jax had already handed down he's report to the filing cabinet that he was ready to start human experiments, he's batch so far had mostly started doing experiments but most were still asking for more resources. jax could not be bothered with amateurs, he had found out that Schmidt would be visiting this unit soon, in probably the next 2 to 3 weeks so he had to speed up his plans. jax so far knew that if he could meet Schmidt then he could by chance then meet Dr. Abraham Erskine the creator of the SSS, jax knew about Steve rogers transformation but he jax thought it better that he be there in person to see the transformation of Steve rogers so that he could improve the process.

jax so far got ready for the new batch of experimentees to come in

ah here they come,' said jax heartlessly as he could hear the shouting prisoners getting dragged in and strapped into arm chairs and were about to be force fed pills

"cough" erm i'm afraid that would be unnecessary,' coughed jax as he quickly took the pills of the guard and put them in a small compartment

' i am testing a truth serum on them and i'm afraid they need to be conscious while i sedate them, don't worry i have my ways with dealing with unstable people,now if you don't mind,' said jax as he pointed to the door

the guard gave him an awkward look then left

humph that was close, if he had drugged these lot i'd have waited hours for them to wake up so can start testing them with my hallucinogen

soooo its two minutes until 8 so lets begin shall we, said jax as he set the time on his brand new state of the art wrist watch

jax had so far spent 2 weeks straight on complete this new agent, he had gone through 4 batches of patients and had was about to finish up with the last one, jax knew he did not have much time Schmidt was already on his way and none of the chemists in block C had so far even finished the production of the truth serum, this may have been the skills in the chemists themselves because last week an explosion occurred in one of the chemists rooms and he ended up dying. Zola therefore began to put up daily inspections of the labs and this affected jax's privacy which he he most loved, jax knew this was a threat but he had to make do he had so far become quite friendly with his guard, but jax began to focus on the topic at hand he needed to end this final examination and check on the patients results because he's life was on the line.

'whew,' said jax as he wiped the sweat from his forehead as put away his tools and began to check up on the remaining patients, out of 13 patients 3 have so far died while the other 3 have slight dementia , 5 could now be considered clinically insane however there are 2 who can be considered a perfect success

'Sebastian,' said jax as he called for the guard

'Get that nincomp.o.o.p Fredric to come and clean up this mess and get these defects out of here and inform Mr Zola that it was a complete success,' said jax as he took his gla.s.ses of with a crazed smile

'right away Herr Dieter,' no sooner had the guard left, jax began to destroy any evidence of the agent he had worked on he knew that this knowledge was for his eye's only. he began to burn the papers in a white odourless solution and take out two vials and put them in a miniature brief case and place them in a compartment on the side of the desk that only he knew about.

2 minutes later Zola had made his way into the lab with 4 other guards who came to clean up the mess.

'Oh Herr Dieter i'm so happy to hear about your success so where is proof,' said Zola in a hurry as he began to wipe the sweat from his brow while he kept a fake smile on his face.

right this way, Herr Zola said jax as he lead Zola towards a door and went into another room that held two racks of test tubes with truth serum labelled on it.

these are the most recent batch, just freshly made this morning and i have run tests and it is a complete success,' for the first time Zola looked quite happy and began to take the batches with him

' um Herr Zola, wouldn't it be better if i came with you seeing as you seem to be in hurry i could help you with the proof showing that i have helped you in the process of production of this serum, said jax knowingly

Zola stopped then looked at jax carefully then nodded

'fine, follow me,' said Zola hurriedly

jax was no fool, he knew Zola would steal the credit for his work, but he didn't care he was ready for that anyway and as long as he could get close to Schmidt or even Dr Abraham erskine, nothing else matters.

as he left the damp dingy confines of his lab ad met the fresh yet dreary weather outside jax was given a black coat to wear as he and Zola accompanied by two guards went up to a car that was parked outside the building two muscular men stepped out with big black umbrellas and opened the door to the car and two black boots stepped out then came out a man that at times even captain america had nightmares of, Johann Schmidt or better in the future known as known as red skull.

behind him came out Dr Abraham as he quietly stood in between the group with an of his own umbrella.

so, i see that the truth serum production has been a success yes,' said Schmidt sardonically as he began to caress the rings on his hands.

yes Herr Schmidt, i have done my best to put together this production of truth serum and we have been able to put together two racks,'

is that it?' asked Schmidt dangerously

'SHUT IT!' raged Schmidt as he threatened to hit Zola

Herr Schmidt please wait,' interjected jax

and who might you be,' replied Schmidt as he had yet to calm down

' my name is Herbert dieter and I am an a.s.sistant who was able to put together this truth serum production and i believe i have something to show you,'he said as he lead the group with the still silent Dr Abraham included

as the group was lead back to lab that jax originally worked in

'Herr Schmidt please ignore this fool h--'

'QUIET! you have already let me down by your failure to bring in the expected amount of products, you shall remain silent until i say so,' said Schmidt harshly as he continued into the room and through the door that once held only two racks of test tubes

once jax stepped into the room he went towards a table and took of the cloth on the table and under the table showed 40 racks of all with same labels truth serum.

good, good i like this well you have been useful,' said Schmidt as he pulled out a gun and got ready to fire at jax

