.s.s for his guitar lessons. Rico had guitar lessons twice a month and piano lessons also twice a month. He had played it diligently and carefully, striking the right notes and chords.
Meanwhile, in the same time, the Blue Ninja was having a detective-style work about the Pokèmon Pinchers in his hotel room in Komati City. He knows that Red Eye will build a machine that will destroy the Philas Region and controlling Arceus as well. He then made a plan to stop him.
Later, at afternoon, at 3:44 p.m., the school was over, and Rico was walking alone from school. And as he walked along the sidewalk, Rico checked his smartphone for time, and was shocked and alerted at the same time about his goal of buying the limited edition of Swords of Sinnoh. He called his Riolu out, carried it on his shoulder, and ran across a street towards his destination, Kawayan Central Mall. He ran and ran across the city, crossing the streets and walking on overpa.s.ses across busy streets and highways. At last, at 4:01 p.m., he and Riolu arrived to their destination. There they rushed in and head for Rico's favorite stationary store, Art of Writing, Reading, and Crafts. But upon arriving there, the pair found out that the limited edition of Swords of Sinnoh are already sold out. Disappointed by this, the pair just walked away in negativity and down. But hope is still there, somewhere in the mall.
As they walked away, the pair come across a book fair, and one of the booksellers waved his hand towards them, offering them a copy of the limited edition of Swords of Sinnoh, the same one Rico found online, for only 450 Pokedollars. Happy about this, the pair rushed to the said bookseller, buy the said book for the said price, and the bookseller gave the book to him. Happy and excited by this, Rico said thank you to him, and he and Riolu went home with his bought book, feeling very happy.
Later, at 4:45 p.m., the pair arrived at home via the bus. And as they enter the house, Rosario, who was cleaning the living room, greeted them, "Oh, hi, Rico, how's school?"
"Very great," Rico brightly answered, "I got 97 percent in my exam."
"Wow, that's good," Rosario happily replied, "And you had the limited edition of your favorite book now?"
"Yeah," Rico happily replied, "At first, I thought they were sold out, but a bookseller at a book fair just offered me a discounted price of that book, and I accepted it."
"Wow, that's nice," Rosario replied, "You know, sometimes, hope is still out there, even if the first source of your dream is gone, but the second one is still out there."
"Thanks, mom," Rico happily replied; he and Riolu then went upstairs.
In his bedroom, Rico put his shoulder bag onto his desk and lie down on his bed, in exhaustion. His Riolu then sit on Rico's bed, responding in plain.
"Riolu," Rico said to it, "Sometimes, things will work out for the best. That applies to our training too."
"Ri-olu!" Riolu happily responded. Rico then opened his newly purchased book and read the first page of the first chapter; amazed by its plot and setting, Rico then flipped the pages more in mild excitement as Riolu read and observe it.
