Chapter 142.2 - Personally peel it off
“En.” From inside the door, a cool and clear voice sounded, not revealing any emotion.
Feng Shiyi then realised something, instantly speechless.
He realised that his master was waiting for Miss Lou, ah, he turned to face Feng Yi, “Where’s Miss Lou?”
“Ah? What Miss Lou?” Feng Yi looked at him blankly.
“Didn’t you say that she was here?”
“She did come, Miss Ye Ji came. She’s holding a box of pastries and waiting outside right now.” He didn’t dare to just ask the housekeeper to let Miss Ye Ji inside.
If master didn’t want to see her then they’d be the ones in trouble.
“Then what the heck are you getting so riled up about?” Feng Shiyi disappointedly dangled his head down.
Seeing the scene in front of him, no matter who came, there was no use.
The real person hadn’t come and it’d been half a day, Miss Lou can’t have forgotten about their master giht?!
“Hey!”
From behind, the door creaked open as Feng San quickly covered Shiyi’s mouth.
The corner of Feng Shiyi’s eye saw Feng Yege’s cold phoenix eyes and suddenly realised he’d accidentally revealed what he was thinking.
He silently swallowed his saliva, laughing foolishly at Feng Yege before shaking his head: Master, I definitely didn’t mean it! Miss Lou definitely is thinking of you at all times, every day … definitely, definitely didn't’ forget you!
“It seems like Shiyi’s a bit too bored lately. I think I should let you and Feng Qi swap, send you out to experience what the desert feels like.” A light and airy tone with slightly narrowed phoenix eyes made Feng Shiyi feel like there was cold air blowing onto his back.
F***, stepped on the old tiger’s tail!
“Master, I was wrong!” Feng Shiyi quickly lowered his head and admitted to his mistake.
Feng Yi and Feng San looked at him sympathetically.
Feng Yege coldly turned around, his thin lips pursed together as he returned to his couch, lying on his side as he raised an eyelid.
He returned to his original languid and cold self.
Feng Yi swallowed his saliva, asking in a small voice, “Master, do we let Miss Ye Ji in?”
“Leave the food, tell the person to leave.” His cold voice was alienating and bleak.
“Ah?” Feng Shiyi mumbled, was master actually hungry? He was going to eat the food that Miss Ye Ji prepared?
Feng San looked at him warningly.
Feng Shiyi rubbed his nose, he felt like he should just pretend to be invisible for a while.
Feng Yi took his orders and quickly left.
Not too long later, he retrieved an exquisite little box of pastries, carefully placing them on a table that wasn’t too far from the couch.
He turned to look at Feng Yege whose eyes were still on his book, seemingly with no intentions to eat.
He closed his mouth and turned to face the other two people as they all silently left the room.
“Master, she’s here!”
From behind, another voice sounded, this time it was the housekeeper.
The housekeeper panted as he ran to the room and just as he was about to speak, Feng Shiyi thought about the bad impression he left on his amster and felt like he had to say something.
He cleared his throat and coughed, cutting off the housekeeper, “Master just said, tell the person to leave!”
“Ah?” The housekeeper looked at him blankly, then towards Feng Yege, curiously rubbing his nose, “But wasn’t master waiting for Miss Lou?”
“What? Miss Lou’s here?” Feng Shiyi’s eyes widened, before seeing the housekeeper’s confirmation, he silently gulped.
Feng Yi: “......”
Feng San: “.....”
Can you ask for death any harder?
“All retreat.” Feng Yege put down his book as his eyes slightly narrowed.
For the first time, not following up on Feng Shiyi’s rash actions. They all let out a sigh of relief before quickly leaving.
As he left, Feng Shiyi and the rest of them just happened to b.u.mp into the Lou Qingwu who had just walked inside Qingge little building.
Feng Shiyi looked at her gratefully, “deeply”, through tears and snot, “Miss Lou, seeing you, is really too great!”
Lou Qingwu looked at him strangely before the others dragged Feng Shiyi away!
