It was pitch black and dark down in the abyss and then after some times, a fire erupted at the bottomless pit which then quickly dies down. Long Kue and Su Na saw the small flickering fires, which they a.s.sumed it must have been the car that landed at the bottom and exploded. The heavy rain must have washed off the fire quickly as the fire didn't get any bigger or stay put for long.

Long Kue knew Prince Hue Chi isn't that weak and if Hue Chi purposely went down with Yu Sha, he must of have a plan to save the girl. In a split second, he did saw that Yu Sha had pushed Hue Chi off the path of the incoming car, but Hue Chi grabbed onto the side mirror and forced the window down so he could hang onto the car and go down with them.

In the abyss, Yu Sha had already pulled the driver out from the car and dragged Hue Chi out to safety. In the midst of her trying to get the driver out of the car, she was not sure how Hue Chi was still stuck to the car and fell down with them. She had planned to pull the driver out as the car was falling down, only to notice that Hue Chi was holding on the side window.

While the car was falling, Yu Sha had broken the car gla.s.s window and pulled the unconscious driver out of the car and grabbed Hue Chi along before using the car as a footrest to push them towards one of the small opening plateau like area on the side surface of the mountain. Hue Chi pretended to be injured and almost unconscious as Yu Sha threw them on the ground when she landed.

Noticing that the driver was a young girl, Yu Sha quickly walked over to tend to the girl. She checked the girl's vital signs and looked for injuries. As she skimmed through the the girl's body, she found out that the girl does not have any external injuries but her pulse was very faint. Yu Sha felt relief as this is a sign of life and hope. During this time when Yu Sha was busy, Hue Chi secretly sent a text "Safe" to Butler Zeu who was in the middle of dialing the special rescue force team to come out and do a search.

Butler Zeu unconsciously relaxed his facial expression when he received the message from the Prince. He then send a message to the two shadow bodyguards, Dao Txu and PengXu to not make a move yet. Because of the weather condition and there was no imminent danger, or a.s.sa.s.sination attempt, the shadow guards was relived to go ahead of the group and wait for them on the base of the mountain.

When Yu Sha was sure that the girl is ok and would live, she turned to look at the Night Owl who looked a little dazed. When the Night Owl noticed Yu Sha's piercing stare at him, he felt a little uncomfortable. He pretended to come around and repositioned himself up to a more comfortable position.

"Don't move if you want to live." Yu Sha spoked while her gaze have not left him. She have not figured how he still fell down with them. She was sure she pushed him far enough from the path. "It's still raining and the surface are wet. There is not guaranteed that the ground and surface will hold us."

Seeing that her gaze has not left him, he asked, "Am I that handsome that you couldn't get your sight off me?" While he scooched upward to find comfortable spot.

"Tsk.." Yu Sha rolled her eyes away from the Night Owl. Hue Chi calmly inhaled a breath of relief as he thought he finally diverted her attention but she quickly crouched down bringing her body so close to his. Her eagle eyes skimmed through him ad she looked straight at his eyes as if she has infrared ray vision.

Never in Hue Chi's life have he ever been or felt interrogated by anyone. This is the first time someone is trying to interrogated him with just their gaze. How is this woman standing before him be so domineering, formidable and is trying to interrogate him psychologically? Doesn't she not know the state she is in right now? Her wet thinned summer clothes now is tightly wrapped around her body following all the curves on her feminine figure.
