Da Tian Ting arrived home at two o’clock in the afternoon. She put the box down, and locked the front door because Mr Crazy lived next door. Then she headed to her bedroom, because sleeping would help her avoid her depressing situation for several hours.
Da Tian Ting didn’t make it all the way to her bedroom, because Mr Crazy was reading a newspaper in the living room like he was the home owner.
‘When did you get here?’ Da Tian Ting asked.
‘Half an hour ago,’ Feng Kai Ze said.
Feng Kai Ze acted like he was reading the newspaper. But he paid close attention to Da Tian Ting’s reactions. First she freaked when she discovered him in her living room. Then she looked back at the front door to check if she had locked it.
Feng Kai Ze had no interest in women except Da Tian Ting. He loved everything about her. He even loved the way she cursed him.
‘How did you get into my home?’ Da Tian Ting asked.
‘I walked into your home,’ Feng Kai Ze said.
‘How did you unlock my front door?’ Da Tian Ting asked.
If Mr Crazy didn’t intrude into Da Tian Ting’s home, she would be sleeping peacefully.
‘I used a key to unlock the front door,’ Feng Kai Ze said. ‘Did you think I used my fingers?’
Da Tian Ting thought she was hearing things, because Mr Crazy’s tone of voice sounded affectionate.
‘Where did you get a key to my home?’ Da Tian Ting asked.
‘Haven’t you heard that money can make ghosts dance?’ Feng Kai Ze asked.
The landlord was happy to give Feng Kai Ze a spare key to Da Tian Ting’s apartment after receiving a bribe from him.
‘Mr Feng, what will it take for you to leave me?’ Da Tian Ting asked.
Da Tian Ting was drained. She didn’t have energy to think about what the mysterious Mr Crazy wanted.
‘I’ll never leave you for the rest of your life,’ Feng Kai Ze said. ‘Da Tian Ting, you need to accept in this lifetime you’ll be my wife.’
Da Tian Ting laughed and shook her head at Mr Crazy.
‘I, Da Tian Ting will never marry you,’ Da Tian Ting said.
There would never be a day Da Tian Ting would willingly marry Mr Crazy.
Feng Kai Ze stood, and stepped toward Da Tian Ting until their faces were only an inch apart.
‘One day soon, you’ll willingly marry me,’ Feng Kai Ze said. ‘Right now, you just got home. Go shower and get a good rest.’
