Vampiric Blood 1 Ch1 Bite

The rain poured down on the city as if it was trying to wash it clean of its stink of chaos. Here in Warden, the city was teeming with activity and one activity, in particular, will set off a legend in this world. In one of the city's many alleyways, there was a bloodthirsty creature currently about to descend upon a young girl that simply wished to get home a little bit faster. For in the darkness of the world, there are creatures unknown to the world thought to simply be myths and legends but they are very much real as real and you and I and they thirst for the taste of human flesh and the souls of those unwise enough to deal with them and think themselves able to escape from the webs these creatures spin.

As the creature stalked his prey in the alley. Nearby was a young man of barely 19 that would soon encounter something that would change his life drastically and he doesn't even know it yet. Jason Sacer had always been someone who was nosy sticking his nose into others business where it was not needed. So unsurprisingly when he saw a man dressed in a dark trench coat follow a young woman into an alley when he was just coming home from the bar he thought the worst of him and he follows him in. he sees the man shove the girl against the wall and rear his head back and just as he was about to bite down on her exposed neck. Jason leaps into action and smashes the man in the head with a beer bottle he had quickly picked up from the ground. The strike to the man's head makes him stumble just enough to allow Jason to pull the girl away from the man's grip to let her run away and as she runs away the man slowly recovers and looks at Jason with his eyes glowing red " Kid you do not know what you have just done" and he leaps at him. Jason hastily puts his arms up trying to block the man but unsuccessfully as the man easily overpowers him and bites down hard on his neck thirsty to taste Jason's blood. As Jason stands there unable to move with the man latching onto him in a fit of madness bites down hard on the man's shoulder the only place he could reach and his mouth is filled with the man's dark blood and his arms flailing trying to make the man release him. Suddenly the bottle he had broken on the man's head earlier is stabbed into the man's heart during Jasons struggle. He collapses on top of Jason as his eyes wane slowly succ.u.mbing to the wound. Jason struggles to get the man off of him as he slowly bleeds out from his neck. "Is this how my life is going to end? I really wish I could keep to myself and maybe s.h.i.t like this wouldn't happen to me! But at least that girl got away so I guess that could be considered having helped someone before I die haha but seriously I wish I didn't die with such a creepy guy on me" and suddenly all goes black as Jason's heart slowly stops due to blood loss.

An hour goes by before Jason slowly starts to awaken. " The stars are beautiful tonight wait what the f.u.c.k!!" the events earlier had just started to come back to Jason where he was fighting with that man earlier. He immediately tries to sit up but suddenly realized that the man was still on him.

"ugh get the f.u.c.k off me" Jason pushes the man's heavy corpse off him and he sits up.

"Holy s.h.i.t what happened last night" he quickly starts to feel himself up checking for any wounds and as his hands reach his neck the spot where the man bit him he touches smooth flesh "huh? I was sure he bit me last night why can't I find any wounds on me" he loses himself for a second in his own thoughts when suddenly he snaps back to reality realizing that there is a corpse right next to with his clothes drenched in the mans blood "f.u.c.k oh f.u.c.k what am I gonna do this guy is dead what am I gonna do" his heart rate skyrockets as his panic gets the better of him for a second and his mind starts to race. When all of a sudden his eyes flash red for a second and he slowly starts to calm down. " I need to calm down first this was an act of self-defence I had to kill him it was an accident he attacked me first he deserves to die but even if that's so if anyone ever finds out I'm still gonna be going to jail for a very long time and picking up soap even longer" the sheer thought of prison almost sends Jason into a spiral again. " I need to figure out how to get rid of the body I can't go to jail I still have such a long life ahead of me I can't go to jail." Jason quickly looks around the alley searching for cameras or anywhere that someone could have been and seen what happened but luckily they were right behind a pile of trash and quite a ways into the alley even if someone had walked through the alley they might have missed Jason and the man laying down in the alley. " Thank G.o.d it seems that there aren't any witnesses at least that solves a big problem I need to get out of here quick" Jason stands up and gets ready to leave before he realizes that he is covered in blood whether it was his or the mysterious mans he wasn't quite sure but either way he couldn't wear it out or else he would cause a panic. he quickly looks around for some clothes and quickly comes to the long trench coat the man was wearing. " well beggars can't be choosers and not like he can use it anymore" Jason quickly strips the man of his jacket and puts it on. "hmm not bad it fits pretty good." Just as Jason was about to leave with the coat wrapped around he suddenly remembers the beer bottle lodged in the mans chest and he quickly runs up to it and wipes the gla.s.s off with his shirt to get rid of his finger prints before he leaves as soon as he is done that he quickly exits the alley and heads on to the street. " Calm down Jason act natural no one knows just keep walking and smile." Jason quickly got home to his 2nd floor apartment as he lived close by. As soon as he got he jumps into his bed and rapidly lost himself in dreamland.
