"I'm a bit worried about the chickens if they want to start a war, that would be a disaster. Our guild leader might get angry at me," The brat's starting to realize what she's done. I think it's partially my fault but I'm sure she doesn't care about me to blame it on me.

"Well, it's kind of your fault because of your pride. I guess," I bluntly said. I hope she doesn't take it in the wrong way.

"Hmmm. You're actually right. No one insults our Guild!"Ok... She's back to not caring.

"Ha h calm down, everyone knows that your guild is the best. Right?" She needs to relax sometimes.

-Near the Forest Dungeon-

We're almost near the dungeon. You can already hear the people talking about something.

"There you are, Ms. Celeste. Where have you been? We were looking for you everywhere. And where did you get those piles of equipment on your backs." One of the guards asked the brat.

"Oh, I'm just patrolling with Scy's party and we found some evil doers and punished them slightly. So, what's new?" She asked. Slightly? Really?

"The players who went inside still haven't come back yet. We're kind of worried," The guard answered.

"You worry too much. Did you already send our guards to check? They must have gone deep into the dungeon. Maybe lost or something?" She doesn't show any signs of worry on her face. A leader should always retain composure.

"Yes, but they should be back by now. There are around 200 people left here outside and because no one has returned yet, they are having second thoughts of entering or not," He's troubled by the current situation. Also, he's right.

"Ok, I, with Scy's party, will enter. You should stay here and guard the place. We'll be back as soon as we found something. "Why do you need to bring us? If you want to die, do it yourself. Jeez. I just warned you earlier, didn't I?

-Forest Dungeon-

After some preparation, we decided to enter the dungeon. There are no signs of monsters or any creatures and I was hoping we could at least get some action. Also, no corpses around which means there were no monsters from the start.

The place looks normal. It's like a simple cave, nothing's interesting... really. The path is straight, no mazes whatsoever. The dungeon looks like a giant hole. We can still see the light outside though we are already walking almost thirty minutes yet we didn't even see anything.

"It's just a normal cave. Where could hundreds of people possibly go? There's no way you could get lost here," Celeste is pretty irritated. I know this is really simple but people who went first aren't that dumb you know.

We focused on getting deeper but finally, we found the end of it.

"It was a dead end? There's nothing here but walls," She's right. There's nothing here.

"Above us! BARRIER!" Lili warned us and made a barrier at the same time. A monster with three heads, Dragon, Lion and a goat's head with a tail of some kind of Snake, showed up and attacked us!

As soon as the monster landed his claw on the barrier, it broke it instantly and knocked back us from the impact.

"What is that creature?! It broke a barrier in just one hit! Get back!" The brat shouted!

Lili lost her consciousness from the attack, consuming all of your mana in instant results to that. Jeez. I carried Lili like a princess. She's light, though.

"EARTH WALL! That would buy us some time," She created a giant wall and blocked the way. Though... when I looked back, the wall collapses after the monster knocked it down!

"You clearly said that it would buy us some time! You're right, it bought us merely two seconds!" I shouted while running!

"What?! d.a.m.n it! SUMMON EARTH GOLEMS!" This time she created five of his giant golems to restrict the movement of the monster.

The monster just crushed them like they were made of gla.s.s! How are we supposed to kill that thing if even the brat doesn't stand a chance!

"It's not a monster we can fight right now. Even Zeth who is the strongest in Order of Light city wouldn't stand a chance here! Just keep running and don't look back!" She said while trying to summon more golems.

"KYAAAAAAAAAH!"

*PAAK PAAK PAAK!* Lili slapped me multiple times in the face as soon as she woke up. Is that supposed to be your way of saying thanks? Where's the clue?

"Jeez. Look behind me and just relax, will you?"

"KYAAAAAAH!" She hugged me after looking. That's more like it.

"Use my power..." I heard a silent whisper from nowhere.

"Did you hear that, guys?" I asked them.

"Hear what? The roar of that monster?! It's almost catching up! Hurry!" Elou's the fastest right now so he's ahead of us.

"The black gem, use my power," Is it talking about the gemstone I got from the Shade?

I took it out and I can feel something strange from it.

"Can you run Lili? I'll try to stop the monster," I asked Lili.

"Sure, thank you for earlier Scy," She showed her grat.i.tude and started running. Wow, she can talk!

I focused my mana on the gemstone hoping something would happen. I feel nothing... Jeez. All that c.r.a.p and nothing! I need to do something or we will die like the rest!

"Here goes nothing! Heavy Fiery Punch!" I used my ultimate attack while holding the gem and punched the ground to create a hole to trap him.

*BAAAAAAAAAAAM!* What the h.e.l.l?

Instead of a regular flame, I released a black flame that absorbs the light around it! The Flame scattered in the area and created an absolute darkness in the place! I can't see what's inside! The darkness devoured the light coming from outside!

I don't hear any movements from the inside! I decided to run again to the outside.

"Geez, what was that monster?! Thank G.o.d, we managed to reach outside of that dungeon or technically, a normal cave. And what's with that flame you used earlier? It was pure black and darkness," She asked and was surprised.

"I don't know... I just use my normal power. Thanks to that we're alive," I said while catching my breath.

"Ms. Celeste! Are you alright?! We heard a strange noise from inside!" One of the guards asked.

"WOOOOOOOOOOOOH!" I think it finally broke from the darkness and managed to escape.

"Just wait and I'm sure you'll see," The brat answered.

Finally, the monster came out of the dungeon!
