Terra Nova 3 Chapter 3: Innate Talents

After few second, light came to the center of square and started to form into small pillar, on top of a pillar light made circle outline, after light dissapeard there was, in the center, pillar that on top of it had grey orb. Orb was part of every territory. Orbs were diffrent in color depending on level of territory. Orbs colours were grey, light blue, dark blue, light purple, dark purple, and black with grey being lowest level and black highest. While everyone stared at scene in awe Alex came up to a orb.

•That achievment is really useful, even if it's effects are not that recognizable now in later stages it will ba.s.sicly make our citizens stronger than any other territory of same level•

First thing Alex wanted to buy was obviusly Orb innate search ability, with it he can pick best cla.s.ses for them. Everyone starts with 200 IP, it's so that everyone can buy food and water for few weeks, mostly for those that are in safe zones and don't go out, but after they spend all IP they will be forced to go if they don't want to die from dehydration and hunger.First thing Alex decided to do was to make his friends and sister citizens.

"Accept it. It will make you citizens of this territory."

Citizen count went up to 6

"Think about word Shop." After he confirmed that everyone was looking in nothing, well that's what he saw, they were looking at hologram of Shop, he contiuned. "In right corner you should see number and IP next to it."

"Yea it says 200" Mia said

"So this is curency we are using in this world." Asley said before Alex could explain it.

"I will be able to determined all of your best options for cla.s.ses if you each give me 80IP, it's worth it trust me"

"So how are we supposed to do that?"

"I will send you request, you just have to accept it." Just as he said there was request send.

After everyone confirmed Alex now had 600IP, he turned back to Territory orb and immidietly bought it.

"Okay, we can begin"

"Woho, i will go first, man i'm so excited huhuhu." Of course cheerful Rez couldn't wait.

"Okay put your hand on a Orb i will tell you results."

"Please G.o.d, please G.o.d help me get something good." After little prayer he put his hand on Orb.

•Same like last time, best rank is S-Rank Warrior, most suited for Guardian.• Innate ranks were split in D, C, B, A, S with D being lowest and S highest. Rez was actually Guardian before, and was one of strongest. Basic idea was that D- rank would give 5% bonus in one attribute, to S-rank it's increasing by 5% and S-Rank would give 30%. S-Rank was inredibly rare, S-Rank in some rare cla.s.s was even more rare and having ability to take 2 cla.s.ses was even more rare, and i can go on ba.s.sicly forever...

"You are really lucky, you have S-Rank in Warrior cla.s.s, with 30% increase in health, you should take Guardian."

"Wait, what's Guardian, and also i can't find it on list to choose, and also what does S-Rank even mean... Ahhh my head hurts."

"Everyone has innate rank, they are split...." He just explained it how it was written before. "Guardian is one of sub-cla.s.ses of Warrior, it focuses on tankiness. In game you would be our tank."

"I have a question. Is 120IP enough to buy skill or are we getting starter one or something?" Ashley asked

"Every cla.s.s gets starter skill, after that you will have to buy or find skills. Cheapest skill you can get is 500IP, you can check it in Shop after you get a cla.s.s. I think everyone should talk with me before choosing new skills."

Ashley nodded satisfayed with complete answear. She didn't ask how to find skills as she though it can't be done now anyway.

You are able to see your stats once you gain a cla.s.s. Rez was now able to see them.

For example warrior cla.s.s had three sub-cla.s.ses -Guardian, Knight, Spearman-. There were dozens of cla.s.ses and sub-cla.s.ses.

She put her hand on a Orb and Alex got to see hologram with her innate abilities in different cla.s.ses.

Alex was suprised to see that she had rare cla.s.s and even Rank in it. Summoners were increadibly useful. Summons wouldn't fear death and could become meat shield thanks to that. In later stages their summons could even increase attributes of humans around them. They would be able to make wolf packs of hundreads of wolfs, or even to summon dragon like creatures that could fly with hundreads of people on it.

"It's best if you take Summoner cla.s.s."

"I'm kinda sad about that i actually wanted to be mage. But if you say it's best option than i will take it."

"I'm grateful for your trust in my decision." Alex wanted her to become a Summoner so he didn't told her to become a Mage, he just accepted her trust
