Aswan, Egypt.
"Barzakh?!" Farah said and sat on the chair next to Hakim. "you actually believed that?" Farah said to Noah; she felt an unreasonable sense of discomfort.
She suddenly heard Noah's voice inside her head telling her that everything around her is not real. The voice was more of a whisper into her ears. She shook her head and looked at Noah who was looking at her the whole time with a gaze she never saw before.
She narrowed her eyes when she caught his, something about him was different and for a second there Farah saw a shiny green aura around him, but it vanished when she blinked— what the h.e.l.l!?, she thought— she stared at him wanting to ask about what she just saw yet her mind couldn't form a sentence; something was stopping her.
"It makes sense." Noah's simple answer broke Farah's thoughts.
She frowned at him then looked at Malika. "Is it a place here in Egypt?!" she asked her.
"No," Malika answered.

"Where is it then?" Farah asked and felt herself getting annoyed.
"It's …nowhere," Malika said and waved her hands in the air. Farah stared at her. "Barzakh is an astral world, it's beyond time and s.p.a.ce," Malika said to Farah while resting her body on the table next to her.
"In simple words genius," Farah said and rolled her eyes.
"Barzakh is a world beyond time and s.p.a.ce," Malika answered slowly.
Farah rolled her eyes again and took a deep breath trying to hold her arising anger. "You're saying you two met in a place that is beyond time and s.p.a.ce, like what? a dream?"
"No, it wasn't a dream, it's a world that is beyond time and s.p.a.ce, it's the middle astral world between all dimensions of reality," Malika said with the same tone and speed; slow and steady which made Farah more annoyed.
"I will kill her!" Farah pointed at Malika in anger, looking at Noah and Hakim.
"I'm serious! It is the middle point of all—"
"I don't understand whatever you're saying! You're talking about a place that doesn't exist! And we magically traveled back in time!"
"— It does exist, and we're in it now," Malika said loudly.
"We're in Hakim's house, actually… I don't even know how we got here," Farah said and looked around.
"Help please," Malika said to Hakim.
"Farah." Hakim smiled at her; she moved her stares to Hakim's face. "Look at the window." Farah looked at the window; it was completely sunny outside. "we are at my Barzakh and I can change the weather outside."
It became dark in a matter of seconds and changed back to the sunny atmosphere; Farah looked slightly shocked— she heard Noah's voice again inside her head telling her not to believe him— she narrowed her eyes and kept looking at him, something unreadable was in his eyes, something dark and scary, something she saw before.
"You believe me now!" Malika said it hoping Farah would follow what was happening.
She slowly looked at Malika, moving her hair behind her ears and said, "How?"
"The Astral world is a point in between all dimensions of different realities, where only dimensions travelers have access to it; that's why Hakim can alter weather outside," Malika said and pointed at Hakim who nodded back.
"Dimensions Travelers?" Noah asked with an emotionless face. Farah moved her eyes to meet his where his voice ringed and suddenly got even deeper than before and said, "Rise, your royal divine." Farah's frown got stronger while Noah kept his poker face and emotionless eyes fixed on her confused face. She swallowed nervously wanting to ask him if he said something else yet again her mind stopped her.
"You have to tell them everything," Hakim said, Farah looked at him then at Noah who didn't move his eyes from hers.
"Maybe I can help," a man's deep voice said to Hakim. A young man in his twenties standing in front of the recently opened library door. He went down the stairs with everyone staring at his moving figure, he stood in front of them and took a deep breath. He was wearing a black t-shirt and dark blue jeans.
He was tall with a muscled toned body, olive skin, black thick wavy hair, and a full black beard. His eyes were hazel with long thick eyelashes. Farah felt as if she saw him before, he looked very familiar to her. She looked at his forearm there was a glowing dark blue tattoo on it with a weird symbol. She recognized the tattoo and stood up in surprise.
"The man who was choking me in the dream had the same tattoo!" Farah pointed at him. She looked at Malika who seemed unsurprised. "He has the exact same tattoo!" Malika's eyes scanned the man's forearm.
"He doesn't have any tattoos," Malika said and looked at Farah.
"No one can see it but you... don't believe them… trust your heart," the voice that sounded just like Noah ringed again inside her head. "don't believe them…it's not real," the voice said, she rested her hand and sat down again.
