``Lumos!!" a small whisper in the middle of the night brought with it light and illuminated the figure of a young boy in his room. But weirdly the light didn't originate from a bulb or a tube but from the boy's finger!! The young child was using magic and that too with ease which showed both his talent and hard work from the past three years. yes, the young boy currently playing around with magic was Ray, reborn into the world of Harry Potter as Ron Weasley!! Three years had pa.s.sed since his rebirth and besides Voldemort's demise at the hands of Harry Potter and the birth of his sister, Ginny, not much had happened. During the first three months of his new life, Ray, sorry Ron hadn't been able to do much besides, eating sleeping, p**ping but he had slowly been able to use some of his time effectively and begun meditating. It didn't help that his parents and his brothers were all very loving and doting and constantly wanted to play with him, cutting into his mediation time.

But Ron wasn't mad about it, he never cried and only smiled at his father showing him some ``muggle contraption'' for which his mother always yelled at him for ``breaking his own rules''. His brother messing around and Having the Weasley twins as brothers meant that the young Ronald was never bored. Even as youngsters without magic, the twins always found a way to keep their family laughing. The older three brothers, Bill, Charlie and Percy alongside Ron's parents were the targets of the twins' pranks and although they were yelled at on a daily business, the smile on the twins face ensured the family that tomorrow would be the same as before. A year after Ron was born, the family was getting ready to add another member to their ranks. All the while, young Ron was doing his best to meditate and sense the supernatural force able to changes aspects of the world at a fundamental level, Magic.

``Come on Molly!! Push!! You have to push!!'' just as Arthur finished saying those words, a glare from his screaming wife made him stop talking and stand there in quiet support of his pregnant wife. ``Don't worry Mr. Weasley, your wife and the child are in no danger but we need to ask you to leave the room for the time being.'' As the Healer at St. Mungo's drove him out the room, Arthur was greeted by the sight of his son's expectant looks, ``Dad! What happened'' ``Where's Mom?'' ``When are we going home?'' just as the rest of his children were about to ask him something else, Arthur got them to sit down and answered them one by one. ``Don't worry, everything's fine, the Healer said it won't be too long till we can see your mom again.''

Ron could still remember that day very clearly as just twenty minutes after his father was sent out of the room, a baby's cry was heard and the whole family rushed into the medical room and saw the Healer handing their mother, their new baby sister. As the one year old Ron, who was holding his eldest brother's hand saw the sight of his mother looking at his sister with the same love she showed him and his brothers, ``Pop!'' something inside of him broke and the feeling he had been chasing for a whole year was inside his grasp. But none of it mattered as he sat on the bed with his family and gazed at his baby sister in his mother's arms. That night was the first time, Ron broke his routine of meditation and just tried to stayed awake as long as possible to be with his family.

The next couple of days was a test of Ron's willpower as he had to choose between meditating to sense magic and play around with his sister. It was a tough choice but slowly Ron was able to get back into the practice of meditating and began to slowly control the recently awakened magic inside of him. He wasn't able to practice any spells for a long time but the mediation and control exercises helped him grow much faster than anyone at his age. ``Arthur!! Arthur!! Come back here!!'' Molly was shouting at her husband who was about to leave for work, ``Molly, you know I can't be late for work! What happened?!!'' as he saw his wife's red face, he saw he point to his youngest son who pointed at him and said, ``Dada!''. Before he could even respond, the boy pointed to his mother and spoke, ``Mama!''. The whole family celebrated at dinner time as Ron sat there smiling and speaking in baby tongue for his family's amus.e.m.e.nt.

It was two years after his rebirth that Ron was able to successfully cast a spell. He could still remember his excitement and joy as he saw the small light on his fingertip. No one in his family knew what had made the little genius of Weasley Household so happy but they were all happy for him. Although Ron didn't have his own wand, the meditation and control exercises he had done for two years since his rebirth helped him tremendously in his efforts to cast a spell. For the last three years, Ron hadn't done anything noteworthy of attention in front of his family. But now it was time to show the results of his efforts, it was time for the Weasley family to make a comeback!!
