CHAPTER 14
Yep, I totally lost it!
I was standing in my ‘house’ and looking around at all the broken pots, vases, books, furniture, clothes and some personal artworks. It was indeed the biggest scheme that she’s played so far!
I was officially upset!
Picking up my own picture, that had been ripped, not only in half but in quarters, I could feel my anger rising. I liked my work, I was proud of it and seeing it like this…
The problem was, Talon had come, and he was so angry that he hadn’t let me speak at all, from the moment he walked in!
“Why get that angry that you ruin your things!”
He had initially come here to relax, only to do the opposite, at finding such a disaster!
Seeing him like this, I stayed silent. I was a little p.i.s.sed off when he went straight to yelling at me!
All this time, I hadn’t played the blame game, especially since I didn’t care enough to find evidence to even do it…But at this moment, when my emotions were quite crazy, I started to wonder if he’d even believe me if I had evidence to show him that I’ve been the one that’s been bullied against all this time?
“Why are you not saying anything! Why ruin perfectly fine things!”
His yell maddened me, making my emotions spill over the edge, “Good question! Why is my stuff ruined! You tell me! I’m getting sick and tired over this immature bulls.h.i.t!”
If my voice had been normal, it might not have freaked Talon out so much, but I had yelled out every single word!
Before he could snap out of his stunned silence, I had thrown my broken artwork to the floor and run off!
Talon had been flabbergasted, never seeing Sahara so angry before, ever! But another thing that made him stockstill, was the word that she had used. Never had he heard it before, and he tried to figure out what it meant…But, having done this, he hadn’t followed me out and couldn’t believe that I had literally vanished!
Regret flashed through him, as he realized that no one could find his little girl! And with Sahara running away like this, Talon really did think about what she had just yelled out to him.
Finally, he found himself questioning why these things always seemed to happen to Sahara. Thinking more about it, he felt himself see something that he probably didn’t want to see beforehand. Perhaps…Sahara is innocent, all this time…
I had left the estate many times before, but this time, it was at the time of sunset.
It wasn’t easy for me to get angry, but I had finally overflowed and decided that I had enough of enduring! No more keeping the peace! I was going to let it out!
Just because she had the blood of the Rolland family!
Pfft, well I do too, b.i.t.c.h!
Just because she was the daughter of the main wife!
Pfft, then shouldn’t she be better behaved, how embarra.s.sing!
To me, it was all bulls.h.i.t…Daughter of main wife, daughter of concubine…We were all people!
It’s not my fault that the daughter of the main wife was useless! So what if I can cultivate well, it’s no excuse to bully me! What a b.i.t.c.h!
As I continued my anger spout, I knew I didn’t want to return to the estate, until I had calmed down. Through this, I was sure Talon would worry, but at the moment…I just did not care!
I knew what would happen if I lost it…And Gabriella wouldn’t be able to handle it whatsoever!
She didn’t know how lenient I’ve been with her, when I thought of my ‘other’ side…
I slowed down my heavy breathing, I can’t do that, not yet. I don’t regret doing it in my past life, but I need more time at this moment…
The only problem that I saw, after I had stopped mumbling my sorrows away, was that it was dark. It was the same as the modern-day Earth, where people generally stayed home after dark. I wasn’t one that was scared of the dark, and when I thought about it, I wasn’t scared to walk around either. My cultivation was already at second rank, making me determined that I would be safe enough to stay longer, all on my own.
As I wandered around aimlessly, my mood slowly got better, as I took in the night time scenery.