'w wait i did everything i was told,' replied jax as he began to put on the best act of his life

yes but you leave this country soon and i can't have you making this for the enemy,' replied Schmidt as he c.o.c.ked the gun

WAIT!' shouted Abraham as he interjected

do you know who i am,' he said calmly as he took of his hat

y-- yes our Dr Abraham erkskine, i have read you books about the theory of the human genome and i had some ideas about it,' replied jax as he pretended he could not see the gun pointed at his head

see that Schmidt, he's read my books that means he's likely to be a better candidate in helping out with this serum i am going to make for you, he could help me complete it,'

Schmidt waited then holstered his gun

any funny business from you and i'll not think twice, do you understand,' he threatened

absolutely,' said jax calmly as he put his hands down

that night jax could not sleep, he was still pumping with adrenaline because of the near experience he had with death, he took a good hour to calm down. he began to recap what had happened and what was going to happen, so he was now one of Schmidt's close allies even though he could have killed him at a moments notice; he's plan to gain both the pity of Abraham's righteous soul was successful he had expected to get out of that without a scratch. finally what was he going to do next, jax had to think twice about leaving the country now but he could take advantage, in 2 years from now Eric lensher would awaken he's mutant abilities and Shaw would take advantage of that, 2 months later Charles Xavier would meet mystique, 5 years from now Logan would save an officer named Ichirō Yashida by shielding him from the blast of a bomb that will be dropped Nagasaki.

during the war in america a metallurgist named Dr Myron McClain is a.s.signed to research and development of adamantium by the US government.

jax got ready to execute his plan in a couple of weeks but he first needed a place he could work alone.

' hahahahaha hope there is more because it is going to be so much fun once the war is over.' said jax as he made his way

quick Herr Schmidt get up their is an intruder,' said a soldier as he came screaming in while waking Schmidt from his rest

where, where have you sounded the alarms,' he shouted as he tried to run out of the room

as soon as he turned he's back to the soldier, the soldier whispered

no, because that would alert the guards,' as he said that he whipped out a syringe and impaled Schmidt in the neck

the colourless vial was emptied in him and he began to go drowsy

'yyyyooooo,' he tried to shout as he fell on the floor after seeing the soldiers face change into someone familiar

'shhhhhh quiet now, can you hear that all your guards and soldiers are sleeping,'whispered jax as a quickly came close to m.u.f.fle out the struggling

jax then took out device and attached one side to his head and the other on Schmidt's head

he then pressed a b.u.t.ton on the back and a strange whirring sound began to come out as Schmidt's eye's rolled back.

'Now, listen carefully to what i am about to say you will from now on and forever more serve me both conscious and unconsciously and you will do it both perfectly and without error.' jax as Schmidt began to recite the following words like a mantra until he fell

'humph some overlord he was, i caught him sleeping i guess he's still human.

jax did not want Schmidt to completely become red skull because he could break the hallucinogen he needed him stay half human but still half red skull.

as jax began to mull over certain thoughts he began to hear groaning

hehehe, they seem to be waking well nice talking red skull, you'll break out of this one day but by then it'll be to late you will just be slave to the soul stone.' snickered jax as he made his way out of the mansion

that night jax made his way to an underground bunker he had found a week ago, it had been unoccupied for almost a year and for jax it was a perfect place to do his more private experiments.

' so I've already got the future red skull on a leash, i now need to take advantage of his lackey's who can act as my hands, feet and ears outside my lab,' thought jax as he began to plan out his course of actions

i can't have Shaw take advantage of Eric before me so i'll recruit Shaw first by the end of the week then it seems i am going to have to start on my cloning experimentation,' said jax as he quickly wrote a letter to a concentration camp that the scientist Dr Klaus Schmidt (alias) was working in.

then he made his way towards a door that lead deeper into the bunker and when he went in jax saw a handful of men in lab coats with blank faces were taking out fluids from patients who were sleeping on sleeping on arm chairs they seemed to be working on an apparatus in the middle of the. A certain unsightly man came up to jax and with a blank look

master Dieter how nice of you to join, we had just made a break through in the cloning device that you showed us and i hav--'

'yes yes alright Zola no need for to much talk, show me how much you've done so far' said jax with a smile and as Zola lead him and 2 other scientist towards cloning device they had been working on.

as you can see it is far from finished but with both the right tools and this G.o.dly design we could make a device which if input with any amount of DNA could bring out the carbon copy of the said owner's DNA.

'yes but how long will it take before completion, doctor,' said jax as he had a schedule to keep

'give us 2 weeks maximum Herr dieter and you will not be let down,' said Zola while wiping of a bit of the sweat on his head

Good,' said jax as he then left the room while still hearing the the pained groans of the patients.

jax had been quite relieved that he had created this hallucinogen, if not it would have made recruiting very difficult and he hated wasting time. Jax's plans heavily relied upon the cloning device, once he had that combined with his ability change into another person's body then there was not a country in the world that he could not own.

jax then returned to his old room in block C and opened the secret compartment he once had and took out some papers and put them in his brief case, then with a wicked smile he put on his duffer hat and left to go and meet up with Dr Abraham erskine
