"Xiao Xue, do you know how old Xi Yun is now?"

Su Tian and w.a.n.g Haoxue each carried a cheesecake in their hands. Hearing Su Tian's question, w.a.n.g Haoxue tried her darndest to turn her attention from the cake, thought about it for a moment, and asked, "Are you talking about the boy on the top floor?"

Su Tian nodded.

w.a.n.g Haoxue said, "I am not sure either. At least over ten. I remember his mother ran off with someone else when he was 5, and that was 6-7 years ago."

Even though they all lived in the same building, the Xi's didn't have the best reputation, plus with the age difference between w.a.n.g Haoxue and Xi Yun, they were not too familiar with each other.

Su Tian wasn't too disappointed that she didn't exactly get the answer that she was looking for. She sort of expected that answer before she even asked. But she was able to gleaned from w.a.n.g Haoxue's words that little cutie was a little bit older than she'd imagined.

Probably because he was malnourished, so he looked smaller than other kids his age.

It seemed like this was right around the time he was about to earn the first bucket of gold in his life.

She should find out from Xi Yun his exact age when she got back today; that ought to help her keep tabs on him going forward.

When they got to the entrance of the cla.s.sroom, w.a.n.g Haoxue tugged and winked at her, "What say we mess with them some?"

Su Tian asked her what she had in mind and w.a.n.g Haoxue leaned into her ears and whispered. Su Tian looked at her with a smile.

w.a.n.g Haoxue blushed under her gaze and couldn't help but started to wonder if she was being too childish.

But Su Tian finally agreed, she was quite fond of these types of practical jokes herself.

As long as you don't push her to her bottom line, Su Tian was a pretty easy going person.

Tiantian was such a nice girl!

w.a.n.g Haoxue cupped her own face and suddenly felt like she was being pampered.

The first cla.s.s hasn't started yet and most of the students had more or less arrived. Some were chatting; some tidying up things getting ready for cla.s.s; some were reading.

No matter what they were doing, especially the girls in cla.s.s, they all glanced over to Su Tian and w.a.n.g Haoxue's spots from time to time. Yesterday, Su Tian said she'd be bringing cheesecakes, but n.o.body was certain if she would really follow through with it or she was just being polite.

Even though Su Tian didn't look like she was just saying it, but…

Just when they were thinking about it, they saw Su Tian entering the cla.s.sroom with w.a.n.g Haoxue. The chattering sounds died down slowly and everybody's attention was caught by what they were carrying in their hands.

------ WOWZA! Su Tian wasn't kidding! She really did bring cheesecakes for everyone!

The bags in the two's hands made everyone's eyes lit up!

Even Liu Kaiyan looked up subtly and tried to look at them out of the corner of his eyes.

w.a.n.g Haoxue said in her most serious tone, "Why is everyone looking at us?"

Everyone, "….."

Nonsense. Why did you think?

w.a.n.g Haoxue chuckled, "Oh, were you all waiting for our cheesecakes?"

Some boy made a 'tsk' sound and said, "Stop teasing already. Quick, let us try for ourselves this cake that you have been raving about this whole time!"

Immediately many others joined in and agreed with him.

w.a.n.g Haoxue, "You can't today…."

Why not?

w.a.n.g Haoxue put one hand on her stomach as she put on a guilty but happy look and said, "I ate both of the cakes on my way here."

Soon as she finished saying that, everybody's face turned green. Even Liu Kaiyan couldn't contain himself anymore but looked up at w.a.n.g Haoxue angrily.

What in the what? She couldn't at least save them ONE of the two?

Alright… even if they couldn't taste it, at least let them see what it looked like!
