"I wanted to thank you, actually," The man said, Gold tilted his head, "The man you defeated was a member of the Legion of Solar, a clan that uses holy magic and twists the Creator's image in their favor to gain power, they are very cruel and have been taxing this city for a few months now, I am so glad you came, they were going to seize my inn because I hadn't paid the insane tax," He kneeled down and bowed, "I thank you for saving this town."

He walked over to Miia and placed his hand over her head and the water rained down over her, washing away the blood. He collect the b.l.o.o.d.y water in his hand with Manipulate Water and placed it in the bowl on the table. Miia shook herself like a dog to dry off, "Tier 3, cast Control Wind," A stream of wind left his hand and blew onto Miia. He laughed as she shook as the air dried her. He sat down and Miia moved and laid down at his feet, "Don't you want to be on the bed? On my lap?" She looked up at him and blushed, "Come on, you are like a pet, it doesn't annoy me," She climbed onto the bed and rested her head and arms on his lap and the rest of her body on the bed, "Did you have fun?"

"Yes, master," She said as a sly smile grew on her face, "Maybe we could have some fun together? A little more fun?" Her hand moved onto him. He grabbed it and lifted it off of him, "Or not, forgive me, master."

"I forgive you, I know you love me, but I have to think about this, you know, maybe we could, but before, I need some rest," He said as Clover walked into the room, "h.e.l.lo Clover, how are you?"

"Thank you, Gold," She smiled and turned to skip out of the room, "Oh, I hope you make it to diamond tier, see you one of these days!"

"Now," He said as Clover left the room, "What was I going to say? Ah, yes, I have some things to tell you, about tonight," She turned onto her stomach and moved herself closer to him. She pushed him onto his back and moved her hand to his belt, "Tier 2, cast Whirlwind," He press his finger on her chest and she flew off of him and hit the wall on the other end of the room. She fell and landed on the bed, "Now, before you get ahead of yourself," She sat on the edge of the bed and looked down at the floor in shame, "I want you to stay in that bed tonight, until I wake in the morning," She nodded quickly, "Ah, thank you, I need a rest and I don't want to deal this tonight," He laid down on his bed, "Maybe I should get changed out of these robes," He removed his mask and undid his belt. He looked at Miia who was staring as he removed his clothes, she noticed and looked down at the ground blushing. He laughed and pulled off his robes. He sat down next to Miia, "Face me," She looked up at him nervously and faced him with her eyes closed, antic.i.p.ating some sort of punishment. She opened her eyes as she felt him hold the front of her shirt. He attached a small bronze plate to her shirt, "Now you are officially in my party," He rubbed her head as she snuggled on him, she lied down on the bed as Gold got up and walked back to his bed, "Tomorrow, we will go to the quest hall and see what we can do, what do you think?" She sat up and looked at him blankly, "What do you think?"

"O-okay, if you want, master," She didn't know what else to answer, "Why did you ask me? I just follow you, I told you that I would be by your side forever, remember?"
