XX. Th.o.r.eLLO AND SALADINE.

Saladine in the habite of a Marchaunt, was honourably receyued into the house of mayster Th.o.r.ello, who went ouer the Sea, in company of the Christians, and a.s.signed a terme of his wyfe when she should mary agayne. He was taken, and caried to the Sovldan to be his Faulconer, who knowing him, and suffering himself to be knowen, did him great honour.

Mayster Th.o.r.ello fell sicke, and by Magique Art, was caried in a night to Pavie, where he found his wyfe about to mary agayne, who knowinge him, returned home with him to his owne house.
