Han Bing fought the urge to run over and hit Zheng Li. "What kind of reward was this? Not even a proper pet but a farm animal" Han Bing thought to himself. "Why did I let this fool pick out the gift. Every since his sister started wanting strange things his gifting sense has been completely off. I should have told him to get jewelry from the market."

Since he couldn't go over there and make Zheng Li disappear, all he could do was watch as the situation was sure to become worse than earlier. "Not only did I eat all of the food, but now this" Han Bing thought. Which reminded him of the food he just ate. "It the best piece of meat i've ever eaten in my life, I can still taste it now. The outside had a crispy layer while the inside was so tender that it fell apart whenever I chewed." just thinking about the meat made Han Bing stomach growl. But he had no time to think about the Divine dish that he had just eaten as Zheng Li was about to give the bundle to Mai.

After the squeal that came out of the bundle, Mai had a puzzled expression on her face. It was not normal for someone to just give someone else a pet especially when one of them was a prisoner. "How is it going to do its business stuck in my room" Mai thought. She slowly moved forward to accept the bundle when a pig fell out of it and ran towards her. The pig let out a small oink as it rubbed its small face against Mai's leg.

Mai finally realized that this wasn't a joke and that they had just given her a small pig as a reward for cooking a bigger pig. Left with a odd feeling about the whole situation Mai just stared at the man in front of her.

After a few moments of staring Mai went "Thank you, Han Bing, for um this wonderful reward. I will treasure it."

As if the pig knew it was being talked about it let out another oink and rubbed its face even harder into her feet.

Han Bing eye was still twitching looked extremely agitated about the reward but what could he do it was already given.

"Yes, I hope you will treasure her and take care of her" Han Bing said. "Well there is nothing left to do here anymore let's return to our room I actually have another gift for you". Under his breath he added that he had picked this one out so there would be no surprises.

Mai looked at him with shining eyes. "Another gift, clearly this pig was pre planned, so does that mean he just decided to add something on. Could it possibly be getting out of my dungeon room?" Mai was full of hope as she followed Han Bing back to her room with the pig following behind her with its head held up high.

When they arrived she was extremely disappointed that they had still ended up going back to the room that she had came from. "Dammit, why did we still end up here! Didn't I give you an amazing meal… You couldn't even leave any for me and now I am still stuck in this dingy room." Mai was having a internal struggle with showing how mad she actually was about this situation. "See if I will cook for you again." Mai thought to herself as she laughed wickedly about thinking of him going back to that so called meat from earlier.

Han Bing pulled out a box that had been wrapped in red silk and handed it to her. "This is my personal reward for you." Han Bing said. Although Mai had try to not look into Han Bing eyes she couldn't help it as there was a joyful twinkle in them. Whenever she say that look on his face she couldn't help but get little b.u.t.terflies at the bottom of her stomach.

The piggy realizing that it was no longer the center of attention let out a small oink and rubbed its whole body against Mai's leg breaking the staring spell that they had been in.

Mai took the box and tried to resist shaking it to see if there was another living animal inside. Slowly unwrapping the silk a light blue garment appeared. It was soft to the touch and looked much more comfortable than her current robes.

Mai was surprised as she realized that the man who had just gotten her a pig, had also gotten her clothing. Just as she was about to thank him for the garment she realized that it was different from her current one and was closer to work out clothing in this time period.

Mai choked when she realized that Han Bing must have seen her working out earlier. Her face grew hot as she realized that he must have also seen the yoga poses where she was barely wearing any clothing. She gave him a piercing glare as she said "Thank you Han Bing , for the workout clothing." With extra emphasis on workout to let him know that she knew that he was watching her.

Han Bing face went into a light blush as he realized that he had given himself away with his gift.

"Yes, cough, your welcome" Han Bing could barely say. He immediate turned away and left the room as fast as his feet could carry him.

Mai was left there with the servants watching the young master run away from the situation that he had caused.

"Don't blame the young master mistress," Zhi Ruo said. "He has had very little contact with woman especially ones as beautiful as you."

Mai's face turned a bright pink as she realized the maids implication with the sentence. "Is he actually trying to court me?" Mai thought to herself "Why in good G.o.d's name I'm I locked up in a dungeon then!"

With a hmph she laid on the bed and told the servants that they didn't have to be bored with her in the dungeon room and that they could leave. Mais room was actually not a dungeon just a bare room that she could not leave making her feel as though it was one.

Sensing the bad mood that there mistress was in the servants were taking there leave. Right when the last one was about to close the door Mai shouted out "Wait, what I'm i supposed to do with this pig when it needs to do its business?!?"

The thought had never occurred to them as Zhi Ruo said "Right, we will go ask the young master for the mistress, just give us a moment."
