He saw a young girl about 12-13 years old. Wearing torn rags, crying all by herself, like as she already had given up. Besides that, her eyes were sparkling but full in vain, she contains great potential. The general asks."who are you and why are you crying?" Mizuki replied with a painful voice "its nothing I just try to be brave enough to accept my fate for being an orphan, begging around the streets. I am Mizuki my parents were killed 4 long seasons ago. But neither police or I could find the 'culprit'. Shino gently said, "I'm so sorry for your loss, please stop crying, it can't change the fact that your parents were dead..." Mizuki nodded her head and looked into shino eyes and said, " I can't help, memories with them can't allow me to do so. "  Shino smiles a little bit" if it doesn't make you strong enough to build you brave, it's worthless...so stop crying and move on. Even your memories bring pain it's precious, cause it shows the diamond days you spend with them "  Mizuki cried out"you are right but, I can't take it anymore, without parents I may survive, but for me, it's worthless to spend days all by myself alone." Shino frequently asked, "if someone there who rely on you and you can count on them too, this could make you happy, is celebrating with them is it important to you?" she replied."not just happy but it's bringing me joy, from my loved ones who care for me, I'm just a kid so, it's better to be someone I can trust like family cause I can share my emotions and that's how I never ever feel alone or depressed" General Shino smiled quietly, and it's the time he decided to raise her as a Fairly Gradian.
