I Am A Super Sorcerer Chapter 16: Dragon-Slaying Mission

When I ventured to walk right up to them (though my magic power was as strong as Lucifer's, I was a common high school student, after all. I inevitably felt scared confronted with such a murderous troop), one female and two male knights stood out and bowed to me. "Captain, Air General Shannon, Land General Lahart, and Sea General Rove greet you."

The three young people were quite good-looking. Tall and thin, Lahart was as straight as a spear with the ferocious momentum around him; as an exceedingly handsome man with a graceful demeanor, Rove looked much smarter, but the aloof breath he released was enough to frighten everyone. 

Shannon was exceptionally attractive. Although she was less appealing than Aya, she in armor looked bright and brave with the masculine beauty, which was another type of beautiful woman.

I forced a laugh and said, "h.e.l.lo, everyone."

Tranquil reigned here. None of the 100 Dark Dragoons answered to me, which gave me a head-on blow.

Rove, who was as cold as the ice, and said, "Captain, you don't need to talk nonsense. As long as you give us orders, we'll execute each of them." 

Aya said behind me in an undertone, "Master, don't take this personally. They always act like that even in front of my father, but their loyalty is undoubted. Master, as long as you win their loyalty, they'll do everything for you."

I knowingly nodded my head and said loudly, "You guys are battle-seasoned warriors while I'm just an unknown human being. I know you guys are indisposed to follow my orders, and I need to use my power to prove myself. Okay, please see my performance."

I said with a smile while stretching out my hand to Aya, "Little Ye."

Aya gave me a knowing smile and immediately turned into a pitch-black sword after a spin in the midst of the dark light, landing on my hand.

The dragoons, of course, knew what it meant and how it happened upon seeing their princess turn into a sword. After all, they knew her power inside out. Indifferent as they were, they couldn't help but show their surprise.

As soon as I started to concentrate my magic power with "Aya" placed before my chest, I was instantly enveloped by a dark light curtain. Having watched the tremendous dark power converge at me like lightning, the dragoons felt extremely astonished by knowing that I must have cast the high-rank Dark Magic.

Driven by me, the dark power fast gathered up. When I shouted, an indescribable pitch-black light ball appeared on the tip of "Aya".

"Catastrophe of h.e.l.l"! Those well-experienced dragoons turned pale with fear, for they recognized the ultimate magic skill of the Dark Magic only the King of the Devil World could use. Afterward, Shannon, Lahart, and Rove knelt one leg down and said in unison, "Captain, we're as blind as a bat. Please forgive our impoliteness and take your magic power back. We swear to follow you."

My power was self-evident since I could display the "Catastrophe of h.e.l.l". In the Devil World where people were ranked by power, the three generals would naturally swear allegiance to me.

As a matter of fact, I cast the "Catastrophe of h.e.l.l" with tricks. I had my endless magic power as the backup, but even if I was a once-in-many-lifetimes genius, I was unable to master this ultimate magic skill of the Dark Magic on such short notice. After all, Aya just explained it to me last night.

I utilized the "Aya" sword to triple my magic power and formed the "Catastrophe of h.e.l.l", a black light ball. However, it just looked like it, but I was afraid its real power was only 30% of Lucifer's.

I felt overjoyed upon seeing the dragoons swear their allegiance to me. With a loud roar, I lifted the sword into the sky. Subsequently, the black light ball shot at the sky and quickly disappeared in the dark sky.

I could do nothing but accept the task reluctantly.

Aya said anxiously after stepping out of the door, "Master, how can you say yes to my father? This Black h.e.l.l Dragon has long lived here before my father came to the Devil World. I said with a bitter smile, "Your father has made himself clear that he wanted to set me up. Can I turn him down? Aya, I never know Lucifer, the Fallen Angel, is so foxy."

Having seen Aya extremely worry about me, I slightly held her into my arms. "Little Ye, don't worry about me. Remember, as the captain of the 'Dark Dragoon', I can lead the best troop of the Devil World to slay it."

As I glanced at my worn robe Rinka gave me, I felt jealous of those dragoons who were clothed in the mighty black armor. I really wanted to retaliate on Lucifer, so I agreed to Aya's proposal.
