When The Moon Calls 41 Blood Manipulation

'Maybe I'm too paranoid, the mission is very important...'

He wanted to convince himself that he was just imagining things but....

The uncomfortable feeling just wouldn't go away. He normally felt like a fish in the water while moving in the darkness. He couldn't explain it but this time was different.

He looked at the other High Vampires who were running beside him.

This was the greatest hunt since 400 years, 878 High Vampires under the command of him the sole Royal Vampire Anton Nagoev. The Sanguine Council's order was clear, "Kill the two Originals!"

The whole Sacrosanct Department Force was mobilised, even some High Vampires from influential families around the nation joined them.

Anton lifted his hand, all vampires stopped abruptly. He jumped high, landing on the peak of a tree. His blood-red eyes stared at the faint lights in the horizon. Many other vampires followed him, jumping on trees to look at Palmer Falls.

His Vice Captain arrived beside him, "Should we kill the town people and force the two Originals out?"

Marilyn Jackson his Vice Captain has been under him for over 500 years now, she knew how he did things.

"Yes, that's the plan, kill the blood bags and force them to show themselves." Anton's cold voice echoed through the area.

Just when they started to move a claw appeared out of nowhere, gripping Marilyn's throat.

Everyone was stunned, a large black beast revealed itself. It ripped Marilyn's head apart before anyone could react. He dead body hit the ground, spilling blood everywhere. Her head spinned in the air with an shocked expression.

Everyone stopped, focusing their gazes on the beast.

"You won't take a single step into the town, in fact you won't leave this place alive." A rough otherworldly voice came out of the beast wolf like head.

Anton's eyebrows twitched, he a powerful Royal Vampire didn't sense how the beast arrived.

"You are Michael Greyshow I a.s.sume? You are a suicidal bast*rd to come alone." Said Anton while unleashing his cold bloodthirst.

"Alone?"

The moment the black beast said it, many savage howls echoed through the forest.

Anton took a step back. He was shocked by the sheer amount of howls.

'How is this possible? We are surrounded. I didn't sense anything at all! The council didn't say anything about any other beast beside the two Originals!'

Michael had used the darkness around the force of vampires to cut off their senses. He mobilised near 2000 werewolves that were ready for some blood spilling.

Attack is the best defense.

His pack and family came to his side. He roared out, it was the signal to attack.

The vampires were still in a state of confusion.

Michael had noticed the changes in everyone, their fur color had changed completely.

Izu who had once a yellow fur had now a dark-yellow fur. Everyone's fur became darker, even his mother's pure white fur became grey with dark fur at some spots.

Michael could only speculate that it was because of him getting rid of G.o.ddess Lupa's restriction.

They formed groups to attack the vampires, Odette together with the D Brothers, Smilla and Izu killed one High Vampire after another, by tearing their limbs apart, they also took their heads. Everywhere he watched he saw vampires being ripped apart.

Some of the vampires wanted to escape when they saw how the situation was. They were intercepted by Jonas and his harem army of h.o.r.n.y beauties. His harem army was full with High Vampires and werewolves chicks, that confused the people from the Sacrosanct Force Department. Some of them actually recognized the High Vampires under Jonas control. They tried to speak with them, only to find themselves killed by them. Truly tragic.

The only ones who were struggling were Stacey, Chris and Rachel. They were fighting against robust vampire. He looked like he was in his mid thirties. He was on a whole another level compared to the other vampires.

He had two huge pair of bat like wings on his back. His movements were unpredictable, he wasn't affected by Stacey's vast killing intent.

Seeing this Michael made a move, his claw clashed against the vampires long sharp nails, creating a gust of wind.

Both took some steps back. The glared at each other.

"I will take this one, he is to much for you." Said Michael.

They were unwilling but after taking a good look at themselves and realizing how many vicious wounds they had, they gave up on the fight. They attacked the other vampires.

Michael and the vampire were still glaring at each other, but both of their senses were focused on the others fighting.

Both of them had gloomy expressions. Michael because he sensed that werewolves were still dying and the vampire because his side was clearly on the losing end.

The vampire were at a disadvantage, just a scratch or a bit would poison them, their wounds won't heal at all. These was new to them and they didn't receive any information about the werewolves. They still killed some but the werewolves grew more savage with every dead werewolf.

The vampire gritted his teeth, flapping his huge bat wings, he flew up to the sky.

"Where do you think you are going?"

The vampire's body shook, the rough voice came from the darkness in front of him.

Michael came out of the darkness in the sky, tearing the chest of the vampire.

The vampire was send flying to the ground, a fountain of blood spurting out from his chest.

He somehow managed to land on his feets, touching the wounds on his chest with a horrifying expression. He had noticed that the wounds of the High Vampires weren't healing but experiencing it himself was scary, his high regeneration didn't work.

The vampire's blood red eyes lit up and the blood spilled on the ground started to float up, swirling around him.

Michael who stepped out of the darkness on the ground narrowed his eyes.

"You forced me! Now I will kill them all!" Shouted the vampire.

The blood around him transformed into 22 blood swords.

"Blood Manipulation, Dance of Death!"

He dashed to the nearest werewolf with the blood swords dancing around him. The werewolf tried to dodge the swords but he was still sliced apart, shocking everyone in the area.

Michael howled angry, he vanished into the darkness, appearing right beside the mad vampire.

"I was waiting for you!" Shouted the vampire with a savage expression.

The 12 blood swords flew straight at Michael, trying to slice him apart.

"Thanks for the idea"

"Wha..!"

Countless spears made of darkness blocked the swords, creating sparks.

The remaining spears attacked the vampire.

He avoided them just barely, the deep wounds on his chest hurt like h.e.l.l. He was constantly losing blood.

He suddenly felt his neck grabbed by black claws!
