The next day, Chen Yinghu was suppose to take a tour of Nanshan University.
Originally, Shen Zemu was going to show him around the campus since he didn't
have cla.s.s in the afternoon. But Shen Zemu suddenly changed his mind, he didn't
really care for this cousin of his anymore.

Lin Chuyan skipped an entire day's worth of cla.s.ses to take over the role of tour
guide for Chen Yinghu.

Though Lin Chuyan called him “Hu Ge,” in actuality, Chen Yinghu was the same
age as Xiang Nuan, one year younger than Lin Chuyan.

Chen Yinghu was two months older than Xiang Nuan. Yet when he stood next to
her, he looked more like the younger brother. It was because he always acted more
demure and pa.s.sive compared to Xiang Nuan's affable mannerisms. His big, round
eyes also made him look much younger.

Chen Yinghu had dropped out of high school in his second year. As he toured
around the campus of the university, one of the top in the nation, he made no
disguise of his admiration.

He didn't regret dropping out however, he just wasn't good at studying.

After touring the main campus, Lin Chuyan took him to the Yuanchi campus as
well. Compared to the old and simple buildings in the main campus, the Yuanchi
campus looked much younger and modern.

The whole Yuanchi campus was covered with a layer of pure white snow from the
day before, making it especially pretty to look at.

It was already dark when Xiang Nuan got out of her cla.s.s. She and Min Lili went
together to have dinner with Lin Chuyan and Chen Yinghu.

Min Lili's impression of Lin Chuyan was essentially based on the school forums.  
Especially, the most recent gossip about him, which had something to do with
Xiang Nuan as well-- --

There were posts that Lin Chuyan was flirting on one hand with Shen Zemu and
chasing after Xiang Nuan on the other; Shen Zemu was flirting with both Lin Chuyan
and Xiang Nuan at the same time; and Xiang Nuan was also involved with both of
them…...It was common to see a love triangle, but it was rare to see an equilateral
love triangle. People were saying that it was only Lin Chuyan who was capable of
making a love triangle this complicated.

Min Lili was worried that Lin Chuyan might have deceived Xiang Nuan.

She was also very curious about the kind of person Xiang Nuan's idol was like.

They went to a restaurant which served local specialty foods. Min Lili sat right
across from Chen Yinghu and found him to be quite shy. Finding his timidness
rather amusing, she teased him even more. Chen Yinghu turned even more
sheepish; he couldn't look up and buried his head in food.

“Eat more food, talk less.” Xiang Nuan kept putting food on the plate in front of Min
Lili so she would stop tease Chen Yinghu.

Lin Chuyan went to the restroom; Min Lili followed him.

Then she gave Lin Chuyan a warning right outside of the restroom.

Min Lili was less than 5' 2'' and had to look up to talk to Lin Chuyan. However, she
tried her best to speak in an imposing manner: “Xiang Nuan is a straightforward
person, but I know what you're like. If you dare trick her, hehe, I'll break all three
of your legs. You have my word.”

Lin Chuyan was shocked: “What am I like?” How could she know?

Min Lili, however, didn't bother responding. She turned to walk away. When
confronting someone, the key is to keep it short; the more one spoke, the less
imposing one would appear.

“Hey.” Lin Chuyan suddenly called on her: “Has Xiang Nuan said something to you?”

Min Lili answered without turning around: “No.”

Lin Chuyan lightly breathed a sigh of relief.

But at the same time, he was confused.

Lin Chuyan looked at himself in the mirror inside the restroom for a long time, almost
like a narcissist. He couldn't understand why Xiang Nuan thought he had fooled Chen
Yinghu and now Min Lili thought he was tricking Xiang Nuan…...did he really look like
a con man?
