It's called ‘‘ by 第616特別情報大隊 (616-sensei). The protagonist of this novel is Astrid-Sophie von Oldenburg (a.k.a. Astrid from here on) who is reincarnated as a villainess in an Otome Game called ‘Wishing Upon A Star'. She reminds me of Tanya von Degurechaff from Youjo Senki (The Saga of Tanya The Evil) who is one of my favorite characters. ( `・ω・´)

In short, she's ruthless (that was what I got from the first two chapters).
